Welcome to my Youtube channel Hairliciously. In this channel, I will be taking you on a journey of my FUE hair transplant progress. Towards the end of November 2016, I had a 1700 FUE hair transplant done in South Korea at Motion Clinic (http://en.motionclinic.kr) to lower my hairline and to fill in my receding temples. The FUE hair transplant procedure took me about 7-8 hours to complete and cost me approximately $5000 USD.

I will be doing daily updates on my hair transplant progress, so feel free to subscribe and ask any questions you have. Thanks for visiting!

Please like, comment and subscribe! :)

======================================

Products I am using to supplement my FUE hair transplant:

1. HAIRLICIOUSLY Dr Pen 1.5mm 1-2x a week. (temples and hairline)

2. HAIRLICIOUSLY Hair Growth Supplement 2x a day

3. Minoxidil (Rogaine) - Minoxidil slows hair loss progression and promotes hair regrowth. I've noticed that using Minoxidil helped me grow my transplanted hairs a lot more quicker.

4. Pumpkin Seed Oil 1000 mg + HAIRLICIOUSLY Vitamins

5. HAIRLICIOUSLY Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT)SHAVED MY HEAD: https://youtu.be/_ttPNB-I4HU

Hey guys, what's going on, welcome to another video on my channel here, deliciously, if you guys are new to the channel, please make sure to hit that subscribe button. So you guys are updated on hair loss and hair transplant topics visit my website at harry lucious.com to purchase your micronutrient devices, which are scientifically proven to stimulate hair growth. My low level is their pre-cap hair with vitamins, dht vodka and shampoo and serum and a few other products for those who are suffering from hair loss. Some of the craziest hair transformations - and i'm talking like nord, six or north seven to a number two are from individuals who are transitioning from male to female and are taking hormone replacement therapy. This obviously is not going to be for everybody, and it is more prevalent in transgender women, and i definitely would not recommend any of this for the average joe, who is simply trying to treat andrew and alopecia. But with that said, there are going to be men who are actually willing to go the hormonal route hormonal replacement therapy such as estrogen or an estrogen analog, and combine it with anti-androgens like spironolactone or bicolutamide, or 5-alpha reductase inhibitors, like finasteride ditasteride, to crush endogenous testosterone Levels despite developing female secondary sexual characteristics, amongst other estrogenic side effects from angiogenic deprivation and as a result, uh, we oftentimes see significant hair, regrowth and sometimes even a complete reversal of hair loss using these treatments, it's obviously on the pretty extreme side of treating hair loss, But in more cases - and not you know, hair reversal is very possible by altering the hormonal profile and i think more importantly, this also shows that even the most severe cases of hair loss is still reversible. Despite years and years of balding - and you know calcification, so i'm going to be sharing with you guys. A few examples to show the potency of the combination of hormone replacement therapy, alongside with anti-androgens and or 5ars, to show the possibility of the extent of hair loss reversal. Seen in many individuals who are undergoing therapy, this first guy was taking 25 milligrams by glutamine or bica for short estradiol patch 5, liquid minoxidil and thermal. The once a week is before photo shows some. You know pretty extensive thinning that is situated on the crown and the mid scalp and, in my opinion, without treatment. This guy's hair loss is very likely to progress into the temples if it hasn't already, because we can't see it and eventually take him to a nord. Six, north seven in a matter of years tears and four months after set treatment. He incredibly literally reverses hair loss. We can see some significant density and hair growth with no signs of miniaturization, and this is this was actually just all in a span of just four months of treatment. He did mention in the post that he is also transitioning, so it makes sense for him to be on estradiol and bica, which is a non-steroidal anti-androgen that has an affinity to angina receptors, which therefore prevents endogenous androgens like testosterone and dht, from binding and causing havoc To the hair, follicles bica is often used in androgen depression protocols and, while the binding affinity for angina receptor is relatively weak compared to testosterone and dht, the dose that bica is typically prescribed is pretty powerful enough that it actually overpowers testosterone and dht. And the other thing to note is that 150 milligrams of bica typically increases testosterone levels by up to 97 estrogen by up to 150, and this oftentimes is what is going to lead to estrogenic side effects with gynecomastia being a common occurrence does benefit transgender individuals to Promote feminization and because fica as monotherapy doesn't really lower androgen levels, it can be a favorable anti-androgen for those who still want to preserve sexual function, but this person is also using estradiol in conjunction with bica. So this will also suppress testosterone levels depending on the dosage. With some that can even be equivalent to surgical castration, so unless you are obviously transitioning from male to female, this treatment is going to be one of those extreme approaches, but at the same time you know it's always fascinating to see that hair loss is reversal, uh, Reversible, given the proper treatment, and i will say that there are men who are also not transitioning, that simply just want to deal with hair loss that end up taking bica. In addition to anti-estrogens to try to lower the effects of feminization while reaping the benefits of bicup by inhibiting the android, receptor, upregulation