Zendaya’s New Blonde Hair

This star is well-known for her diverse, ever-changing hairstyles. That being said, it should be no surprise to see Zendaya’s new blonde hair on the cover of Marie Claire this month…
Zendaya is part of the “Fresh Faces 2016” issue, in which she is a cover model along with Kylie Jenner, Ellie Goulding, Hailey Baldwin and Gugu Mbatha-Raw this month. The purpose of the “Fresh Faces” issues are to showcase young talent. The most notable thing about Zendaya is that she is rocking a super-cute, blonde, shaggy hairstyle.
In this issue, she talks about her return to Disney, her dating life and mullets. Yes, mullets. “I wore a freaking mullet to the Grammys. I felt like I was killing it. And I was. That’s all that should matter when you step out.”
As far as her return to the Disney Channel, she felt there was a lack of diversity on the channel. “To see a black family, to see a young girl with these adorable Afro puffs,” she said, “little things like that are so important.”
Even though this is a new look for her, Zendaya is no stranger to blonde hair. She has been seen rocking other blonde styles this year, such as that mullet I mentioned earlier, a cute pixie cut, and even a blonde bowl cut.
Although she can pretty much rock any style, I do have to admit that I like the more “fringy” styles such as the one on the cover of Marie Claire.
If you ask me, it’s pretty awesome that Zendaya can wear so many diverse hairstyles and actually pull them off. Beyond that, she feels confident in how she looks, no matter what. This attitude has already landed her a deal as an ambassador for CoverGirl. Check out some of her other most memorable ‘dos.
