Easy Bubble Braid Christmas Tree Hairstyle Tutorial

Hey guys today we're going to be doing another Christmas tree hairstyle, and I will have all of our Christmas styles linked below in case you were looking for more ideas for this hairstyle, I'm starting with a half ponytail, and I just basically pulled her bangs area back Into a rubber band and then I'm going to take this and split off a small section of hair from each side. So you want a pretty small strand of hair on each side of that and then I'm just going to braid this center section. Okay, now that I have that braid down in the center before we go on to the next step, I'm going to add a little bit of pomade just to each of these strands so that we can keep the flyaways down. Now I'm going to come down about an inch or two from the top of that and I'm going to tie another elastic and then you want to be sure to keep this hair separate from the braid itself, so that you don't pull on the braid. Once you get it kind of separated, you can take it and pull it out and for this top piece you don't want to pull it out very much just a little bit from the braid and then we're going to do the same thing here. I'M going to go down about the same distance for the next elastic and again, if you want to add some more puppy to these side sections, you can for this next section you're going to want to pull it out a little bit farther than you did. The first one and then of course, on this last layer, we're going to do the exact same thing, we're just going to stretch these out a little bit further to form the tree shape and then, as you can see, we didn't use this entire braid. So I'm just going to get rid of this last elastic on the bottom. Her hair was long enough that I could use one continuous strand to make each of these loops if your hair is on the shorter side. What you could do is just do one section at a time, so I would braid and split off to from that and add it here and then I would make a new braid and grab two new strands to make each layer.