and activation and hair loss has been able to be reversed with some slight reduction of side effects. So this next example i want to share is a guy who was taking four months of bicolutamide with minoxidil. His before photo shows some pretty advanced hair loss all throughout the scalp. His hairline is obviously non-existent. His mid scalp is nearly bald and the crown region has just been decimated due to the excess androgens and he's basically adding nord seven. At this point and then miraculously four months later, we can see some incredible and unbelievable growth. This is a complete 180 degree reversal. Hair loss, since crown still looks a little bit weak, but you know this is no doubt a huge transformation from where we started before treatment and it's just really incredible to see how much growth that is possible from taking bica, finasteride or dutasteride and minoxidil. Obviously, it's not going to give you this much growth in most cases, but taking bica has definitely worked out for this guy and he seems pretty content as with most people who would basically literally reverse hair loss. This guy isn't transitioning from male to female and he's simply using fica to treat hair loss uh, but i personally couldn't picture myself going this extreme route simply to get hair. If you guys didn't know, bike is also used as chemotherapy to treat uh advanced, prostate cancer, and i honestly don't think it's going to be suitable or sustainable to be used long-term, because you're, either going to destroy your liver to some extent, suffer from feminizing effects. Since this guy isn't taking any anti-estrogens, and some studies also indicate higher risks of heart failure as a consequence of angiogen deprivation as well as a possibility of sexual dysfunction, so you know there there are risks that you need to be aware of, and i think most People do not go to this extreme to treat hair loss. Most people will simply stick with finasteride or detastery. You know minoxidil, microneedling or maybe ru phytate for one is an anti-androgen but treading uncharted territory, especially long-term, simply to treat hair loss. I think isn't something most people are willing to risk now. This last example that i wanted to share with you is also another transgender who was taking oral estradiol with finasteride and minoxidil for one whole year. This is what it looked like for treatment. You know full hairline and mid scalp recession and i would probably place him around in the word five and then three months into his hormone replacement therapy, we can start to see the mid scalp with some improved density and growth and then on month, four. We continue to see better improvement to his hair and it even looks like he obtained some pretty good coverage month. Five, you know same thing, improved hair density and we can see um some gyno in this photo of him. In this you know the dress, which is a direct result of him taking estrogen, which is causing feminizing effects to take place, and it is a pretty common occurrence for those who are actually taking estrogen month. Six shows may be in the three hairline, which is some pretty significant improvement for just six months of treatment, and we further see some more of the uh gyno taking into effect as the breasts are getting bigger and bigger and then fast forward to finally 12 months Of set treatment, this has resulted in a complete reversal of hair loss, not surprisingly, all thanks to his estrogen and finasteride and inhibiting testosterone conversion to dht, and he definitely looks way more feminine due to some of the round and more softer features of his face. Now chances are, if i saw this person out on the street, i probably wouldn't even know that this person had transitioned, and i think this is the the powerful effect of estrogen and hormone replacement therapy. When it comes to treating hair loss, it can work wonders and even you know, reverse hair loss in the you know. You know the worst cases of people suffering from ancient alopecia, but when you look at the side effects of feminization, especially if you are not transitioning - and if you don't want to get man boobs um, i think it's not even worth it depending on the specific type Of treatment, so at the end of the day you know there are treatments that do work in reversing hair loss, as seen from some of the hormone replacement therapy treatments like by glutamine estrogen spinal lactone, and i think you know. Ultimately, it comes down to weighing the pros and cons and how much you guys are willing to get your hair back. Most people are going to be hesitant and they wouldn't go this extreme by taking hormone replacement therapy, but there are people who will give it all. Simply for hair and risk their, you know the health. Luckily, for the majority of people, though, people who are on finasteride or detasteride are going to help stabilize hair loss and oftentimes. They simply get hair transplants to increase density in areas that otherwise wouldn't be possible with mainstream uh. You know: hair loss treatments, others look into anti-experimental anti-antigens, like cb0301 um. You know rupinator for one or estrogen with mixed results, but it's always interesting to see. You know different treatments that can reverse hair loss, and, while i wouldn't ever go this route, it's also educational to learn about different treatments and how it actually affects hair growth. That'S all i have for today's video guys, thanks for watching, if you have any questions, make sure to leave some comments. If you like this type of content, give it a thumbs up and i'll talk to you guys in my next video take care.

WaveKingJo: Thanks for handling this topic respectfully and tactfully. I knew some trans women (mtf) and she showed hair hairline progress, and I thought she was exaggerating until seeing videos from you and MPMD.

