THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 300K

Foreign day and I've been waiting for my next hair wash day to film this video, I'm gon na, be filming my hair every single day this week, showing you every single product. I do every single thing I do to it to keep it looking good. I actually just washed my hair like not long ago, because it felt nasty - I just let it air dry, it's really frizzy and dry at the ends, and I haven't done an oil mask for a fat minute. I have an entire hair care routine. I am technically going to be showing my hair care routine in this video, but I touch more on the reasonings for why I'm doing everything in my hair care routine. So if you want to go watch that you can go watch that very first step is I'm going to be going in with my bamboo brush on my scalp for like three to five minutes? Yes, it seems excessive, there's like so much science about scalp stimulation and it's going to stimulate your scalp and get the blood flow going and stuff or you do an oil treatment because it helps like get it in there and, like penetrate the follicle better. All that jazz, I don't brush my hair to the ends every single time. I kind of just like go like this on my scalp everywhere, but I don't go through my hair every single time because that's like so excessive set a timer for five minutes counting down. I'M literally sweating, this is not good. I also go like this in like just little circles and moving my skin like on my scalp, not rubbing at this point, you should just okay. It is very normal for your head to feel like tingly and that's a good thing, and I get a lot of questions from people on. Why do you use a bamboo brush and the reason is for its bristles. The bristles are just like really good at stimulating the scalp. I'M going to be doing a rosemary oil treatment today. Do oil treatments one to two times a week. I kind of just feel it out. So much of Hair Care is just like doing what your body needs and it's not like super consistent. Even if you wash your hair every day, you want to do an oil mask still one to two times a week and not more than that, because it can cause hair loss. I'M gon na go in with two half droppers, which is just one full dropper, but it won't fill all the way. But I part my hair and I put about three drops in one part, and then I go about an inch and a half to the next section that beeping outside is really nice before people start going crazy about. Oh, my gosh. Don'T touch the dropper to your head majority of oils, if not like all oil are antibacterial and antimicrobial, it's literally the least of your worries, and it's not going to kill you to put the dropper on your head. It is very different for, like skin care products for the back of my head, I just slowly push out the oil and go like this and it's honestly the most effective way to do it. I'M just gon na add the teenies bit more to places that experience more hair loss and for me that is my face framing pieces. I'Ve recently been looking into like pressure points for hair growth and in like traditional Chinese medicine. They talk about a bunch of pressure points and I've seen a bunch of people go like this and then where their thumb is. That is where a pressure point is, and it's like really good to massage. It just make sure like extra hair oil. Is there I'm going to massage just with my fingertips and move the skin on my scalp, not rub for three minutes and then I will also go in with a scalp massager set a timer for three minutes: foreign oil in my mids and ends - and I take About a dime size amount, I usually do a braid, but I have to do a bunch of stuff after this, and since I have layers my braid definitely will fall out. I'M going to just put my hair in a bun. I always make sure the hairstyle. I'M doing is just very loose. The perfect amount of time I like to leave oil in is like four hours. I'M gon na go do my stuff and then we'll come back and wash my hair. I ended up doing my nails. Yes, there will be a video on it. Thank you, foreign. I usually let my hair sit in the towel for like 10 to 15 minutes. If I'm going to be blow drying my hair and I actually have to go and film a tick tock sponsorship for shark. So I'm gon na go do that you can go. Look on my Tick Tock like how I do like. I seriously have only been doing this for like five minutes, and I almost have my entire bottom section done. The air wrap Barrel, things on the shark are so much better than the Dyson and I do have the old Dyson and I've literally wanted to buy the new Dyson just to see because the shark barrels are so much better. The main reason why I use the Dyson all the time is because of the one attachment they have of like the round brush, and I like that one, the best because of how skinny it is, and it's like the same exact size as my rollers. So it works perfect. I honestly think I'm gon na start using this and these barrels more because this is actually like really good. Thank you, okay. This is like one of the best blowouts I've ever done. My hair feels so light and Airy, and it's not falling at all. So we love that. But why is it that I always create the best blowouts at night before I'm gon na go to bed to preserve this? I'M okay, if it falls a little bit but to make it not get frizzy or anything like that. I will be sleeping with a silk cap and I already have enough hair oil in my hair from earlier, like after my shower, look like this, and I take my hair and I make sure my hair is like flat and now that it looks like the Alaskan Bull worm is eating my head, I'm ready for bed. Oh, my God, there's gon na be a line on my forehead because that's kind of just what happens is what my hair looks like directly after foreign, but yeah might throw it in a claw clip if