Natural Hair - 3 Twist Out Updos

Here's a look at three different twist out updos

Hey guys welcome back today, I'm going to do a video, showing you guys a couple of different twist out styles that I have tried. So I twisted my hair this morning. I washed it and twisted this morning. So I've had these twisting all day, so I'm gon na take these twists out, although I'm really loving them. I'M gon na take these twists out and then I'm gon na do a couple of different styles that I've done over the past couple of weeks. So I'm gon na go and unravel these twists and then I'll be back with the first style. I'M gon na do is one that I did my very first week after I cut my hair, and all I did was I did a twist out and in the morning I took all of hair and I pulled it off to the side just like this, and I just made it really nice and neat and tuck the hair under okay and that's all I'm doing is just kind of pulling all of the twists. I don't I just unravel the twists once I don't separate them any more than that, and I just take some bobby pins secure it underneath all the way around and again, I'm just tucking. You guys tucking it under. That'S all really simple: the definition from the twist out really helps the look, and I kind of swoop this over tuck it under as well bobby pin - and I just bobby, pin it until I'm happy with how secure it is. Okay and again, it's really about the definition from the twist out okay, so there we have it look one which is just really nice twist out definition, and I kind of just tucked the hair underneath and secure it with bobby pins, and that's it really nice and Chic and simple all right, so that's looking on you guys, okay, so the second look is probably something I would do with a second or third day twist out. So what I'd like to do is take the sides and kind of roll them in, and I kind of know no true method here, but I take like one side and I will just kind of roll it in so you kind of make him like a little French roll on one side and you just tuck the hair, and it doesn't the bet the good thing about it is these twist outs there's still some definition, there's a lot of texture involved, so it doesn't, it doesn't need to be neat. You know, that's the thing. I really like about it is: I can grab some bobby pins, take the hair, pin it here, pin it there and be good okay, so I just kind of pin this side take it and roll it in put some bobby pins. I take the second side. Do the same thing leave some of this hair up on the front. The big thing with these styles for me is bobby pins that are like key, so I really just taken both sides and kind of rule them they're not the same. I can feel that this side is chunkier, doesn't matter not a big deal, you guys, like seriously, I'm gon na pull this back into a little pompadour and tuck. These stray hairs, tuck anything that I think looks odd or off tuck it away and that's it, and I think I did this look not that long ago, and what I really like most about it is the shape okay. So, first of all, you still have some a lot of the definition from your twist out. That'S very visible, but then you've got created this nice little shape with this little pompadour kind of up in the front and then you've twisted your sides in or rolled your sides in and so simple really easy. You know a way to kind of do something, a little different with your twist out, so this this is really. The second look - and I know that I did this - look so I'll - probably throw up some pictures of this one too. So that's that okay, so I'm gon na do one more look um just using a twist out again. This is probably a look that I would use on probably day three, probably around day three, when the twist out is kind of been worn. So what I do is I take the hair from the back and I twist I'm gon na kind of just roll. It all pull the hair and then rolled it. So you kind of making a little French roll back here, make sure it's tucked in nicely nice and tight, secure it with a bobby pin, okay, so you've kind of got this hair off in the front, and what I like to do is try to, of course, Find a unique shape in the Frog, but I like to make this kind of like a little windmill, so I take some of the hair this hair, from like kind of like the top. I might twist it a little bit just cuz. I have some shorter hairs. There and I bring it around underneath, see there and then I would secure it on this side. The bobby pin, maybe a couple like so in the upper hair, and you could do that. I mean you, could I just figure it out you guys. Frankly, I actually kind of like it this way. It'S this way, that's kind of cute, or, I might say, hey well, let me pull it this way, which gives you a different kind of look, but you kind of essentially have this ball in the front. I really like this look. I'Ve done it a couple of different ways, but whatever kind of makes you happy just secure it and again, you still have some of the definition from your twist out, which adds to the look and you've got this nice little. It'S almost like a little bun in the front and I just tuck the hairs or pin them if they are trying to peek out or do something I don't want them to do, and so you've got the back rolled up tucked like so, and then you've got This nice little bun up in the front that you just kind of twisted around okay, so three quick twist out updos you guys each one of those took me no more than I would say three minutes. If you, if I spend more time it's because I'm trying to place the bobby pins, just right or they're, getting on my nerves and I'm just trying to make sure that they look good so so I hope you guys have enjoyed this video. I will see you guys next time take care.
