Teresa Giudice Dishes On Her Wedding Hair & Honeymoon: 'Spreading The Love'

This is so exciting dancing with the stars on disney plus, oh, my goodness so dancing to me seems like a joy, but it also seems a little bit terrifying, so theresa. Why did you want to be a part of this? This season? Well, um. I got asked to do it. Um like when i came out of prison, and i remember like i was so happy. I was happy, but then i was like you know like torn at the same time, because i just was away from my children for 11 and a half months, and i was like how am i going to do this like i can't go to you know. I wan na you know, because i know you have to go back and forth to california and i was like and then it ended up working out great, because i could i couldn't be on dancing with the stars, because i had to film my tv show raw House was in new jersey. So that's why so you know so it worked out so then years later see it was meant to be because it came back around. So i'm happy that you know it's here now. So what are you most looking forward to? What am i most making my daughters and my husband? Proud? Yes, that's so sweet yeah, my youngest is a competitive dancer and all of them started dancing at two and a half. I'Ve always loved dancing. Today'S my dad's birthday and my dad and i used to watch dancing with the stars together, so i know he's looking down on me and he's proud of me so yeah, so i got ta. Make him proud too. Can we expect some sort of homage or um a dance that just yeah just speaks to your family yeah, i'm sure it's like every week we have um themes that we have to. You know go go with right, so yeah, of course, and that's yeah. Today'S you know it's an important day for my dad's birthday. So after this i'm gon na go see him at the cemetery yeah before i come to see you yeah, because we have practice today, you don't want to take any days off well. Actually, we haven't really started practicing, yet today is going to be our first real practice practice for like a half hour, yeah one time a little bit, so we are a little bit behind, so we have to catch up and just work extra hard. I had a lot of you know. I got married honeymoon a lot of trip plans, so i had like a month honeymoon so now, i'm back now i have to jump right in you know: hey, you know not mad at it, though. Okay, you brought up the wedding. I need to ask about this incredible, hair, incredible hair. How did that come together? Yeah i mean it was like. I know i wanted to wear my hair half up half down because my headpiece was so dramatic and and louie licks. My hair away from my face so um so yeah, so i just like, so i guess she had a vision and then once she finished with my hair, like there was no turning back, it was too late, it was. They took three and a half hours, so i mean - and i you know i loved it. It was, it looked beautiful. You know the whole day was magical. I felt beautiful because that's really important you have to feel you know if you feel if you feel like. If you look good, then you feel good um. So i i felt amazing it was such a yeah. The whole day was incredible. I couldn't ask for a better day and then when louie and i were actually getting married, like i swear, the sky opened up posture, i swear and two lights were coming like two. I sort of the sun was popping out like through the clouds, and i could i knew that that was my parents, because that day was it was possibly going to rain, and then the skies opened up it was so beautiful, it was a blessing and we got Married outside yeah, it was like like raised like the sun, is like peeking through yeah, because everyone took pictures and sent it to me, and i had a psychic um gina marie at my wedding and she circled and she sent it to me. She'S, like your parents, were there here and i'm like wow, and then you have that incredible month-long honeymoon you. You did say that you know what you've got some workouts in on that honeymoon, you're, very physical yeah. Everyone does it. Yes, so we went to um mykonos in italy, um we went to you, know capri, positano or the mafi coast, and then afterwards i had other chips planned um i went to california. I went to um to go. Do my photo shoot for dancing with the stars? I went to san francisco and then i just came back from florida. Louie'S best friend got engaged so we're spreading the love. Yes, so we've seen some other real housewives, i'm dancing with the stars. How do we think we're going to measure up? I think we're going to take this mirrorball home um tell you to choose, i think i might have saw kim sociak on, because that was it like actually on tv um, because i've been so you know. I don't watch that much tv, but i did speak to kenya more um, because that we were just on ultimate girls trip together and i asked her if i should do it she's. Like definitely she's, like you, know, girl, it's so much work but she's like you got this, you know she's, like you, know, you're in great shape. This is just going to make you in better shape, but you know, but she did say it is a lot of work and she's like i know you could do it so there's no doubt that i mean especially when you have oh yeah. I have a great partner. I do come on, there's no way they. Thank you. I want to thank dancing with the stars. They paired me up with a great partner. Yes, he knew. Are you expecting to have any friends in the audience? Maybe family or melissa joe? Yes, um the first week all my daughters were gon na come, but now my youngest is not gon na be able to come the first week because she's learning her choreography for her dance. So she can't come so my um gabriella. My second daughter is gon na wait for her, so two g and melanie are coming the first week so far unless things change, because i know the second week everybody's off from school, so melania and my husband and my stepson louise are is coming and then i Have friends that live in california, so we get eight tickets every week and i know i'm going to get them filled up every single week yeah. I have a lot of people that want to come. I have a lot of friends i do and family like. You. Can come the first week, but she told you what to do, though right she gave you the she gave it up. Yes, she hit my my youngest adriana. The competitive dancer she's like mommy. Just have fun, don't be scared, you know, um, you know, read um go off for your partner's energy and she said just dance like it's gon na, be your last time, dancing she's like give it your all. So i have to make my daughters proud. I have to make my husband proud, so that's you know, that's who i'm dancing and my dad yeah you've already made them proud. Thank you.