I'm cleaning or something other than that, I'm not doing anything To it, I'm not really doing that much, I'm literally going to blow dry like two or three pieces up here and putting rollers in, and I just need more volume putting in heat protectant. Of course, oh that was so dramatic. I ended up putting my hair in a ponytail, so it didn't even matter that I did that because I didn't want my hair down we're gon na do a voiceover for this clip because I am very drunk even if I'm drunk, I still got ta. Do my hair and skincare routine? I took my ponytail out in the car because I had a raging headache on the way home, I'm just detangling, my hair, I'm going in with the Kara sauce night serum. I take like two pumps of that and put that in my mids and ends, and this just helps my hair to stay super moisturized, putting my night cap on and going to bed good morning. I just woke up and I actually have to like hop in the shower and get ready because I'm going to go, spend the night at my parents for a few nights, because I miss them. This is my hair. I ended up doing a Sleek look last night, but I like tried to not put anything in my hair to make it more Sleek, because I didn't want to wash my hair today. This is what we're working with you know. We still got the blowout look. Okay, so I want to take a shower. I just take my scrunchie and then I take a shower. I still don't like put my head in the shower. I just like wash my body wash my face. If I have to but I'll just get the water and go like this, a lot of people are under the impression when they hear I wash my hair every three to five days, then I only take a shower every three to five days. No, I still take a shower every single day. I just don't wash my hair with it. That'S why I love shower caps, foreign, warm it up in between my hands, put that on my mids and ends, because, usually by the third day, my ends can start to get really dry after I do the oil I take a boar brush and I just re-brush My hair and boy brushes help distribute the oil everywhere. I haven't blow dried, my hair. In a minute, I've been like really trying to style it. Wavy and, like my hair, is never this soft. When it's wavy and on third day, you know, we still got shine and honestly this week will probably get up to like five to seven days, because my scalp, like really isn't oily, I'm at my parents house and everyone's asleep. This is how my hair kept up during today. I'M gon na make sure it's completely detangled just doing this with a wide tooth comb. Take a few drops of my hair oil and I'm just going to take a bore brush brush the oil through honestly should like give myself a scalp massage, because I like to try to do my bamboo brush on my scalp or using a scalp massager for, like Three to five minutes daily, but I'ma be honest. I slack it's just like one of those things that is so simple and easy to do where I'm just like. I want to go to bed. I don't want to do that, so I'm not going to do it because I'm movie realistic, my hair is not frizzy, it's still sleek and smooth and shiny, so I am just going to be putting it in my silk cap again. My hair is really long enough to actually reach the end of this, and what it's doing right now is it gets to the end and then it curls up so like it's giving my hair like a bevel at the ends, and it's really nice good morning. I already took my hair out of my silk cap, I'm just gon na comb it out I'm going to the beach this morning. I kind of don't care. When I look like that much it still looks perfectly fine down. There'S like nothing wrong with it. I just don't like how flat my roots are. I don't think, I'm honestly just gon na stick it in a claw clip. It looks difficult once you get the hang of this. It'S really easy. You wrap around your finger. You pull your hair weirdly. Do you guys, remember Ellie, she's huge now, I'm probably gon na keep my hair like that all day, I'm actually in like a really really big rush right now, I kind of have like a family emergency. Last night. I didn't film what I did in my hair, but I just did the same thing. I'Ve been doing, I put a few drops of oil in it and then I put it in a silk cap. I don't really care what my hair looks like today. My roots are getting greasy. I literally can't wash my hair right now because I need to leave my house, so we will we'll see what I do to it later. I'M in a rush I'm about to leave my roots are so oily and I really don't have time to wash my hair. So I'm going to take my boy brush and just disperse the oil a little bit, I'm currently up at my grandma's house and it's like really cold. So I'm just gon na wear a beanie over it and then later tonight I will be washing my hair. So you can just see like when my hair gets oily, doesn't even look that bad, it's just so flat. Okay, maybe that does look pretty bad. I have a mini little camera stuff as well, a little that because, where I am is so freaking dry there's like no moisture, I'm gon na put that in my mint and ends, and that is the hair. For today, a million things are happening in my life. Right now in this video - and this wasn't prepared - sometimes life comes out of nowhere. I'M just gon na make sure my hair has no tangles in it. A little key fell asleep on the couch I got home from like a four hour drive. I took a shower. I did not want to wash my hair because I do want to blow dry my hair after washing it. I will be washing it tomorrow ish morning, so then I can blow dry it so that it's good for, like the next five-ish days from the research that I have done. It'S not really the best to keep oil on your scalp for over four hours, and I am going to be sleeping right now, but sometimes what I like to do, if I get the chance, is to do an oil mask on my mids and ends. I'M sleeping