Sandra Meesala: Growing up, no one knew my mother tongue and now it's being sung at the Oscars! What a time to be alive! Proud to be Telugu!

DJSpinczar: honestly, representation aside, this is the kind of genuine fun and energy the oscars has been missing for forever, ESPECIALLY in this category specifically, where every other song sounded like it could have been a part of in memoriam - love it

Alex Thode: This stole the ENTIRE show. My jaw was on the floor with a wide smile from ear to ear the entire time. INCREDIBLE. You can tell the performers, particularly the main two, were having the absolute best time of their lives!!!

Life. Action. RolePlay! Channel: Kudos to these dancers! In the movie, the dance was several clips of choreo, but this was ALL continuous high energy in a single performance!

Native-Kitty: As a non-Asian American who watches Indian cinema, please don’t sleep on these musical numbers in their movies. They NEVER disappoint! ❤❤

SirCookie Knight: I am so happy to see my country being represented at the Oscars. The American film industry constantly overlooks the beauty of Indian cinema, and I am so glad for it to finally be represented.

alexiaNBC: No surprise that it won best song. It conveys so much energy and joy and ferocity.

Startup HUB: Wow, this is the best dance routine I've seen since classic Broadway shows. Don't know what they're saying but the energy in the dance is a treat by itself.

Kathee Cornelison: I have not seen this kind of energy and performance in 40 years. The choreography the production the outfits and the absolute energy was phenomenal. This was the best part for me. The joy love that was shared through this art piece brought us so much needed Love ❤️. Thank you for such a beautiful job.

Dad's Den: Telugu!!!!! LOVE IT

ß: I’m proud to be Indian and even more proud to be Telugu!!!

M Banerjee: That's the kind of energy the Oscars needed. Props to everyone involved. Jai Hind!

Seeking Media Productions: This is one of the MANY, MANY, MANY reasons why Best Choreography should be included at the Academy Awards.

HawkeyeJane: I just couldn’t believe how much JOY I felt from this performance. I love how the artistry of music and dance … no matter the language or culture… can come together and create such an emotional response. I’m from U.S. and am so glad I watched the Oscars this year! Exciting to learn more about the incredible talent in India!

Sharpe: They ROCKED it! The singers were incredible. Best performance of the night.

Sheryl Lewis: I love it! I watch it over and over again. I'm 71 and almost crippled, but I actually got up and tried it a little bit--so fun!

I like cats: The footwork was incredible! The dance scene in the movie was shot in Kyiv Ukraine in the Presidential palace.

martha escamilla: My husband and I are Mexican but we love this music! The culture in general. This is amazing!!

Victor Romero Martinez: Not only did I really love the song when I first saw this movie, but, seeing the Oscars rendition, I LOVE seeing the DIVERSITY of the dancers dancing to the most awesome music in the world. And I am NOT even an Indian person. I used to watch Indian movies when I was in high school, and these types of songs have always stolen my heart. I'm so happy the world is finally recognizing Indian/Bollywood movies and music. The emotion was just overwhelming for me.

Colli_Wolly: I must’ve rewatched this video like 15 times now, like it’s such an adrenaline listening to this song, and the Academy’s rendition of the music and choreography is all-around fantastic! I’m so glad it got the Oscar win, and the film itself is one of my favorites of 2022!

S cube: Telugu language is soo beautiful! If anyone haven’t seen how it is written just take a look at it. It is beautiful to see. It sounds awesome to the people who understand lyrics and who doesn’t understand them. It is also the highly spoken Indian language in America based upon statistics. Almost top third. Telugu people are higher in Technology in US, UK. We love our language, culture and cultural foods. .. They are very unique. Great moment to listen to the Telugu song on Oscar stage.#Tollywood#TFI telugu film Industry #Indian cinema
