You should have shown before a picture when i first pulled it out. Oh well, i got a picture. You should have seen what that looked like. It looked like it laid in the floorboard of her car for six months, at least and had coke spilled in it or something, and these people that come in, namely one i ain't, gon na call her name. She don't watch us, but she carry her wigs right in her car six months. I know for and bring them in and accept me to fix them. I don't know why they look like this me. I like that mystic berries. I haven't personally worn it, but it's really you've worn it a few times. It'S really pretty. I have on jet in chocolate smoke by estatica. Also. I just noticed we're both wearing estetica um, it's lace front, but hand-tied top, and i have on just gloss today and it's the madeleine gloss. I'Ve not tried that it's pretty. It almost is like a sheery kind of bella, but it doesn't have the sparkle uh. No, it's it's more. If you don't like sparkle, it's normal montana is in the house. Welcome goodness we got a lot to show you today. Yes, we do. We do it's not going to be the marathon we had on the reds. I doubt we'll ever do that again. I was still tired from that day. Oh goodness, hello from the land of oz. Another cool thing: that's happened this week. We'Ve had lots and lots of people from out of town, oh my god in two days. Well, i'm just saying one day we had louisiana georgia, philadelphia, philadelphia, and then we had england yesterday in washington, state right outside of seattle and yuma arizona. It'S like all of our local people. Don'T want to see us anymore. Only there's people from out of town all right, i'm going to put winter on in ice granita. I love this color. I was so glad when they came out with this color. Well, hopefully i got all these names and colors right today. Winter is really probably our top selling short wig it just it weighs less than two ounces. It doesn't have a whole lot of hair, it's a little pixie cut, it crosses all age categories and, and it comes in three sizes - yeah. It comes in three sizes, petite average and large. This color is part of their cool color collection, but next to yours it looks really good. It does look gold, but winter's super super lightweight. I can't even turn around. I have too much stuff. Pardon me. Oh boy, all right, so just really cute. If i didn't color my hair, this is what color it might be. No, i think you'd be well maybe around just around here, but you'd be more of this color like up to like here. Well, i don't think we're gon na find out you should you should find out just let it go all right. Let it go get covered here when cove is going away, just the elsa and let it go you know covet, has brought out a lot of natural hair and it's really pretty sandy. You just got to get that make that jet know who's boss, the best product ever for jet, if you own it or anything short even like this, is that jon renau peace out cream and sorry guys, my blue and this one. My allergies are just going nuts. I'M still getting like four pollen alerts a day and when i went to get this is a sidetrack, but i went to get our lunch yesterday and i pulled up with a drive-thru that whole, like stainless steel thing, was green at the time. Yes, at the taco brano, it was green. I'M like wipe that off that just doesn't appetize me. It looked like somebody had just like taken a duster and just dusted it with green. Well, they did the trees did, they sure did and it's in the middle of a city parking lot where all that pollen come from you can you imagine living in the country? Oh and you know what much never mind sorry well on easter. I went outside to clean the tables off for my mom and my aunt because they like to go out there and have dessert after lunch it just smears. I mean you can't you can't really clean it just smears. I would definitely need to redo my eyebrow color. Staying with raquel laura as far as a little bit longer and we'll show you voltage it's not as short as winter. It'S it's going to have some down on the neck. I actually when we get asked this a lot as far as what people need to do with their hair underneath their wig. I think it's easier if you leave it a little bit longer so that you can get it pulled up, but some people choose to wear it short. But if your hair is like that long at the neck, it makes it really really difficult to get that pulled up. Okay, yeah, just a little bit sparkle, just a little bit just a little bit longer sparkle, yeah lynn says the pollen's crazy. She just got back from her doctor getting a shot, and this is this is writing. Oh rhonda says it's 3 a.m where she is so she must be. Everything just looks so good it just all right but yeah. If you're wanting a gray, salt and pepper. This is their darkest. It is gradient, which means it's darker. I think they ought to put a root in that they do the ss23 like in sparkle. They don't even voltage they they're like, but it's really pretty. It is pretty big platinum at our store when we opened up today. Oh yes, you came and got products. I was in the back, i didn't get to see you, but i don't think i got to see you you were here. You went to oh yeah. My alarm went off today at my house. My