foreign secure that with a satin or silk scrunchie and then even if I'm not going to be going to sleep, I always put a silk cap on right away. When you have oil in your hair, it can just attract more dust and stuff. I always have a silk or satin pillowcase and I'm gon na be honest. My favorite ones are from Kitsch and they're satin I've gotten really expensive, high quality silk ones. I literally liked the kids ones more. I don't know why they're really soft and I have put them through the washing and dryer, even though I think it says not to do that, but I've done it and they're still just as soft. Sometimes the silk caps will fall off. That'S why I like these, because they have those little tightening thing. If yours don't have that and if you're like kind of a rough sleeper, I would take a bobby, pin and pin it at the bottom right here and at the top. If you're like a really crazy sleeper, but usually the ones at the bottom and just make sure to catch your hair, I'm gon na see you guys in the morning going to instantly do a mask, I'm going to take the Fable and Main Holly Roots oil. I like doing this one. If I can't wait a long time, I actually have to leave the house again and I don't really have time to do that. Much but honestly, I feel like stuff happening shows like can't always do a freaking hair mask for like four hours. I'M literally Gon na Leave This in my hair for like 10 to 30 minutes, while I pack a bag and then I'm gon na take a shower and I'm gon na try to blow dry my hair. But honestly, I don't know if it's gon na work and if it doesn't work, then I'm probably just gon na have to do like heatless girls tomorrow after I blow dry my hair for a while, my hair will not style wavy properly. It turns into a big giant, frizz ball and it'll, go straight in some pieces, almost curly in other pieces and wavy in all the rest, and it's just not the business. So I brush it straight and try and get as straight as possible and then do a heatless curler, so yeah, I'm not gon na, do anything fancy with my hair today, I'm just gon na wash and condition it from the other day that I washed it. I already showed you guys, like all my tricks, like splitting my hair in half and rinsing the shampoo out. Also, I'm just saying this now, if you guys want a video of my hair in a week with no heat, because when I don't do heat, I usually do like heatless curls way more. Like almost every day. You guys want to see that. Let me know low-key like me to leave right now, but if I don't blow dry, my hair, my hair, is going to turn into like a frizzy mess very completely. I don't know if I want a half dry, because sometimes it turns out good. If I do that, and sometimes it turns out really bad, if I do that or shampoo, I went in with the rahua Enchanted Island shampoo. I love this shampoo. It says it's safe for color treated hair, I'm like 99 sure it doesn't have silicones or sulfates in it, and I've been liking shampoos that don't have those, and then I went in with the Crown Affair. The ritual conditioner. I recently started using this and every single time my hair is super dry. I like to use it because this literally seems like a deep conditioner like this conditioner is so so moisturizing and the same exact leave-in treatments that I went in last time when I took a shower and then, of course putting it in my microfiber hair towel. I popped a bunch of stuff on my face last night because I had like those blackheads super in there and I regret my decision. Sometimes my hair can take a really long time to dry because of how much hair I have. I don't want there to be water, one on my hair for that long. That'S the main reason why I like to blow dry because it weakens the cortex of your hair leading to break it. But I also really don't like there to be water on my scalp for that long, because that's just like not good, it can like Harbor. So much bacteria so I'll put in a clip later when my hair turns out like okay. This is what my hair looks like two hours: later-ish I've just brushed it like a million times, and I have this jelly heatless curler and I am going to put that in my hair because I'm about to be on like a three hour drive and and I'm Gon na let it stay in this heatless curler. You warm it up in the microwave for like 30 seconds, and it's warm. You only keep it in for like 45 minutes to an hour, and then you have like beautiful wavy curls. I just did my hair for the car ride and I will show you guys what they look like when I take it out. Thank you. It'S really looks kind of like going to bed, I'm going to be playing just a heatless curler to sleep. In my face. It looks so bad. This just shows like how much climate affects your skin, because I've been from like super dry climate to Human skin. Like does not know what to do. Put a little bit of oil in my hair, just in my mids and ends okay and I'm gon na take just my current bangs and then I'm gon na feed, my heatless curler through a while back. I actually did a video on different heatless curls and I do kind of a tutorial on how I wrap this and then I also have a bunch of tutorials on how I wrap it on Tick, Tock long story short. I take a piece from the front wrap it around these from the back, wrap it in the opposite direction, crisscrossing over that after that, just adding pieces to it almost like a French braid. I sometimes I put my silk cap like over. This kind of just depends on if it's super secure or not and honestly, it's pretty secure so I'll show you guys what it looks like in the morning good morning. Let'S see how these decided to come out. I like to shake out my roots. Oh, I will show you guys my hair later tonight and what I do, but this is the last day of the video, because I'm doing for a week, thank you.

