Steven Warden began this ball of human hair from his hairdressing clients and it then rolled out of control!
Now, with the help of Ripley's Believe It or Not!, it's been confirmed as the largest human hair ball at 102.12 kg (225.13 lbs).

I got more spiritual as i've aged and kind of wanted to leave some kind of legacy when i'm gone and it hit me. You know i'm gon na i'm gon na build a giant hair ball um, but it it actually has changed my life. This is blocker studio in cambridge ohio, owned and run by hairstylist, steve warden, inspired by his son. He set about creating a giant and he's like dad. I think you should take all the hair and build a giant hairball and get in the book cause. Look they've got rubber band balls and they've got yarn balls, so i took a corner of my salon and i built a hole into the side of the wall and into the basement made a shoot started. Saving the hair started building it in the basement, its name haas, i'm like it's human dna. We named him hoss first time he asked me to have a picture with it. I said no, i didn't think so. It wasn't long before the hairball had attracted the attention of ripley's, believe it or not, and the national press. I was super super happy. I felt like if i died now. I have left something that my great great great grandkids are going to be able to pull up from there. It was possibly going to go into a museum it. I thought it was pretty much going to end there an invite to comic-con. Orlando saw the hairball snowball and put a little note up, donate a piece of your hair and be a part of the ripley's display forever no big deal, and it just became a thing. It just kind of blew up people like the interaction i know ooh. I like it, i like it when people donate to it, they just feel empowered. They feel like they're, a part of something else and they're using it. In these events, it's still growing and i think that's one of the most fascinating and cool things about it is. Is that it's ever-changing? It isn't just something you just it's done there. It is take a look at it, it just keeps getting bigger and bigger and bigger everywhere. It goes. The world record of 167 pounds held by henry coffer, a barber from charleston missouri, was suddenly in sight. People even started mailing their hair clippings to stephen to help haas get over the line. This looks like all family members here, they're all saying. Good luck and the good luck basically means that they're, hoping that we actually will reach the guinness world record book all right, michelle michelle's, getting some colorful hair. The brand new guinness world records title holder horse is now a gigantic 4 foot tall and 14 feet in circumference, and it contains hair from over 3 000 people.
