Wedding Hair Trial!! I Need Help!

Hey guys welcome back to my channel for today's video I'm going to be doing hair trials on myself for my sister's wedding, I am the maid of honor and I'm looking to get my hair done, but she's gon na get hers done and I'm getting. My makeup done and I was like - let me just try my hair first before I pay for someone to do my hair, so I'm gon na try to save myself that money, I'm very decent at doing hair. I know straight and curled, that's about it, there's no other pair techniques, hair styles, that I know how to do. I am NOT a hair professional whatsoever. So let's see how this comes out, I'm going for a Hollywood, glam type of look. This was my in SPO. It was all just have it on the screen. It was Jessica Alba photo and I just love how her hair came out. So I kind of want that so I have parted my hair and I'm going to try to curl it. I watched youtube videos on how to do this, and a lot of them are set your hair first, so I have to set my hair and then leave it in, for I don't know, let's say an hour or so and we'll see how that goes. Also, I bought some hair supplies from Sally's. First, I'm gon na tell you the curling iron I use it is the Remington. This is the inch and a half one and it's basic. I think I got this off Amazon for my sister like a long time ago. So I can't remember exactly how much it was, but it was very inexpensive. It wasn't expensive whatsoever. Then I have my silk elements. Strength in silk, coconut heats protective spray with silk. So I have this. This is a liability at Sally's recommended for me cuz. I needed a heat protectant. I also bought the Loreal Elnett satin extra stronghold color treated hair hairspray. I'Ve heard a lot of good reviews on this, so I wanted to give it a try. This sucker was like 15 bucks for hair spray, and then I also bought some like roller things, and I think I'm gon na try to put those on the front pieces to make sure I have the very have a lot of volume. I also bought the metal duckbill clips from Sally's and I bought these ones just in case I have like thicker pieces and then I bought these smaller ones, the middle single crown clips - and I hope they don't like dent my hair, but these are the ones they Recommend in and they have like a wide variety and I didn't want to pay like it - was like 10 bucks for like four of those huge clips, those large plastic ones, so I just wanted to buy those I'm never gon na use them again. I think so. That'S it and then I have a comb. I already brushed out my hair. It is clean. I washed it two days ago. The day goes something like that. So it is nice and clean. This is just air dry. I didn't straighten it or anything and yeah. So let's try to curl my hair. I am very bad at this, so let's try to section off the front first and I think that will help me out this side. I'M telling you I'm very bad at hair, I just curl it and that's it or strange and even straighten. I don't do a lot of cuz. My hair gets really greasy easily with straight hair. They said in the videos to curl it and then grab it out of the barrel and then wool or so it's like you, don't have to roll it back up and then you start from the top to add more volume on the top. So I'm just trying this out - and I have this on my face - setting which is just 30 and then I'm guessing. Are you roll like this and they said you can use a one or a criminai and they said to do a bigger wand or barrel and they said to clamp it all the way through Hey. I should open up the packaging. Okay, that's already went wrong and then try this one. It'S still hot. So let's see have a lot of baby. Here'S in the front also, so I don't know how this know all this is gon na work. I wish I had someone here to help me telling you I'm very bad hair coming out, I'm doing something wrong. I apologize to all hair stylists. I have never done this hairstyle on myself, so it's not gon na be perfect, so it's gon na be right there. Let'S use a clip jump it back just to me coming off on the back. You guys told me to give you updates of the wedding and stuff. Well, we are two weeks away almost two weeks and I am terrified I literally had nightmares last night of the wedding and things going wrong, so I was up so that was fun. Now I look crazy. Okay, let's try another one, I'm gon na see without this thing, because I think this thing kind of hate it but we'll see I'll, try one without and just see. If I can't pin it work, see all this big ears. I have so many baby hairs cool. It'S hot okay, I'm over this thing so difficult because then I can't get the other ones to look great. I don't know this. Video might be a fail. Like I said, I don't do here and I wish try like I'm gon na try something new or a nearly new hairstyle that works a little bit better, but nothing happens cuz. I stick to the same two hairstyles. I know three. If you count ponytail, Oh four, if you count bun, that's about it. Well that one looks better. Okay, let me just try this and I think, in the day of I'll, have help too they'll be my sister has a lemon drank me, so one of them should help me pin up this hair, but I think I'm gon na do this before I even do Get my makeup done because I want my hair to set for a long time, so it last all night, because I know I'm gon na just bring my hair for my hair bring my finger. I wanted you to notice. I didn't put any heat treat for hmm. Let'S try that again: hopefully you don't burn myself, it's just so hot. I think this is just so much harder to do it on yourself and then, when you have someone yeah look at that. It'S taking me like 30 minutes just to do this little bit. No, I don't want to burn my hair okay, for so I'm going to try to oh, my gosh imagine to do the bag. I think a bit of a break for sure the rollers would have been easier, maybe without like you can even heat, but then I have to leave them in longer. I'Ve did the front now to do the whole entire back. This is going to be felt freaking hard, so I'm going to try to pass by here some of this, because this video will be very long. If I do that, show you everything I'm trying to get thicker pieces. Maybe that's my problem. Let the really thin this very bad. Hmm, I look in see. I look like in one of those movies when the women come out of their house, I'm. Finally, on my last piece, I am so hot, it was taking you and I look insane not to mention, but I have noticed that the thicker pieces, like I said I was going to do or so much easier to work with. Then the skinnier ones and I have burned my fingers up to the max trying to pin it right after I take it out of the curler. So now I'm going to do put some hairspray like this. You know, Oh, to break the seal on there. First, okay just went a little bit now I will be back in C. It is 1204 right now I'll be back in 30 minutes. Let'S try thirty-first, give it a shot and I'll see you guys in a little bit. Okay guys. So I am back. I just ate - and now I am ready to take these out, so I'm gon na start from the bottom. I left them in for about 30 minutes and I don't have the patience whoa. I love that so far, okay, hopefully the ultra Melling that the clips don't look like they left me any dents. So that is very good. Of course, these bigger ones worked so much better. So now the object is to brush them out and use my wet brush, and let's see how this now, I'm guessing you just style it how you want. So this is how it is. I mean brush itself is very long, so I have to stand up to show you in the camera frame, so not too bad, except when I brush the bees out. Maybe I should have left them in a little longer. I wanted some more of a wave. I wanted what the front kind of looks like, but altogether it does look nice. It wasn't a total fail, oh and I'm going to have it this for the wedding. I want it like this. Let'S try that out. It'S so funny. I have this hairstyle and my sister wants a similar one. Well, you know I had it bears, but your wedding do what you want. I'M still gon na do what I want. Oh, maybe for next time. I can leave the these bottom ones in longer. So they're more curled, but I honestly love the front right here. Just like bottom half your bottom layer like did this bit. I wish it was a little bit more curl. I Paisley properly fixed with the curly turn. So what do you guys think? Let me know your opinion, I think, came out pretty well for this being my first time setting my hair with pins and not knowing what the heck I'm doing just watching some videos, if you guys have any tips on how to fix this or if you saw Me doing something wrong, let me know, because I have no idea what I'm doing, but this is like different than what I normally curl my hair like and I love it, and it looks even better that I have like such long hair.
