Hi guys it's a be firm, twisty pretty so today I wanted to give you guys well Valentine's Day is coming up and I feel like I need to contribute to the mass amount of hair styles makeup tutorial, but everything helps us out there um, but I wanted To give you something really quick and easy something that you don't need: extensions for um so anyway, if you have any last-minute parties to get to and don't know what to do with your hair and it's dirty and you just you - need something quick um, this tutorials For you, so we're going to be using the help of our little friend the banana clip. I actually don't even know where I got this. I had it for so long. I think they were really popular back in the eighties and they're coming back. Okay, so this is a banana clip, I'm pretty sure you just get it anywhere. Yeah you're gon na need one of these. It'S gon na help us with our hairstyle. Okay, I'm not wearing any extensions per your requests and please subscribe below to continue getting alerts for when I post new videos, you don't wan na mess up. Okay, let's go we're going to start off by doing a simple Dutch braid. So your going to do your regular braids, taking that outside sections under the middle and then add a section to one side: braid it under the middle, add a section to the other side and braid it under the middle and then we're just going to repeat these Steps and take the braid all the way around to the other side and when you run out of hair to add into you're just going to continue doing a regular three strand, braid all the way to the bottom. If you want to pull out any fringe or bangs, that's the time that I would do it just so, it doesn't interfere with our hairstyle and then what we're going to do is take your banana clip and we're just going to slip it on, underneath that Dutch Braid next we're just gon na pancake this braid and pull it out super big and fluffy, and the reason why we're going to be using the banana clip is because it's going to keep that braid from falling apart. So if you were to do just a regular Dutch, braid and fluff it out like we are going to be doing right now, it would just fall apart and just become a hot mess. So using the banana clip really does secure that braid and allows you to pull out those sections that you want, so that it looks super big and fluffy and then we're just going to continue manipulating these pieces and once you get it as big as you want. You'Re just going to take the tail and wrap it back around the banana clip, so you're, just kind of going on top of the braid that we just made and we're just gon na I'm gon na actually twirl these ends just so that it's easier to kind Of tuck underneath that braid, but you just want to tuck the ends underneath the braid and then I'm using a large roller pin but bobby pins work, just as well make sure they are tight. Bobby pins, though I get mine from Sally's, and it literally makes a world of difference. So I used the roller pin to kind of keep it there and now I'm just using bobby pins and I'm going throughout the braid and just kind of pinning it tight near the nape of your neck, where the bottom of that banana clip is you're going to Want to make sure that it's covered so just take your bobby pins and kind of wrap the hair around that clip, so that it's just nice and hidden you're going to want to make sure that you spray this so that it doesn't move around at all. I'M using my macadamia professional, I think it's the style lock firm, hold x-ray, but anyway I love it. It smells super yummy. So after this you can just believe it as is, or I am going to go ahead and add a little barrette. I got this at Target a little while ago and so yeah just kinda adds a little bit of glam, but here is option number one and then I'll quickly show you another option. If you don't like it to the side like that, you can kind of write. It down the center and the same steps apply you're just going to do a Dutch braid down the center all the way down and then hide your banana clip underneath the Dutch braid fluff it out and then kind of wrap the the tail to the side of The original Dutch braid and hide your banana clip and you are done - I love both of these. I really can't choose which one is my favorite. I hope you guys enjoyed this video if you did give it a thumbs up and we'll see you guys next week for more tutorials bye,
