3 Easy Valentine’S Day Hairstyles | Diy Hairstyles Compilation 2020

( upbeat music, ), Hey everyone, I'm Mindy from Cute Girls, Hairstyles and today, I'm back with some Valentine's hairstyles they're, our very favorite heart, hairstyle compilation.. The first hairstyle you guys is called the Heart Ponytail and it's probably one of my very favorite heart hairstyles for adults or older teens.. So I love this one.. It looks so great. Now to begin this. Hairstyle I've secured her hair into a high ponytail.. We'Ve used two elastics to hold her hair tight because it's so thick and heavy, and it also gives it a little more of a vertical lift right there and then we've just kind of pulled some of this hair out in front. To add that little bit of puff right there and sheets so that it looks a little more older and mature.. Now I'm gon na take some hair from underneath and I'm going to just wrap it around this elastic to hide the elastic, because we don't want that to show. Once you have the hair wrapped around the elastic and also pinned in place. Take another skin like a little clear elastic and go down probably three four inches and put this in place. And now you're gon na go underneath the hair and you're gon na grab a little section, just a small section of hair. ( upbeat, music, ) And you're Gon na split the hair in half and take that section that I have right there right through the middle of this ( upbeat music, ) and then I'm gon na grab one edge of that elastic and take it up through that elastic. ( upbeat music ), Like That., So can you see how it's holding that upward And you can see now we're creating our heart rim right there. Once you have your hair through the elastic you just wan na add some spray wax or some pomade and give it a little bit of a Twist to create that heart shape and then take it and gather up the rest of the hair behind it and you just kind of hold it in place and you're gon na secure the rest of the hair with that., (, upbeat, music, ) And then go back And just cover the edges of that heart: to give it a nice really pretty heart, shape right, there. Tough, that pot and there's your little Heart Ponytail.. Let'S do the final spin. Pow! It'S like a pop of a heart and back to normal ponytail., (, upbeat music. ), The second hairstyle is called Accent Heart and I'm gon na show you two ways to do: it. One's on Rylan and with two hearts on Kamri., So you guys have two different ways to wear it, and both are so darling. To begin this hairstyle. What I'm going to do is take a little section just right here on the side of her head., I'm doing it on the light side of her part line'cause. I think it just Falls a little bit better., But I'm just kind of making a rectangle. and it doesn't have to be exact here. It can just be closed. And grab an elastic just a little clear elastic and I'm gon na put that elastic in right. Not totally cinch down against the head, but just towards the top that., And I don't want the elastic in like. Can you see how I still have a little give in that elastic? That'S how I want it to be., So you can see that I made kind of my rectangle shape., I'm gon na pull this down just a titch so that it's nice and relaxed.. Now I'm going to separate this into three parts. And they're gon na be three equal parts and you can use a clip to secure them out of the way or just have her hold one.. But I'm going to be working with this right, one on the far right right now and I'm just gon na do a braid just a regular three strand, braid. ( upbeat music ). So, just as quick as you can do, a braid okay. So again put my elastic in and repeat this process until all three of them are braided. And I'm gon na take a rat-tail comb. That'S a comb with this metal piece right here and I'm just gon na grab the edge of the elastic like this. Now taking that rightmost piece, I'm gon na flip it up and tuck it back through that elastic., You see. How do I knot And then I'm going to go same using the same part of the elastic just to the left side now and pull it open and going ahead and tuck the left side, and I switch to my this is not how I'm handed not my Hand - and this is awkward for me - you can see I'm tweaking it through and then pulling it up.. So you just pull it up both sides, I'm gon na pull them way, up. Till it's almost to the top of that elastic., And you can see that it's beginning to form that arch that we want with the heart.. Now you don't have to use a third piece on this. We are doing it because it really helps that gravity not pull the heart down and get all saggy by the end of the day. If you have that third piece, that stays really pretty informed, that's why we're using that middle strand., So you take another elastic, take it form your heart. I don't want a huge one, so I'm just