Yes excuse, Papa T uncle T whatever you call himself man, he means. Well. I promise you. He means. Well, ain't trying to offend nobody but yeah. That'S what we here today for man we're here to help you guys out, we blowing your hair out the fastest. You could possibly grow it now before we start this video. I want you guys to understand that there is no quick fix to hair loss or just growing your hair right. A lot of videos like these put out these huge captions or these titles that would make you guys feel, like you know, there's just one thing that you need to do to make your hair grow quickly overnight. That'S not how it work. Just like anything else. It'S a cumulative process. You'Re gon na, have to involve a very intricate day-to-day processing regimen so that you can get the best result. So today, I'm gon na be introducing you five or six things that you can bring into your diet right now. It'S gon na improve the overall quality of your health, your scalp and your hair. Okay stay tuned now. The first thing that I would recommend for you all to get is a multivitamin. If you work on a 9 to 5 or you have a career or you know, you're, not someone, that's able to get all of the meals that you need to get in or all the nutrients that you need to get in on a day to day basis. I highly recommend a multivitamin. It'S complement the nutrients that you're getting already don't want to rely solely on vitamins for your nutrients of your daily nutrients. You want to be able to get that stuff from your food groups as well. For those of us that are, you know, maybe have the time throughout the day to eat one meal. You know maybe a meal and a snack, but we're not able to get those small meals that we need for help. A multivitamin is gon na be extremely helpful. In making sure that you're getting all those nutrients, not only that it's gon na be extremely pivotal in helping your hair grow as well, so let me show you guys: my x use alive men's multivitamins right now. The cool thing about these. Is you probably right there? The gummies for me what I find is with regular pill. I try to take my vitamins in the morning and oftentimes when I take them. If, especially, if I take them on an empty stomach or if I take them, you know just minimal food a lot of times, I feel very, very nauseous, so the gummies are just a great addition. Actually, it's it's really cool, because I quite often I'm looking forward to waking up in the morning and taking my vitamins, it tastes almost like candy coming up coming up a little matzo gummy bears, but a multivitamin is huge. Just to kind of read uses the multivitamin. Do a good job of giving you a little bit of everything that you need got vitamin A vitamin CBE. You know: Revo flavin, niacin, vitamin b6, folic acid, vitamin b12 biotin, of course, which is huge for hair growth. So this is, you know this is just going to be a great addition: a multivitamin men, women, a multivitamin, is going to be extremely extremely important to kind of just establishing a baseline foundation for your nutrients. You don't want to go several days without getting your daily nutrients, because again, what that does cause is attrition to your overall health and, in this particular case, attrition to the overall quality of your hair. All right, it's all about just creating an ideal situation for your hair and for your overall health. It starts off with getting vitamins and making sure that you're getting your data entry all right, let's get into what we were talking about, the five or six things that are gon na, be extremely helpful for your hair. Now I'm gon na keep it honest. We just broke it down into vitamins right now. Vitamin each particular vitamin is gon na have a particular benefit to your hair, each vitamin that I'm going to introduce it's going to give you a very high-level overview of what these vitamins provide. As far as benefit to your hair, okay, the first one is going to be vitamin C. Vitamin C is going to be extremely beneficial and hope, helping out the overall shine and luster of your hair, the appearance and the pretty much the beauty of that follicle. It also promotes extremely strong hair as well so, which are vitamin C you're gon na, be wanting to make sure that you get some of that in there you're talking about preventing breakage you're talking about making sure that it has a great lust. Look. It'S extremely important, especially for those of us that are lacking coming out of our scalp on a day-to-day basis and sprawling under our scalp. We want to make sure that that stuff is the strongest and the shiniest, and the vendors to help is that it can possibly be. Vitamin C is going to help you do that right now, the food, the food that you can introduce into your life, that's going to help you just one food, I'm not going to name all of them. The one thing that you can introduce into your life right now, that's going to be a great source of vitamin C, is obviously as oranges, but I'm gon na go away from oranges, because I mean that's the obvious ones: broccoli, that's right! Polly, it's gon na be a great great source of vitamin C. Now it's very easy, but broccoli is extremely easy for us to prepare. You can eat it raw. You can boil it very easy, extremely healthy, and it's gon na give you a great source of vitamin C for your hair first ingredient to helping your hair grow. It'S going to be that broccoli just adds a little broccoli into your life right. It'S extremely easy! If you're somebody that's on a health, kick they're trying to get on a health, kick like me literally. Broccoli is something that I'll bring