Hi guys, what's up welcome back to my channel today we have a Valentine's Day, themed video and I'm really excited about it, because obviously I live in this like weird pastel, loving world, so about last day, is kind of my excuse to do everything pastel and yes, So last year I did a get ready with me, so I thought that this year averages to a hairstyle video. Now one of these is glitter roots, and you guys know that I've already shown you guys how to do glitter roots a million times. But I want to do a Valentine's Day, themed one, because I thought that it would be so cute with like hearts and pinks and do something a little bit different from what I've done in the past. So yeah, if you guys, are interested in going all-out this Valentine's Day, then just keep watching so for this first hairstyle we're going to be doing this adorable heart bun. I absolutely love this. I think that it's so cute and so easy. So, let's just hop right into it: you're obviously going to need a sock bun, and if you don't have a soft bun, you can use a sock, I'm going to be using a sock that unfortunately, has lost its other half in the dryer. Somehow you know how it goes: you're also going to need two elastics. It'S also optional, but totally adorable. If you add some color into your buns, I just have these three purpley extensions that I'm going to be adding in as well to make our sock when you basically just cut off the end of your sock and then you just start rolling it up. It'S super easy and if you don't have a bun on hand, it's very handy. It should look something like this and then you're going to want to take your one elastic, squish it in half and put it on your sock. You don't want it right in the middle, you want it more towards the end, and then you should have something that looks like this. Take your other elastic and you're going to be putting it the opposite way. Basically we're trying to get a heart shapes, then I'm just going to be taking my purple hair extensions and putting those in wherever you please. It doesn't really matter. There'S not really a right way to do this and then I'm just kind of brushing everything together. We'Re going to go ahead and put our hair in a low bun. You can do a high bun wherever you want the bun to sit on your head and then with our little sock, bun thing you're just going to go and pull your ponytail right through that and then make sure it's sitting properly on your head so that it Is that heart shaped like any sock bun you just take all of your hair and to lay the hair flat around it. This is basically going to wrap so that it looks like your hair is making that heart shape once you have it all wrapped pretty evenly. You can go ahead and take a hair elastic and just put that around it, and then you should have something that looks like this. When you first do it, it's going to be a little bit more of a triangle, but in order to make that look more like a heart we're just going to take bobby pins and where the at the top of the heart, it should go in a bit. Just take your bobby, pin and pin some of the hair down, and then you should have more of a heart shape like this. You can also pull out at the sides too, that works as well, but then what the leftover hair I'm just going to take that and I'm going to start twisting that, like this, this is makes it easier to kind of wrap it around my bun and then Go ahead and wrap it around and take another bobby pin and just pin it into place. So this is the Hartsock bun. I think it looks really cute with the little accents of purple, but yeah super easy and super festive for Valentine's Day. This next one is all things glitter. I really wanted to do a Valentine's Day, glitter root kind of thing, so I just have all these really cool, colors and hearts. These hearts are actually confetti. I just got these at a party store. This other glitter will kind of act as our main glitter. I got these at Michael's craft store to make the glitter roots you're going to need some gel, and I've obviously told you guys how to do this a million times before, but you basically just take some gel into a container. Add your glitter and then mix it all together. It'S very very simple. I basically started very loosely adding the glitter and I started to blend it out a bit so that it wasn't as harsh. I do like the blended out effect and then once I had everything coated once I added a lot of glitter into the middle part of my hair and then blended that out, I then decided I wanted to do top knot. So I put my hair in ponytails and then into buns. You might want to do this first, but I didn't really know what I was doing so I was just going with it once my hair within the buns. I just started adding the heart confetti. I started with the really really big hearts and then I moved on to the medium-sized ones and then to kind of blend it out even more. I think it looks really good if you do some really small hearts and yeah. That'S basically how I did this. I absolutely love it. I think it's adorable, you guys know I'm obsessed with glitter words, but this just makes it that much better during Valentine's Day ones anyways. I hope that you guys enjoyed this video.