back door blew open, so this is like the longest short style. We'Re showing yes, i just showed it, because some people need a little bit more hair than that so voltage, which, coincidentally, if you don't like some of the color ranges in voltage, but you want a similar style. Jon renau makes a style called jazz. That'S i mean literally almost identical, but they have of course a different color range, like rock hell, doesn't do a lot of like they don't do medium brown, um, everything's, warm, but jon renau does that kind of stuff? So a lot of times you can just switch over and voltage also comes in large cap juicy. Did they add it? It might come in petite? We don't know sparkle, i thought sparkle came comes in petite, but not large and i think voltage is just average and large. So just about the time for everything i know it's hard to keep up it's hard to keep up all right voltage. What'S next, oh chad! Oh, when you see sweet cream, she thinks of ice cream from cold stone. I love ice cream. This is not a big ice cream person, but i am i'm not. I eat it, maybe three four times a year and if i eat it, i really want to take with it. Okay, now, all right now we're gon na do check, yes, which, if you were here when we started, i had on my jet to begin with, but i had a lot of products in it so yeah. If you have a jet and you want to get it a little pc and a little less kind of like this, is the jon renau peace out cream. You just put a little bit like a pearl size in your hand, rub it until it like emulsifies mimi, came this one and got her really good and then just start kind of working it through your hair, my favorite product. Besides the jon renau pick me up. All right, yes, mimi was here and she got her some that really looks more silver, but that's their lilac case, so it has a little bit of a purple undertone. I'M saying a little bit better when i lean up hi diana, i'm so glad to see you. I hope you're feeling better and i will say this jet runs a little bit on the small side, but it's one of those wigs. It doesn't feel that small today, okay - maybe it's just me - i don't have my hair - dispersed - really well cause. I was in a hurry, but um i did some alterations on a jet this week and i'll know when she gets it back in the mail if it worked, but jet does not alter well. So just that's the fyi that one feels bigger than this one gosh. I like this color, but i could not do that see because it doesn't cover well on me yeah. I couldn't do it either. If i had a root, i could well guess what we can add a route. That'S right! I'M experimenting with that. It'S easy to do up here, but when you get something this short down in here, it's kind of hard to do not saying it can't be done. Yeah, that's cute! Oh i love jack. That'S your personal wig, yes jennifer's asking if she adds a root, does it um wash out, not totally, i mean it fades a little bit. We were a little surprised when we washed it when we first, when we did it the first time we were pretty surprised at the amount of residue that was still in it. So this is a little bit more on the fashion forward side because it is extremely asymmetric and has all these cute little curls, which i've scrunched more of mine in i love messy regina, wants to know. We suggest for an old gal with chubby cheeks, regina, just sent us your picture yeah, the wigs are not a. I mean it's not a one wig for all face, shape or head shape, or anything like that. Just got to take a look at your pretty face. Yeah and when it comes down to it, i was having this conversation with client yesterday and she she was. She looked so pretty in a lot of different lengths, but she thought she only looked good in something that hit her right here and even though i kept telling her. Oh you don't, because she has a round face. You know kind of like mine, not quite as around as mine, i'm like when it comes down to it. It doesn't matter what anybody else says. If you think you only like that length on you then go for that length. You know i mean it's. Okay, i mean people always say, oh well. I don't want to just get too far out there. You know and that's what we encourage them to do. Wear different things, but it's okay. If you only want to wear the same style and same length, that's okay, too. You don't have to be wild and crazy and wear something different every day in different colors. But if you do embrace that because it's fun it is fun and someone asked about large cap jon renau. One looks like this one, obviously straight from the box, which is fine just like it is oh, i kind of like this wig and i normally don't like myself in short hair, but i think that's i like it too, because you get that and it makes it Feel like you're, getting more length yeah but you're off your neck. For some i can't in the summertime. I don't want hair on my neck colleen's wanting to know. If we think that the windex would take that root spray out it, it may help lessen it. We'Ve not found a way to get it all out. I will say this: it may depend on the brand you're using um. The brand that we use and we sell is a professional line um, so i feel like. Maybe it might be a little bit stronger than something you might get at the local drugstore. I