maybe get a little bit of a dressing or something like that dip it maybe a little blue cheese dip it and get it in you. It'S giving you, because it is gon na be beneficial for you guys all right. No! The second vitamin all right, the second vitamin that we're gon na talk about today is gon na be potassium. Most of us know potassium. You know to be synonymous with bananas and things like that. So a lot of us eat those bananas, but today I'm gon na tell you potassium a great source of potassium. You think it is actually gon na come from avocados right. Ah picado everybody loves avocados. We all love avocados, everybody loves guacamole in the restaurants. You need avvocato, you go everywhere now, even subway they put it in sub overall benefits of potassium is that it's gon na help you, with your hair loss, your breakage and your overall scalp health. It'S gon na be extremely important to keep the test into your diet. To ensure that your scalp is going to be the healthiest as possible you're one of those people that has a very, very dry scalp without scalp psoriasis anyone else who has a very, very dry, scalp, consistent flaking. You know a lot of breakage you're going to be wanting to make sure that you get as much potassium as you can to your diet. Getting avocados are a great source of amazing source and they're delicious. What I do a lot of times I take a avvocato. Take a raw avocado took the little Sita I'll smash it and kind of make it until it's nice and soft little lemon pepper on top, and I mix it all up. You eat it just like to use an avocado, it's healthy, limited calories and it's gon na be beneficial to your hair. So I highly recommend potassium avocado, now the third vitamin that we're going to be needing for our overall hair link and our growth is gon na. Be iron iron is going to be extremely important to improve the circulation on your scalp. It'S gon na be giving you that great energy - it's also gon na, be great for your hair health. Overall, this one of the best sources of iron that you can possibly get. It'S gon na be almonds. Almonds are a great source of iron, very easy snack. For me, what I final almonds is a bitter really good for just kind of curving those hunger cravings. You know, usually you get like a little small half a cup of almonds. Just keep them on your desk while you're working doing anything, creative or you know anything constructive and oftentimes. I find that I lose my entire appetite just eating a small little cup of almonds, which is great. If you're someone that's trying to limit your calories, lose that way, and in this case also for your hair, so that third almonds and the next vitamin is gon na be zinc. That'S right! The zinc zinc is another thing: that's going to help improve the growth of your hair overall growth of your hair, and it's also gon na help the damaged hair as well. It'S gon na help prevent that damage and it's going to with your overall hair health. Alright, a great source of zinc, it's gon na be coming from eggs eat all of that yield. Alright, I know a lot of people cut the yolks out eat all the yolk, contrary to popular belief. The protein may be in the egg white, but all of the nutrients are going to be in that yolk and particularly the nutrients that you're looking for are going to be that zinc. I think it's going to be something that you're going to need to keep in your regimens you guys, because when it comes to health, when it comes to your hair, these are things that are extremely extremely beneficial now, with eggs, we already know we can scramble them. You can boil them leave the poll show them. I mean, there's a lot of things: fry um. We do a lot of things with egg eggs are going to be a great great source of zinc. Now the next vitamin that we're going to be talking about today is going to be vitamin A alright vitamin. A is gon na be another thing: that's going to be extremely beneficial for your scalp and your hair, and primarily in the way that it helps you produce healthy sebum. All right now, sebum is something that your scalp produces and for people with typically for type 4 hair styles, it's going to be very difficult, but that see them that gets distributed to your hair's overall, improving the strength and the luster, the shine of your hair. So with that vitamin A producing that healthy, sebum and more abundance, you're going to be able to hopefully redistribute a lot more of that to your locs, a lot more of that to the follicles of your hair. When you are in a deficit of that stuff, you're not going to be producing as much and quite often you're going to be dealing with more sebum issues, scalp circulation issues as well beautiful thing about vitamin A is that it also helps with healthy cell growth. So if you talk about your hair, you something like a skin, that's being produced on your hair, your scalp, you know your hair follicles, we're all talking about things at a very cellular level, so introducing vitamin A is gon na be extremely important to help out with Your hair food that you should be introducing to get a great source of the great source of vitamin A it's gon na, be a sweet potato. I can't I can't tell you guys enough how beautiful sweet potatoes are there like a way of life there like between avocados and sweet potatoes? It'S like 1a 1b. I love them both, but potato might have a fine edge. Literally, all you have to do with a sweet potato, take it, you can peel it and you can kind of poke holes in and kind of, let it soak in a little olive oil for health, put it in an oven. For you know on 350, let it bake for about. You know: 20 minutes, you