St4rdust: Inspirational. Relaxing. Today in my session with my therapist I was asked why I do lately to cope with my depression and I told her "At times, the ONLY thing my brain accepts doing is watching Kayli Boyle". Yeah, I've watched and rewatched the videos because they soothe me. I've watched videos while doing nails or self care because I get inspired. <3

lexi: It’s so crazy how hair care in this way when it comes to blow outs & not washing your hair everyday with naturally straight is exactly how girls with naturally curly & kinky hair BEEN taking care of their hair when styled/straightened. I have been doing this since I was like 10 years old getting my hair pressed out for church every week lol Shower caps are a must, silk caps/ silk hair scarves at night are a must, hair oil/serum is a must to keep it silky. So interesting how universal hair care can be! Love your hair vids!❤ I learn new tips and products when it comes to styling my hair when I wear it straight :)

Hill: I love how real she is. On all of her self care videos. She definitely doesn’t gatekeep and we love that

Rebecca Risi Lind: I've just discovered your channel and I'm absolutely in love with it! you definitely have some amazing tips, and I definitely want to implement these into my own routine :) I have a very, very oily scalp. Have you noticed how the oil mask and serums have affected the overall greasiness of your hair? I wonder if increasing the moisture of your hair also decreases oiliness like it does with skincare. anyways thank you so much for your advice, your hair is goals!

bri hall: my serotonin went up when i got the notification for this video

Yaël Zoutendijk: I just had a baby and I miss having all this time to myself to do selfcare/spa days! But I prioritize getting ready in the morning, shower/hair/make-up/cute outfit. Because when I look good, I feel good. If I walk around in sweats all day I get depressed
