Hello friends today it is the start of my Christmas series. I don't have a name for it. It'S just the Christmas series, the holidays, roll around parties to go to. You just want to feel festive there's a lot of gatherings that require you to kind of dress up a little bit and look a little holiday ish. So I wanted to show you guys three different things that you could do to your hair. To make it look a bit more interesting and not just the same old, boring hairstyles that you may tend to do decide of the series. I also wanted to make my background one where Christmasy, so I've got a fireplace back there at a Christmas tree here. This will get a lot more festive looking as the time goes on, but to start off, it's very bare for the moment. This is my naked Christmas treats like cover yourself tree cover yourself. The three hairstyle is, though me showing you guys all revolve around curled hair. So I'm using the kiss instawave to curl my hair. I know it looks scary, but it's actually not all you have to do. Is you put your hair in here and then you press one of the buttons, the right or the left that determines which way your hair curls and it will just like roll your hair and then you just slide it, and you done it's really cool. That'S two settings a low and a high. I do think the low heat is pretty hot, so I wouldn't not use the high heat unless, like you really thick hair and it's really difficult to curl or something, but the high heat goes up to 420 degrees. So that's really high, and I don't think you need that also, if you're one of those people who constantly forget to turn off your appliances or if you constantly are paranoid about turning things off or that will turn off after 90 minutes. So you're kind of you know your girl kind of save just just in case you put it in here. How cool is that and then just hold it for about like whatever ten seconds, and then this is what my hair looks like all curls and now I'm just going to kind of carefully brush them out a bit. So it looks a bit more natural, we're gon na start off with a very unique looking ponytail, so taking the top third section of my hair, I'm going to separate it and just pin it on top of my head. Very roughly don't be neat about this, because we're gon na bring it down in a second taking the rest of my hair, I'm just going to put it into a low ponytail. Actually, I would say this is like mid high ponytail, not low, mid high, and you can use any elastic band. You use totally up to you because you won't see it anyways, then taking the leftover hair, that we have pinned up, unpin it and separate into two sections like so, and then take one section and bring it over your ponytail like that, and then we're just going To pin it in and I would definitely recommend using bobby pins that are the same color as your hair to still make it look a lot neater and then do the same thing to the other side. So take the leftover section, bring it over the ponytail and pin it in place, don't make it like super slick and tight when you're putting it over. You want it to be a bit loose, so it looks kind of like a messy ponytail and then just pull out some pieces near your ears. If you want make it a bit more loose, and that is the finished look. I really like this because ponytails are usually quite boring, but I think this looks pretty interesting and it looks like you spent a lot more time on it than you actually did. It'S definitely something I'm gon na be wearing and you can also put in some little pins or a bow or something and just make it a lot more holiday-ish. The second hairstyle, I'm just moving my part a bit more into the middle, not the exact meet up. Milks, my hair doesn't look great that way, but a bit more into the middle, and then I'm going to take this really cool elastic. He headband I'm going to place it on top of my head, I'm just kind of like the boho ish. Look that the people usually do and then to hide the elastic, that's at the back of my head, because it just looks kind of icky, I'm going to take sections on my hair and I'm gon na tuck it behind the elastic and just bring it down. I really like this because it's very quick, it's very simple, and it's great if you were someone who's running late to a party or something, and you just want to look a bit more put together, it's a hairstyle that looks a lot more complicated than it actually Is - and I know that we all have those days where we're just running late and we want to do something to your hair or we don't have time, and I think this is a great little thing that you could do every time you bring a hair over To the other side, like around the elastic just kind of push it a bit out so that it covers the elastics, you can see it that way, you don't have to use as much hair, and that is the finished. Look I really like it. I think it looks really cute classy and you honestly look like you spend so much more time than you actually did for the last hairstyle, I'm just going to make a deep part on the side of my head. So, wherever my normal part is I'm just making a much deeper part, and else you want to do as well, you want to make it very clean as well, so I'm being very careful as you as you can see, to make sure that it's very slick and Straight and now I'm just going to take small sections on my hair and I'm going to French braid it and you want to take really thin strips French braids - are really easy. You literally disturb with three strands, and you just add more hair as you go along, but you want to make sure you're only adding small amounts of the hair. This is a very, very thin small, French braid. So I'm just going to go all the way to the back of my head until it gets too hard to keep French braiding and then I'm just gon na braid down into a regular plant, as you guys can see, I'm just braiding down again and then I'm Just going to tie the end with the clear elastic and I'm also going to be curling some strands just to know, give it a bit more. I really like this hairstyle. This is so different than anything I normally wear. I don't normally part my hair. This far. Just because it's not a natural part, but I think you have like a kind of almost 1940s look to this, but with a bit more of like a little rocky touch with a little braid. I guess I don't know, add some hair, it's great to set everything and once you're done it should just look like this. I mean this looks pretty cool. It'S definitely different. It'S simple, but it's again a unique little thing to add to a regular, simple hairstyle. That is it for my three holding hair stuff. If you try any of these hairstyles be sure to give me a photo at mmm result in the squirrel Russa. All my links are down below and let me know below in the comments which book was your favorite.
