Half Up Half Down Hairstyles With Curls For Party/Prom/Wedding ❤ Medium/Long Hair Tutorial
Welcome to another cute and easy summer hair tutorial for long and medium length hair with clip-in extensions! In this video I'll show you step by step how to create a beautiful and trendy half up half down hairstyle with curls and a lace waterfall braid in front. If you want to wear this look in a casual way, or if you are running late (or if you are lazy :pppp) you can skip the teasing part and replace lace waterfall braid with a regular 3-strand braid. Then you'll be done in 3 minutes instead of 5-10 minutes that it would take otherwise. Such a boho chic hairstyle would be great for everyday, while the second version with a teased crown is more sophisticated and it would be suitable for special events. So you can wear the hairstyles from this video either to complete your casual glam look (to school, college, university, work) or for special events - formal and informal (when you go out clubbing, for meeting friends, for a party, as a wedding guest, bride, bridesmaid, for prom, homecoming or graduation).

Hi guys today, I'd like to present you a couple of ideas on how to style your hair into a beautiful and dramatic, have up to four everyday and for special events. You you that's what my natural hair looks like at this point and for extra limited volume. I'M going to add my glam temp lip in hair extensions. The great thing about this hairstyle is that it works not only on long hair but also medium length, hair shoulder length hair. So don't worry if your hair isn't as long as mine with extensions, I leave the choice of the curling technique up to you. If you want to get the most long-lasting results, I recommend you to use hair curlers. You can watch one of my previous videos to learn how to use them properly or a curling iron to get the most glamorous look. Once my hair is curled, I'm going to move on to the following stage: I'm going to tease the hair in the crown of my head above my hair extensions to make it look more formal and glamorous this step is actually optional. So if you want to dress down your hairstyle for less formal and more casual events, you could totally skip this step, but as far as my teasing is concerned, to make the entire process much easier. I'M using this powder, it's called super dust from L'Oreal professional. I sprinkle it onto the roots of my hair and then tease it. This powder helps to advance texturize my hair and secure the entire season in place. Alternatively, you could just tease each section near the roots and then spray it with a hairspray, but the powder simply makes the entire process more simple and efficient. So I t's only my own hair above the extensions, and then I get this crazy hair volume. Now I can bring this hair to the back and smooth out the surface, so I glide over the surface, with my teeth and brush without brushing my hair through. This is very important because you don't want to destroy all the volume we just created at this point. You could actually attach all your top layers into a half a pill to create that glamorous retro Brigitte Bardot log, I'm going to section the hair that lies above my ear and use it to create my braids. It'S going to start like a regular French braid. So we pick three strands of hair: bring the right strand in the middle, bring the left strand in the middle, bring the right strand in the middle once again and add some extra hair from the right to the middle strand. We bring the left strand in the middle and add some hair from the left to the middle strand. We could keep on repeating the steps until when corporate all the loose hair into this braid, but today actually decided to decorate this braid with some waterfall elements. So I keep on braiding normally right above my forehead, and then I slightly change my strategy, so here, instead of bringing the right strand in the middle, I actually release it and replace it with a new strand of hair. I bring this new strand of hair in the middle on the left side. Everything goes as before. We bring the left strand in the middle and add some extra hair from the left with the middle strand, while on the right side, we'll release the right strand and replace it with a new strand of hair, we'll bring this new strand of hair in the middle. The left strand goes in the mirror and if there's no more hair left to add from the top, then we just don't add any here. We release the rightmost strand and we replace it with a new strand of hair, which we immediately brain in the middle, and once I reach my ear, I change my strategy once again. So here after bringing the right strand in the middle, I grab the first strand that I released from my braid and add it to the middle strand. Then I bring the left strand in the middle. I bring the right strand in the middle and add the following stranded. I released the left strand goes in the middle, the right strand goes in the middle and I add the following loose strand and where the last release strand to our braid and now a very important step. I'M going to tag on those strands that I reincorporated into my braid: don't give them the dice for a v-shape, I'm going to secure this braid with a small elastic and create a regular braid on the other side of my head once you tie both braids together At the back of your head, you get the first version of this hairstyle. This could be a great casual look, especially if you don't tease your crowd. I'Ve chosen to create a kind of an asymmetric loop vibe, it's totally up to you and you could create the same braid on the other side. So then it would look better with the middle part for the second hairstyle, I'm going to grab a strand of hair from the left side and simply wrap it around my braids. Next, I'm going to repeat the same procedure on the other side, so I grab a strand of hair from the right side and also wrap it around my braids and the trapped hair from the previous step. You to make sure that my hair is actually going to stay in this position, I'm going to secure it with a couple of bobby pins and then this hairstyle is complete. If you're going to try it out. I tried using Boing Curling Creme by Unite and an extra hold mousse by Tresemme before putting the curlers in but they made minimal difference. How do you make sure your curls last all day?
