I share amazing DIY remedies with my family and they are very happy using them Today. I will be sharing a two step process with all of you On, using which you can provide growth to your hair. You will finish off all the possibilities of hair issues that might occur during winters, And you will get only glossier, hair, healthy hair and very healthy scalp as well At first. Let us talk about the magical ingredient of today's remedy, Which we will be using in a religious quantity to provide hair growth and subside all other hair issues. The name of the ingredient is Fenugreek seeds. Winters have come so consume Fenugreek in ample quantities So that there is no Vitamin deficiency in your body. If your body will be internally healthy, then external application will give results faster And you will say that wow this happened so easily, So you have to eat green, leafy Fenugreek for sure Next, you will need Fenugreek seeds, Which you will grind nicely and make a powder Out of it, If you are comfortable, then you can even order it online. You will get the link to all the ingredients in description box below Either you can order Fenugreek powder or you can grind Fenugreek seeds and achieve the powder. We will have to strain this powder because the seeds open up and the inside part is converted to the powder Strain the mixture out of the blender, and you will get a very fine powder. We have to make use of it. The very first step of this two step process is that we have to soak Fenugreek seeds overnight When you soak the seeds overnight, they swell up because they absorb the water And release their amazing nutritional properties into the water. All of you know that this water out of soaked, Fenugreek seeds, is very healthy for your body. This cannot be consumed in summers because it gives warmth to the body. That is why you can consume it in winters. If, at all, you are looking for weight loss, Otherwise, also Fenugreek seeds, water helps in making your skin radiant, So you can consume it for that matter as well Store this soaked water in a spray bottle and spray it properly on your scalp, You can do it On lengths as well no problem - But we are using this amazing nutrition for hair growth and growth happens from roots, You will go on doing the partition and spray the water on hair roots And dab the scalp with gentle hands so that roots absorb the water properly And when you do it, you will feel that your hair are becoming softer. If you will grind these soaked Fenugreek seeds, then we get a very slimy paste And this same property of Fenugreek is transferred to the water. That is why you will feel the slight softness, But don't worry it's absolutely normal. You will let this water onto your hair and after it gets completely absorbed in the hair roots. You can spray the water on scalp in the morning and go around your chores in the morning And follow step 2 in the evening For step 2. You will have to prepare an oil for which you will need olive oil. You can use coconut oil also, but it freezes during winters and needs to be melted again and again. If you want to escape from this mess, then you can use olive oil, Though it's expensive, but believe me after you prepare this oil And after getting the beautiful results, you will not find this expensive. It is very, very, very potent So you have to take approximately 200 ml of oil If it's cold pressed, then nothing like it, because cold pressed oils are not at all exposed to heat. So if you are the first one to apply heat to the oil, then there will be lots of nutrients intact to the oil. So it's up to you. If the oil is cold pressed, then it's very good, but if it's not, then it's okay. You can also use the olive oil that you consume. People get very confused that can we use the same oil that we consume? Absolutely you can use that one Take approximately 200 ml of olive oil And add a big spoon full of Fenugreek powder to the oil. Just one: Yes, only one big spoon full Stir it well and keep it in a glass bottle, preferably Close the container and keep it in sunlight. When you will keep this under sun. Believe me, you are going to be amazed Because the Fenugreek powder will slowly release. It'S color and nutrients into the oil. You will keep this under sun, but not at night, bring it back inside the room at night And then again, keep it under sun. The next day Do this: for a week After you do the infusion for a week under sunlight, It becomes very potent. It is like another level remedy for your hair. You have to apply this oil. If you have sprayed the water on hair roots in the morning, then apply this oil at night with gentle hands. If you want, you can also apply this oil on lengths, But I would suggest you to apply this oil only on roots until there is a major issue with lengths, Because we want hair growth and a healthy scalp. There is no issue with applying the oil on lengths. I am just telling you so that you make the best out of this oil. That'S all After massaging the oil properly on roots, keep the oil overnight. This is such an amazing infusion that keep this oil overnight. In your hair, and not just for 2-3 hours, So that your hair roots are properly nourished Also, please make sure that when you apply this oil, massage your scalp properly, The gentleness that you give to your hair is a major problem I can see nowadays, If you Have never given your hair, a heavy massage, Do inculcate this habit for them now onwards of a heavy massage. Take oil in your hands, hold your hair and massage your scalp properly. With the help of palm Start this slowly at starting, you will feel like ``. Oh, my God, I will become bald with such a heavy massage'', But believe me, this will not happen. You are going to have very strong roots Which will not get damaged or fall off with a slight left right movement And your hair roots will be very strong. Winter is the best time when you can apply oils, you can do massages, you can take hot oil spas And you can strengthen your hair, So the application that I told you is giving strength to your hair growth to your hair. It is also giving shine to your hair. It is also subsiding any of the hair related issues that you have. I mean it is a power packed remedy for your hair, Who all can apply this oil. Everyone can apply this oil, ranging from a child to the old ones, absolutely no harm. It is a very potent oil. You will not have any problem at all At what frequency is it to be used? Follow this remedy atleast thrice a week, You can use the spray daily, no problem at all. There will be no deposition or no problem at all. You can have the best results for yourself, But if you find dandruff on your scalp, as some people tend to experience so due to Fenugreek spray, If at all this happens to you then use this spray only before oiling and not otherwise, Are there any side effects? Nothing that I can state like if you are allergic to oil application, then I cannot say anything about it, But this is a very potent oil which strengthens your hair roots and lengthwise also. Otherwise, there are no side effects. Apart from those who are allergic to oils. Nothing can be done. Can I apply this oil on my newborn baby's scalp To all the beautiful new mothers out there? I would request you not to apply any of the infusion oils on your baby's scalp. I have already told you. Many people have already experimented that There have been no issues, but that does not mean you will try it on your baby. You can use almond oil mustard, oil ghee and such basic oils on your baby's scalp. For now, Once they are strong enough and can cry that I am having this issue, You can experiment after that, absolutely no problem. I don't have Fenugreek powder or seeds with me. Please order them. Online links are in the description box below. I really cannot help you out with the substitute As it's a Fenugreek oil itself, so how can it be substituted? I cannot prepare this oil so will my hair never become good? This is not at all true. This is a very potent ingredient. If you can avail, this then make the most out of it. If not, then there are many other options available which are helpful as well. It is not like only this remedy will work during winters. This will work fabulously, and that is why I am sharing it with you, But if this is not available to you, then don't be disheartened. Try out other remedies, Application of only mustard seeds. Oil could be the magic that you are waiting for. Just believe in your remedy and do it for yourself And see the magic. That'S the only secret. My entire family will prepare this for themselves. It'S a two step process. First is to spray Fenugreek water, and let it dry After that, prepare the oil and apply it properly, And that's all If you will follow both of these steps for entire winters. There are many infusion oils in the market. You name it just think about a DIY oil and you will get it in the market, But the oil that you are preparing at home investing a little energy for yourself. Should I use this spray only on the day of oiling or like leave on toner everyday? For how many days this spray can be stored? And if I use almond oil instead of olive oil, will it bear same results? Please reply di. I have tried so many different mask and products but there is no result for growth and density till now. So I started rice water rinse after seeing your video on that. If anyone facing issues in grinding methi to a fine powder, you can simply roast methi seeds for just few seconds and grind it once it cools down! ❤

Sanskrit name of Brhingraj are “Bhringraja” and “Tekarajah” and common Hindi names are “Bhangra” and “Bhangraya”. It is one main herb that is used in hair dyes.