David Branch: Love the content, it's good to see that you're covered trans people as well. I need one of those Derma pen. I'll hit up your store this weekend.

iamtherobber: Of course it's not a treatment for most but still insane how miniaturized hairs can grow back! So in theory it's possible which is nice enough.

saiyanji11: Hello hairlicioulsy, hope all is well. Big fan of your work and incredibly grateful for you videos. I have a question about micro needling. I have been on minox and fin since mid 2015 and as of now I believe that I have reached my baseline (slightly better density than 2015, I am a diffuse thinner) and I fear that I will slowly lose ground in the future and probably regress to a worst density than 2015. If I add micro needling to my regime would it boost my hair density overall and probably increase my sensitivity to meds? I know this sounds like something to talk about all the time but this time its coming from someone who has had decent success with meds but slowly losing ground and so if adding micro needling, will it boost the efficacy of the med with its own benefit of micro needling in it self. sorry for the long question :)

Emil Phoryew: I'm going to start with LLLT next week. I'm allergic to Dustasteride, got a rash from it. I want to try Finasteride but likely might get a rash from this too. Must admit I'm afraid of the drugs given their negative potential side effects otherwise I'd consider it to (re)grow hair, even to transition. Would love to be a woman with great long thick beautiful hair.

Rich NP: Man. This feels like a break through. This is what they should be working on. Re-engineering the treatment so it doesnt cause so many of the side effects but re-grows hair.

fit_man_cam: I'm a Norwood 4. I started a finasteride/minox topical six weeks ago and recently began micro-needling. Is it possible I'm already seeing positive results or is it most likely just in my head (and not on it )?

L M203: I’m losing my hair. I use a topical DHT blocker, topical low percentage minoxidil and a dermaroller. After using 6 months I saw great regrow results. But if i keep using this method how long do you still think i can keep my hair?

Teddy's Thai Adventure: So to make myself feel more manly by getting my hair back, I must first transition to a woman.

Haircafe: I'd rather be a woman than a bald dude. I'll keep this video in mind in case conventional treatments fail me.

Andrew Zarneki: What do you think of going on HRT for 6 months, experience the regrowth (assuming it works), go off HRT and maintain the gains with finasteride and minoxidil? Any feminisation during the 6 months (if any) should tail off once off HRT and you get to keep the hair gains? Not saying that I'm considering this, or anyone else should - this is purely from a theoretical stand point.

dharma 3: Both your hair and your skin look great! Some of this is because of what you eat, because good health is beautiful and that kind of beauty isn't achieved from drugs or cosmetic products.

phantomwolf: Bruh I’ve tried both the Liquid version and foam version of 5% minoxidil, and my face gets read with little pumps every. I’m starting to thing I can’t use it all without experiencing these annoying and rather itchy side effects. However I just started to micro needling with a dr pen

Klearchos Kokkinidis: Finasteride not only protects against hairloss, also against prostate cancer and heart diseases caused by DHT

Akash Duggal: The extreme stuff would probably work but I also think it may be risky. Like wouldn't this stuff maybe cause cardio issues? Can someone get a stroke, a clot or something and maybe pulmonary problems? I think its kind of scary.

Taylor Wells: What are your thoughts on redensyl? Ive seen studies showing it to be more effective than minoxodil but without the wrinkles and side effects

WaveKingJo: Can Finasteride inhibit new beard growth? I have been increasing my beard density with minoxidil and derma rolling, and wanted to know if taking Finasteride would limit new beard growth.

narendar rajaa: Please make a video on stem cell hair treatment! All the various stem cells such as 1.Autologous stem cell 2.stemm cell from fat 3.bone marrow stem cell 4.umbilical cord stem cell

Arafat Shahriar: I have been doing micro-needling for 2 months without any medicine! Is it worth doing? I am using 0.5 mm derma roller, it does not puncture my scalp, it just makes the scape reddish! Am I doing it correctly?

EDI ro: Hello HAIRLICIOUSKY, I saw a lot of your videos about derma-rolling, is it okay if i dermaroll every other day with an 1.5 mm roller? like will my result come faster ? The pain doesn't bother me as long as I can get my hair back.

Jakub Klinger: We need to wait for clever delivery system of drugs like that. If we could blast bicalutamide or cypretone acetate without going systemic , hair loss would be a history

old channel: This treatment seems to extreme for people that only want to stop hairloss. I would say ru5 and dut should be the strongest treatment they should go for.

Jeremiah Jens: Doesn't Ecklonia Cava block DHT. Or, decreases the activity of 5α-reductase which in turn reduces dht just as good as finasteride?

Anthony Vasile: I Always knew this was true u just confirmed it for me thanks

Jon Corona: So is there a way to apply bicalutamide topically instead of the oral solution which becomes systemic?