got a sweet potato and cut it open, maybe put a little bit of butter in there. Maybe a little bit of salt, a little brown sugar and you got yourself a great snack low in calorie all right. It tastes amazing and it's healthy for you. So you know, if you're looking for something that you could just add into your life right now add into your diet. Right now. It'S gon na help, your hair out vitamin A is a great source of vitamin A go. I buy you a sweet, potato I'll continue. It like that to Konkan t would like to get a little sweet potato so now, the last vitamin. Last but not least, all right last but not least comes biotin yeah. We all know about biotin. We all know about by its and a lot of us talk about it on YouTube. It is probably one of the best things that you can use and introduce to your resume to help out with hair growth. The overall strength of your hair and preventing and treating breakage right biotin BarNone is probably one of the best things that you can start today. Taking and probably see within 30 to 60 days, some noticeable resort results. Those YouTube videos are out there. We haven't. You know I haven't done one but though they're out there a great source, if you're not just looking to take biotin a great source, is walnuts kind of in the same category as almonds. If you're somebody that likes to snack, you know, I find the nuts these type of nuts will kind of say she didn't curve that appetite. So all you got to do put them in a little cup, get a little. You know Bowl or something like that, and people keep some walnuts and some almonds. You know at your desk at all times that way when you are hungry, you're not grabbing candy you're not grab my Snickers or bite-size Butterfinger you're grabbing a walnut you're grabbing almonds, you're grabbing these things that are going to have a benefit to your health and a Benefit you there all right, that's it! That'S it you guys now! I know I know a lot of you. Some of you may be disappointed. Some of you guys, you know, might have seen the caption of the video and said bruh like you were supposed to tell me something that was gon na help my overnight, never like what are you doing brother this you just gave me a grocery list. You just gave me a grocery list bro. What am what am I supposed to do with this beginning of getting your hair to grow? It'S gon na start and finish, but what you put into your body, what you put into your body - and I know you know with the times that we live everything - is about instant gratification. Everything is about getting a quick result. We want these supplements, we want. These things are gon na, give us a night-and-day response, that's not how life works and that it's not how your body works, and in particular it's not how your hair works. You'Re gon na want to make sure that if you are serious about growing, your hair, you're gon na have to be serious about cultivating a very healthy environment, a healthy scalp and healthy, strong hairs all right, and that starts with your vitamins. That starts with your food groups the main goal with hair growth. You guys is to just establish a great foundation so that your hair can grow all right if you haven't been in a good practice. If you haven't been in a good practice of you know maintaining your health and drinking water, you know staying active you're gon na put yourself at a deficit if you're not giving these vitamins on a consistent basis, if you're not getting these nutrients on a consistent basis. You'Re not giving your hair the best possible chances to succeed integral alright, it's just like anything else. You know you can grow up in a neighborhood lacking resources and you can grow just fine, but you might not be able to grow as optimally as you would in a neighborhood with several resources. You know it's very possible to have long hair. Without doing these things, you know a lot of naysayers will tell you you don't need that stuff. My hair grows without this. I'Ve done this, and the same is to be true of anything you could you could get to an end result without you know doing things. The right way, but if we're talking about the speed at which you can get or the way in which you get there and the quality of your hair, you know you're gon na need to establish that foundation. You'Re gon na need to implement these things into your health or into your day-to-day regimented diet. All right, if you're, not somebody, you know - and I do emphasize for you - you know those of you who can't get groceries as regularly as you need. If you are someone in that particulars case, a multivitamin pack, I said a multivitamin is gon na, be a great addition to your overall regimen and it's gon na help you out to kind of get what you're not getting in your day to day all right. It'S TV last minute. Ultimately, I hope this has helped you out my hair, seeing tremendous results, tremendous growth and you guys have tracked my journey all the way from day one. You know, I'm really really happy about the way that my hair is progressing as of late. I'Ve been taking my vitamins, I mean you know, eating avocado, all this stuff, that I'm telling you about are things that I have in my fridge right now I got eggs, I got sweet potatoes, I got avocado, you know I got almonds. All of these things are sitting in my in my cab here right now, right now, so you know, I'm please believe, I'm not just somebody who's, just selling this or listen to this on youtube and just decided to make a video like these are things that have Been helping me out, and I believe these things are going to help you out as well all right.