gon na do a little half part right here and go ahead and secure it with an elastic and there you have your heart. Now the fun thing about doing this style with that middle strand, too, is that you Can go like this and kind of pull and bunch, and it's gon na give you that really immaculate heart shape., So I'm just gon na go until I have that heart shape. I really want. That perfect, beautiful heart. And then, when you get it done, you can go ahead and just release these ends all three of them and undo the braid. You don't need, and you have it just blending right into the hair. With this cute little accent. Heart., That's so perfectly shaped., And if you want you could put a little red ribbon or a white or lace bow or something to just kind of accent that even more., Okay, let's go ahead and do the final spin, dooh dooh dooh you can see. This is a great one for short hairstyles now, to show you a different version. We have Kamri come Kams and her hair's, obviously longer so on her hair. We did two accent hearts. You can see one two and then we just pulled it all the way back and into a full fish. Shell. (, upbeat, music, ). The third and final Valentine's hairstyle is the Heart Pull Through Braid.. Now I download this one on Kamerion, you guys know. I love nothing more than a good pull trough, braid, so to add into a heart: that's amazing.! To start this hairstyle. What I've done is just pull the top section away from her face kind of like mid eyebrow to mid eyebrow, and I've secured it in the back with an elastic. Can see right there. And I just pulled it forward a little bit to add a little volume. I haven't tweaked it too much quite yet.. We can go back and do that when we're done. You're going to do just basically like a flip under like you would, and if you have a topsy tail, you can use this. At this point. I'M just gon na flip it with my fingers, so we loosen it up and we're gon na go flip it up this time. Flip it up just like this.. Well, all the way through and that's gon na give our hair a little lift.. You can see it's already, naturally falling apart this, which is going to create our heart shape that we want. So before I do that. I'M just gon na use a little dry wax. This is just a wax spray and I'm just gon na put it on this hair a little bit. This is just gon na help, pull the shape of the heart a little bit better. You'Re gon na take your two pieces, secure them together to form what you can. So you can see that you have your heart shape. Once you've got your heart shape. I'M gon na have her just reach up and just put her fingers right here for me and I'm just gon na secure that together. You can pull and fluff the heart as big as you want, or you can just leave it like this either way is totally Fine. Now we're gon na take this. I'M gon na have Kerry. Just hang on to that, and I don't wan na mess with the heart too much.. I'M gon na take a section of hair right in here.. You don't wan na go too low ,'cause. You do not want it to show when the heart is laid back. Down., I'm just gon na pick up some hair right here and I'm gon na secure this just straight up like it is with an elastic.. So I'm going to just do this and I'm going to just loosen it a little bit just so. Those part lines aren't quite so harsh on her it's kelp.. Now, let's let this one back down! You can see that we pretty much hit all of that., So you can't really see it. We're going to take this second ponytail split it in half and wrap it around the first ponytail and we're going to secure that with an elastic.. Then you just tug and pull on these edges until you really like the way that they look and the shape of them.. Then, when you get that section done, you're gon na take the one underneath it split it in half, wrap it around and secure it with an elastic., (, upbeat, music, ) And repeat these steps over and over until you run out of here. ( upbeat music, ). Okay, I just keep working down making the pull throws. When I get to the last section, I'm just gon na take an extra elastic and secure those ends. Together., Then, you can go back and tweak and pull and tug it according to whatever your tastes, are. And then you can just secure it with some hairspray or some finishing wax, whatever your preference is to keep those shapes.. Okay, guys, let's check out this heart hairstyle. Let'S do the final spin, ( upbeat music ). I love it. I love I love and there you go., you know Valentine's Heart. Styles. We started way back. I mean Rylan was like this big when we first did the very first heart braiding on her, but honestly, every Valentine's. Some of these heart ones are sometimes the most difficult to come up with, but often my very favorites., Just because they're so different. And for holidays love, them., (, upbeat music, ).
