Hailey Bieber Wedding Hairstyle Inspo | Sleek Knotted Low Bun Tutorial | Kenra Professional

Hey everyone, I'm Stephanie Brinkerhoff, with Hair and Makeup by Steph, and I'm here with Kenra Professional to recreate Hailey Bieber's wedding, updo --, a sleek knotted low bun. So let's go ahead and get started. Okay. So this updo is mostly just straight, but it does have some texture in it, so i'm just going to go through and loosely get this flat ironed and then i'm going to add a couple different products to help create the texture that we want. Okay, so the first one i'm going to go in with is the Kenra Dry Volume Burst 3 and I'm just going to apply this to all of the roots. So, even though this updo is straight, it's not necessarily sleek, so this product is going to help. Give us that little bit of texture that's going to look really good in photographs., Then I'm going to go in with the Dry Texture Spray 6, and I'm focusing this primarily on the roots as well. All the products that I'm applying now I'm just focusing on the top half and then once we get this in a ponytail and start to work on our updo, we can focus the product in there. So I'm just working this through with my fingers, okay and then the last product i'm going to do at the roots is the Perfect Medium Spray. 13., This one's a little bit waxier. So it's going to add a tiny bit more shine and a tiny bit more separation.. Okay. So before I get this up, I'm going to do a little bit of back combing, just right back here at the nape, where I'm going to be doing my elastic and where i'm going to be putting all of my pins, I'm not going to do any back! Combing through the crown, since this is a little bit more of an editorial, look we're going to keep it a little bit more sleek on top and then i'm just locking that in with the Volume Spray 25.. So I'm going to start getting this back with my fingers. I don't want to brush through any of this, because i like that kind of disheveled, look on top. So i'm just running my fingers through it and you want to make sure you have a center part and everything is going to get tucked behind the ears and we do want to leave a couple pieces out. But these very front pieces are going to be tucked. So I'm just going to pull some out right around her ears., Okay and then I'll just get that in a low ponytail here in the center back.. Okay, then, I'm just going to deconstruct and dishevel this just a tiny bit more with my fingers and with the Volume Spray 25 just kind of breaking this up a tiny bit.. Before I start my updo, I'm going to add a little bit of the Perfect Medium Spray 13 in here --. I don't necessarily need any product for bulk, because the updo itself is actually pretty small. So this is just going to help, add texture and then what I'm going to do is i'm going to split this in half and get this twisted together. and I'm going to twist it pretty tightly and I'm just focusing on the top half for now. So I've got that twisted about halfway down and then I'm going to wrap that up and get that bobby, pinned. Okay, then I'm going to continue twisting that and wrapping it around getting a little bit more pinned at a time. Okay and then these ends are going to get twisted and tucked underneath, but I'm going to leave a little bit of the ends out just to keep it looking a little more natural., Okay and then i'm just going to check the balance. Make sure it's looking good from every angle and I'll go ahead and finish with some more of the Volume Spray 25 and we will be good to go.
