water temperature 40 - 50 C
WHEN WASHING
pour a little shampoo on your palm
make a lather
massage into your scalp
spread along the lenth of your hair
rinse with cold water
apply balsam along your hair's lenth
wash off after 5-7 minutes
AFTER WASHING
pat dry with a towel
DON'T rub or twist or wring out
allow it to dry a little
apply a little oil or thermal protection to your tips
brush with a coarse-toothed comb
finish drying with cold air