Fire Up: What if u took this drug, got your hair back, then got off the drug and instead took Minoxidil and Finasteride to keep the hair you have regrown? could this work?

Shhh ShhhH: Can’t it be put directly on the scalp?

Woofy: Wow it works really good better than fin or dut! Man I wish it had no other effect other then hair regrowth then I would take it.

European 1994: when are you going to talk about your hair loss regimen, including vitamins etc?

sugarray29: Good informational post

on the spectrum: I wonder if topical Bicalutamide will work without the side effects of taking it orally?

Pol Sánchez Mejía: Hi guys, a question. Can dermaroller damage my follicles? Because Amy got blood and I am a little scared.

Edu Osán: please man, when would this compound come out in a topical version ??? is there a drug or lotion that is superior to minoxidil and finasteride? I mean something that really regenerates according to the many studies that I am reading? Why does it take so long to bring it to the market?

1Sad_ LatvianBoi: Has anyone tried finasteride 0.5 mg every other day and got good results with no sides?

Shreyas Nair: Question. The hair you have right now on your scalp is the transplanted hair or natural? Either way you lookin clean!!!

sudarshan sudha: Hi dear, is there any way to regrow hair without any side effects ??

Rob McKenzie: Anybody doing this purely for hairloss needs a mental health intervention, but the most interesting learning point for the general population is when you consider the theory that hair follicles 'die' and can't be recovered. Evidently this isn't the case for these individuals so it's all a case of maximising growth antagonists.

Andy Byer: hey dude how did you manage to improve the retrograde alopecia

Ema' Design': I just wanted to say that Bicalutamide Monotherpay is not used by MtF folks because it doesn't give the desired results. It stops AR signaling, but keeps AR activation. It raises androgens by 50-90% and estrogens by 150%. The things you saw were effects of Bicalutamide + Estrogens, which work synergistically and cause severe feminization. The last thing a cis-men could do for hair loss is, taking bica in sufficient doses. The only common side effects of Bicalutamide (monotherapy) is Gynecomastia. It's inevtiable (without counteracting it). Tho I would combine it with 5ARi's. Thats my 2 cents lol

MythMethuselah: You're a professional.

Brah: This is why we need Dr. Tsuji to pull through

Kunwar Raj: Please make a video on REDENSYL. Does it really work?

Get Rich: Im a Norwood 3 Now , i use to be Norwood 1 now my hairline is receding on my temple area . Should I get on fin? I bought a dermaroller . And what do you think about scalp mircopigmentation?

UA: If any guy considers this treatment, they need mental help. I don’t say that as a joke. Really, if you’re that obsessed with hair you have an obsessive compulsive disorder.

Rashed Monjur Chowdhury: Does minoxidil can cause sexual side effects ! Today i saw some researches on it and after that am really fearing to continue minoxidil.

CHEN D.: I'd take testosterone over hair any day.

Bahar Ali: Am also using derma roller but my scalp sensitive minoxidil make peels and irritaion so what u recommend for me to use with derma roller

D. D: so interesting you have a channel about hair loss, Asians are the ones that almost don't bald from any other in the world, and if they do it's in their 50s

Mark Walker: I know of a guy who used to be a girl and is now a guy! He's got a beard better then I can grow and is norwood 5!

Snow: I am going to menopause, frontal shedding, not too much. just for prevention. Do you recommend rogaine or lipogaine? how about irestore LLLT hat?

maf fef: Bro thank you for explaining that to us, but I may I ask you for your opinion on when do you think Dr tsuji will start human trails and do you have any news from histogen there supposed to release there data trial any day now it's not looking good for histogen

Gary Simpson: What did you say? Transitioning from male to female? Uh, no thanks.

Sam D: Ah shit I thought you were going to tell us to stick your bald head in a frying pan. I tried that shit from one of your other videos and it took 3 months for the pain to subside. Still no hair

Nay: Why don’t scientists try to approve some of these drugs

columkenn: Do all these drugs have the nasty side-effects

꧁༺Arrogant Amateur༻꧂: Very interesting from a scientific perspective, but heeeell naah.

on the spectrum: Hi what about topical antiandrogen 1 or 2% Casodex® (bicalutamide)

Nay: Just generally men who are more feminine or gay have more hair. I’m sure there’s some link

Nay: This is why gay and feminine men have so much more hair on the head

Nay: Bit too far lol

Amy Rutherford-Close: too bad my HRT didn't regenerate my hair

Robert daily: Diet , sleep , sunlight, exercise done

King James: Oh hell naw!

Tiago Filipe: Chicken poop?

Dark knight: WTF

Infinite Destruction: u look like elon musk

BoredIdiot: trans hrt
