Hey guys welcome back to my channel in this video, I'm going to show you how I create my forward pop. So the first thing I do is brush my hair up the back. I don't use any gel or anything like that, just because I find that I don't really need to, and then I take a hair comb and stick it in the back. Just like you see me doing hair and I repeat the same thing for the left side. After I'm done with that, I brush my edges just to remove some of those knots as I brush the hair. I kind of pull it as you see me doing right here, so that it kind of falls. Oh I wanted to win the pot. Then I took some gel and try to smooth down my edges a bit and then I switched to a softer bristle brush, because I like to go easy on my edges, then I stick the combs in on both sides of my head. Like you see me doing here now, this part is the hard part for me, because this is day one hair and day. One hair always never complies, so you just want to shape it until you get the shape that you desire, as you can see, I'm putting some hair pins in it to kind of push it forward so that it stays put how I want it so after I'm Partially satisfied I tie it down and do my makeup usually the time that takes me to do. My makeup allows the hair a chance to kind of shrink up and form that nice puff. You can also use the steam from your shower to shrink it up. If you want - and this is how it usually looks when I'm done - I forgot to take pictures, so this is a puff on another day, but I did it the same exact way so at night I take all the cones and pins out and tie it down And in the morning I just take the scarf down and push it forward and you see how it like automatically forms a puff.
