Remember, don't use too much pressure as it would lead to hair breakage. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps repair and build tissue. When you apply vitamin E to your scalp, it helps reduce inflammation and repair damage to the follicles and healthy follicles encourage hair growth. It also deeply conditions the hair from roof to shaft, to make it healthier and shinier and even prevents premature greying. A good massage with vitamin E oil increases the circulation of blood. A healthy supply of blood is a good stimulant for hair to grow and flourish. It nourishes your scalp and also makes the hair more lustrous another way to use this oil is break open, 2 to 3 capsules of vitamin E oil, add one or two tablespoon of coconut oil. As for the length of your hair, warm them using a double boiler method and apply it on your scalp and hair oil, your hair, either overnight or one to two hours ahead of shampooing. Your hair oil will seep in more at night, making your hair healthy from the inside out. Warm oil massage helps in improving the circulation of blood to the scalp, which leads to better nourishment and hence better health of hair. Warm oil treatments will help the oils to be deposited back into the hair and prevent dryness that can contribute to breakage. Also, oil provides good lubrication to the hair, thereby checking and reducing the damage. Coconut oil mixed with vitamin E oil, is an excellent hair conditioner. It possesses best moisture, retaining capacity as compared to any other oil, coconut oil, not only cleanses, but also moisturizes, your scalp. It easily penetrates into your scalp and stimulates the growth of hair follicles. You can also use vitamin E oil as a spot. Treatment for split ends. Squeeze out vitamin E oil into the palm of your hand, rub your hands together then take the ends of your hair between your hands. Vitamin E is a potent moisturizer that may help buying water to skin. N K: Yes! The mixture of vitamin E oil and coconut oil is best for hairfall i used this oil for a month and my hairs become more thicker, longer and smooth. If u r facing dandruff problem then fix some alovera in the oil mixture ur dandruff will gone in 2 or 3 washes.
