I am super excited because today i've got my first ever raquel welch wig and this one is called mesmerized in shaded wheat. So i'm going to have a look at this style. We'Re gon na have a look at the color, the cup construction and styling options, so stay tuned guys for all the details. Oh my gosh, she is just beautiful. I tell you. I had high expectations, knowing this is raquel welch premium wig, so she definitely meets my expectations. This is a beautiful and long style from the signature collection. She has. This beautiful face. Framing bangs swept to the side very sleek lots of layers very, very feminine. Look. Let'S have a look at the color first before we move on to the style, so i purchased my mesmerized in shaded wheat. I really wanted to check out some blonde colors and add some blonde to my collection. So i have chosen this one. It'S just a shaded version of another popular color called golden pearl golden pecan. The code for shaded wheat is rl1422ss and shaded wood is described as a warm dark blonde um and strawberry blonde um, highlighted with lighter blonde, highlights tones so number 14. Is your strawberry, dark, blonde, color and 22? Is your light golden blonde? We also have the dark brown root or medium brown root, and we also have the lighter streaks here at the front hairline to conceal the knots and to make the style look more natural. So when you push it away or from your face you, you won't see the darker knots, so it's a very pretty looking style, and this is actually my second attempt of trying this wig i initially purchased it in the color. You see the model in the picture. I'M wearing in um shaded iced, latte mochaccino and unfortunately this color was just not for me. I felt like it was aging me. It did not look good on my complexion, so i went ahead and purchased this one like most of the raqqa welch's premium. Wigs this one is also made of the true to life heat friendly fiber, which the rl code stands for. This means this hair can be styled with heat tools up to 177 degrees celsius or 300 degrees fahrenheit. It feels and looks just like your natural human hair would straight away when i run my fingers through the hair feels very cold to the touch just like human hair. Would this wig features a temple to temple lace front, as we saw earlier with the lighter highlights at the front hairline for more natural? Look, it's an extended lace, so it goes right down to here. The ear tubs have got a perfect coverage. They feel very comfortable in this sign. Out of all the caps, i have tried those ear tabs. They are very firmly sitting on my side, which is really really good, which makes it easy to tuck behind your ear. It does not lift up. She comes with the sheer indulgence, mono top, which means that if you want to part um this hair, you can do so wherever you like in this whole area. Let me guys go ahead and change the parting now, so you can see just how easy that is done so with your white tooth comb change the parting wherever you want, and it will give you the illusion of a natural looking scalp now my favorite feature of This wig is its cap construction. She is a fully hand tight cap with some closed wefts at the nape. That gives you a supremely natural hair movement and comfort when you're wearing hair. Throughout the day when you are suffering from alopecia or when you've got a sensitive scalp, this cup will be a perfect option for you. Now it is a average sized cab. Personally, i would say it's more of a petite average. My circumference is 21 and a half inches and this cup fits me really really well. So if you have a slightly larger head, you might struggle with the tightness of this cup. There is no bulk at the back here, normally with a larger cup. I do get quite a lot of loose material in this case. There is hardly any the measurements are front, the bangs are eight inches from the crown down is fifteen and a half inches sides are thirteen and a half inches from back is 16 inches and the nape is 15 inches. So there is lots of layers, as you can see, it does remind me of zara by genre. Now she also has the same sort of style. Let me give you a spin now guys, so you can see what she looks like on all the sides, starting with my right hand, side, it's a very beautiful long style, definitely pass my bra strap, i'm only five foot one. So this style on me will look considerably longer than perhaps on someone much taller. The overall weight of this style is 5.4 ounces, which would normally indicate a very thick wig. However, this is really interesting, and i know i don't know if it's just me or maybe you found that as well guys, i feel like the way that this hair is distributed around this cup makes it more natural on the sides. There isn't much of a volume here which allows you for a nice easy ear tag and most of the hair seems to be concentrated at the back here. So it gives you this beautiful, full um effect at the back with very natural appearance on the sides, and i really really love that feature. Let me guys show you the inside of the cup and then i'm going to show you some styling options you might have. Let'S have a look at the cup construction now, so we've got the extended lace front flip it out, and this is the premium cup construction. So we've got the lace front here. We'Ve got the mono top, so you can pat your hair wherever you like in this section. We'Ve got this hand tight section here to be honest with you, there isn't much of a stretch. It'S not it stretches that way, but not really this way. So there isn't a great amount of stretch, especially here it's just hand, tied area and we've got those close wefts at the back. Here we've got an extended nape with velcro adjusters. I can't feel any metal stays in here to be on. Oh, no, there is there's metal stays there and we've got the velcro ear. Tubs they're very firm, very soft, to detach here. So when it comes to styling guys, you have so many different options. First of all, she is a heat friendly synthetic. So you can add different curls and texture. Secondly, she's got this beautiful, extended lace front, so you can wear her away from your face and, lastly, she's a beautiful long wig.
