Trend Watch: Rainbow Bangs

Last year was all about the rainbow hair, pastel hair colors, and hair color that represents something else (ex: galaxy hair, pumpkin spice hair, opal hair, etc.), but this year it’s just about the bangs. Rainbow bangs are the coolest new hair trend of summer, 2016.
The basis to rainbow bangs is pretty simple. You just have to color your bangs a variety of colors, while leaving the rest of your hair a different color. However, you can be creative on what colors to use and how to place them.
Some people use traditional rainbow colors (red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet), while others just use a few different colors. Additionally, some people have the colors melt together as they move down the hair shaft (kinda like how ombré works), while others do whole panels of varying solid colors.
The great thing about hair color is that there really aren’t any rules. Be creative.
