So this was my hair in 2014, and this is my hair in 2016 - hey guys! This is natura here, thanks so much for coming to my channel and clicking on this video. As you can see from the title, I'm going to be giving you some tips on how to grow your hair. I'Ve been getting asked so many questions. What products do you use? What are you doing to grow your hair? My hair is not growing. What are you doing? I thought I put this video together so that I can also share with you the tips that have been working for me, but before we get into this video be sure to first subscribe to my channel hit that red button down below. So you can become a part of the squad and get a notification whenever I upload a video, you don't want to miss out so without further ado, let's get into the video. If you do that, do you condition your hair? What are you doing girl? No I'm just kidding, but deep conditioning is very, very important, especially for curly hair, because curly hair tends to be drier and I don't know about y'all, but my hair is really coarse and it be really dry. If I don't be conditioned my hair, my deep conditioning helps with split is damaged hair. It helps to put all the moisture back into your hair and hydrate. Your hair is very, very important to deep condition your hair so that your hair can be healthy. Your ends can be very healthy and be able to be strong and not constantly breaking off, and so that you can't see some length and your hair can flourish. So my next tip is to do some protective styling. If you follow me on instagram, you know I wear a lot of Marley braids and box braids assembly twists and what I would do was I would leave them in for about a month a month and a half, maybe two months, and that helped a lot with My hair growth, because my hair was being left alone. I wasn't having to constantly combing every day or every week it was just left alone for about a month and just sitting there and growing. What I like to do now for protective styling is, I will wear my wig for the week I will put about 7 to 10 French braids. In my hair and every day I will take my wig off, of course, and moisturize up under they're, really good and then the next day I will put my weight back on. I will keep doing that until the end of my work week and then I will take my twists out on my braids out out and have a real bum hair style. So I pretty much do that every week now and that helped a lot with my hair growth. I'Ve seen a big difference, so, yes, protective styling, is key. Another tip is black Jamaican casual. Now some people say that black Jamaican, castor oil does not make your hair grow. Some people say it does and I'm one of those people that know that it is so. This is the black Jamaican, castor oil that I used by Jamaican mango in line. I'Ve literally went through so many of these I've been using this since I first went natural since I did the big chop in 2014, and this is just really really amazing. What I do with this is, I put it on my hair every single day or every other day on my scalp, and I like to really massage it in and work it into my hair. So, yes, this black Jamaican casual has really been working for me. Keeping my hair moisturized and strong and healthy my hair loves love, loves this product and, yes I'll, probably never stop using it. So, yes, black, Jamaican, castor oil helps with faster hair growth. Another tip is to drink water. Drinking water has helped with my hair growth tun seriously when I'm not drinking enough water. I can tell by looking at my hair, my hair just be like screaming, for some water like a draw to plant or something like you drink lots of lots of water, because when your body is hydrated, your hair will be hydrated if you're putting in good stuff. You'Re going to get out good results, so another tip that has been working for me is moisturizing your hair daily. I try to do some type of moisturizer on my hair every single day, regardless, if I'm just spritzing a little water to put some moisture back into my hair and maybe adding a oil like my blacks, are making cash the oil on my hair. I just want to always make sure that my hair is very moisturized and not dry, because dry hair can call splittings and lots of breakage a lot of shedding, and things like that. So you want to really keep your hair moisturize. I like to mainly make sure that I'm at least moisturizing my Indians every day, because because the ends of your hair is the oldest part of your hair and it tends to be the driest well for me, it is so I always put some black Jamaican, castor Oil on my ends to seal them in and make sure that they're really moisturized and healthy, so that I can continue to see some lens. So another thing I've been doing is not using a comb. I know a lot of you are probably going to be like what. How can you not use a condom? I got a tangle, my hair go. I use my fingers. Your fingers work magic. I like to do a lot of finger detangling. So yes, I'm working great for me, I haven't been seen any Madi or anything like that. I just use my fingers tango, really good make sure I have a conditioner, my hair, that has a lot of slip so that I can easily work through my hair with my hands and it works magic. Another thing that works really well for me is using all natural products. I noticed when I use a product that is not like, mainly all natural ingredients. My hair tends to be actually dry. I try to use products that are all natural so that I'm putting really good stuff into my hair and giving my hair the nutrition's and the things that I need so that it can be extremely healthy and grow really well, so yeah try using all natural products. Another thing that works, a magic is scalp massaging, got massaging, promotes blood to your head, it's blood circulation to your scalp, which helps promote hair growth and I'm using this black jamaican, castor oil. I massage this in my scalp every day or every other day I just massage my scalp. It feels so good. It feels like I'm doing something good like opening up my pores and letting them breathe. So, yes got massaging this key. Another tip is to trim your ends, but don't trim your onions too much. You don't have to trim your ends every two three four months. I think your hair is just going to grow. Grow, grow, grow, grow, you're, not going to see that much growth. If you're trimming your ends too often no trim your ends when you see fit and you will see more hair growth when you have healthy ends. So my last tip is patience. You have to be SuperDuper patient when you're trying to grow your hair. Like I said, I've only been natural for two years now and my hair. Let me grab a piece. Oh, my hair has came it's about his down here for two years and I guess that's a pretty good amount of hair growth for two years, so it takes a lot of patience is not going to happen overnight. So just stick to your regimen. Take care of your hair, like you shoot it, and you will see some growth trust me so yeah, that's all that is I've been don't win. I hope that you love this video be sure to give it a thumbs up if it was helpful in any way be sure to share it with somebody that you feel like this would benefit, leave a comment down below with any tips that you've noticed. That has helped with your hair growth. I don't know about y'all, but I want some long waist-length hair and we all got to help each other. So, there's any sense that I didn't mention leave them down in the comments, so we can all help each other out and grow their long, waist-length, hair and subscribe to my channel.