don't know because i haven't tried that but yeah, i don't think, there's anything that's going to take it completely out. In fact, i need to post this. I know that we talked about it um, oh here you go, one of our clients bought a winner and she bought the really light blonde and she normally wears brown. So she decided she wanted to darken it and she said i'm never going to wear it. Just do what you want to do, so we actually root spray, the whole wig yeah um, and it did tone it. I mean at first it made it really dark, and then i shampooed it literally three or four times. I can't remember until the water was totally clear and it did the tone stayed in there. So you know like i said it just depends. Okay, we only have oh, i didn't even change on that one. Okay, we only have one of these thanks to lynn brady. We will be having more, who showed me. She came in the store, we had a great time and she showed me a picture of herself in this wig and i'm like what is that she's like it's tony beverly, so we kind of researched the catalog together turns out it's phoebe, so we ordered it and Phoebe is a lace front, it's got a machine made cap and it is almost like ignite except it's got these little missy used to do this with her hair. When her hair was short, it's got these little thing. What do you call those flippy things? Little flippy things, but if you, if you wanted something like ignite and you didn't want the heat defiant, fiber or if you want you know, you know tony bell: beverly makes so many pretty colors. Well - and this one i mean, even though it's still machine made, it doesn't feel as thick right ignite yeah. It lays flatter, and i don't care what you say. I love i don't mean not that you would say otherwise, but i love tony beverly fiber. I love it, it's like they have the softest. I i just i love tiny beverly fire. It wears really well, it's got a different. It'S got when misty had her hair short. She always had like these little kick out things right here. It'S always so cute, and this wig does that i haven't even put this on. I just saw you wear it. I ordered it when misty was out, so i'd be a little surprised when it came in yeah and see what i would do is take the hot air brush and probably kick that a little bit more on the on that side. Whichever side the camera is opposite because trust me in the catalog, it did not, i mean lynn, had it on. If, if you okay, this is, i don't know what they use, but this is straight from jon renau that if you have an irritation, when you get a new wig, it's kind of like getting bed sheets, you need to wash them before you sleep on them and Do like a vinegar, soak and that will take off anything. That'S from the factory cap and people have done that and found that to be very successful. Lady came in stream wanted like a dorothy hamill cut, and this is the closest thing i could think of yeah. So it's not quite as extreme, but again that nice, tony beverly cap and lightweight super comfortable. I love it. Of course. I asked her what it makes me wonder what the person that looked like it did, because i looked horrible. I said what are you going to do if you win and then they meet you and realize this isn't? Well, just tell them. You know things change, okay, so i this is still going to say, harlow, but we're only doing this to compare color right now. So this is silverstone next to 101.48 t, so the silverstone has a lot more color tone wise. It'S got a lot of the same tones. I am sorry that's twice. I'Ve had to do that for her today. So you can see is uh. It'S quite a bit. Darker and it's not gradient, no, it has the same kind of undertone, though i mean, if you were to like to do this opposite and bring out more of the dark. I feel like it would kind of have the same kind of tone yeah well, and they make a color called 48t. That is like it's. It'S like it's the same blend of 101 at 48 t it just isn't gradient where it's darker in the back. It'S just more the same: it's just all 48, with the tips tee and then tipping okay, i'm gon na put my ignite on ignite now comes in two sizes. Yes, the average is really small, which this is what i have on um. I could do it, but i probably wouldn't, but the the large cap fits so great. Well, i got an ignite in palm springs blonde and it never fit right and i'm getting i'm getting one in the large, because this this is a large cap. It feels so good. We had one qc issue with it. You know who you are you're watching right now we had to call her. We can't send this to you because it doesn't look good all right. So a couple of people asked the name of the wig on they're right at the top. This truly is the ignite. I just left it saying harlow a minute ago for the color. Oh such a difference. Someone asked i saw a minute ago if the harlow and silverstone had a root. No, it does not. Now this is their their large cap. Circumference wise is a lot bigger yeah from here to here i wouldn't say it's like too terribly big but circumference wise. That'S! I mean i would probably just tighten that up a little bit like i'm. Well, i guess because my hair is so blind. I could do that. I, like ignite i've, never had ignite. I had ever oh yeah, that's pretty on you kim