Be Happy Always: I faced severe hairfall where my hair comes often when I pull. Then, I started taking vitamin d3 and zinc. Include murungai keerai more in ur diet. Also, go for a 20 min walk in sun between 8am to 10 PM. Most of the girls not aware about vitamin D defeciency and using oil. Test ur haemoglobin and vitamin D, calcium levels in blood. If everything is normal and still facing hairfall, then go for hair oil.