and that just blends really. Well, that's really pretty. I love this color at the bottom. That kind of that soft dark blonde. It'S back! Okay, lynn, brady, wrote me. I know i can't remember if i called her or texted her and said something about miss prius. I said it's just for you miss chris. We just if it doesn't look right. We'Re not gon na send it out. You know that gets disappointing for people, but got ta. Do the right thing yeah. In fact, this brings up a good thing. Uh, someone sent a message this morning asking why our price on a certain wig was more expensive than another company, and it was a good example of saying well when we send something to you, we physically take it out, look at it if we think it might Have issue we'll put it on a wig block, you know we'll check it out and because we're not going to send you something that doesn't look bad, so i mean yeah. We, like kim, says a lot of times. Our prices aren't the cheapest, but we do offer top-notch customer service. You can call us anytime if you're having a hard time making a decision. We will walk you through the process. Oftentimes we'll send pictures, but a licensed stylist is inspecting your wig. If it has a cold set issue, it's going to get fixed. If it doesn't, it may have passed the company's qc, but if it doesn't pass our qc we're not going to send it out right - and i mean when you think about it, say there they have 100 wigs brought in in the same color. You know they. Might you see you know 10 of those, and so, if 10 of them look great they're not going to check all 100, and so you might get one of the ones that just comes through. So you get a double check. Okay, natalie natalie was my very first short wig. Natalie comes in two sizes, petite and average hi rosie mimi, says she's planning on coming in the fall wondering if she needs to set up an appointment while the world's changing. So if you like jet, but you can't find a color you like or you the style doesn't fit, you know move over to jet yeah i mean natalie. When are we moving to our new location? I'Ve got to cut the bands out and then sometimes i have to stretch it on top of cutting the bands out, but it's it's pretty, but they run only pretty tight in circumference from here to here, they're pretty well right, it's the circumference and then uh the Ear to ear sometimes can we show kate and ignite together? Kate has a machine made cap, so it does not have the lace front. Ignite has the lace front and then it's got the machine made cap from here back and it's the heat defined fiber. And so i just i don't like adding a bang to those which that's a big controversy. So i mean, i know a lot of people on our group post when they cut their bangs in their heat defiant. Wigs, i just don't like cutting heat defiant, all right, all right. Where are we at we're, narrowing it down y'all? What is this? Oh gia? Coincidentally, the champagne r is backward, someone ordered it just the other day. So it's a very popular color, all right sandy as heat defiant or heat resistant, is not as shiny of a fiber as the traditional fiber, and this is the sandy silver, which is that warm um kind of gray tone that they make little brown undertone. And this is mochaccino ora. This is so cute. I was so happy when they started making that rooted. Oh yeah, because what i love about it is sometimes in the rooted, especially like the ivy. She um got the champagne okay, the way that we stretch wigs is, we have a block that we attach a towel to, and then we wet the inside of the wig. So on the elastic part, here we wet it and then we literally take that wig and we stretch it and we pin it and we let it sit for three days, yeah we're going to show that on a video one day, sorry y'all it just we've had So much to show lately sandy silver color for ignite 39, f38 or don't you think, that's about it. That'S the closest it's not going to be sandy silver, but that's the closest you can get what is kicking out here there we go. What do we call styles? Like this like these, well, we just called them short styles, not a tree pixie, which everybody it's kind of. Like saying you know, i want a red wig. Well, there are so many variations of what people will call red wigs. I know okay, so pixie, i don't know what a true pixie is. I well and it depends on. You know: a girl came in the other day with hair down to her waist, and she said i want a short wig. I was like well, if your hair is that long. You know this was short for her, so yeah wasn't a neckline all right. This is chocolate, frost isn't it all i have to do is read about it. Ivy'S been really really really popular because it just kind of has all those good features. It'S short, so it has a neckline, it's messy. It'S got, lift. It'S got a bang already in it. So if you think gia is just a little too long in the front. Ivy perfect, this has a little bit of the paintings are a little bit wonky about a good, tight neckline, and this color has been around for a long time, but it's kind of overlooked yeah. It is people kind of have just they always want the rooted. But this is just their traditional marble brown and it's pretty. It'S got really nice caramely highlights to it all right all right.
