Cocoon Twists: Big Sexy Voluminous Valentine’S Day Hair

Hello, my love's, it's kyndra here miss pinky and welcome back to my channel. So today I'm going to show you guys how I created this big sexy volume of hair using cocoon twist now. This style is so perfect for Valentine's Day. So if you would love to see how I achieve this, look, please keep watching so I'm starting off with freshly washed and conditioned hair. I section my hair off into these twists for easy styling and I use the Camilla rose. Naturals, coconut water, leave-in detangling, hair treatment. As my leave-in conditioner, I also use their ultimate growth serum, which is a perfect blend of oils for your scalp. So I'm just going to massage this oil into my scalp and down my hair for styling, I'm going to use their coconut milk and aloe vera. This is a moisturizing conditioner that will restore your dry hair. I absolutely love the smell of this conditioner. It smells fantastic. So I'm going to start by sectioning off a medium section of hair, I'm going to apply a dime-sized of the coconut milk and focus greatly. On my end, I'm just going to rub that into my here. I'M going to make sure my hair is detangled using my Denman brush and then I'm going to apply a two strand twist. Now I'm going to create a knot at the end of my twist, so I'm going to take one hand and hold the end of my twist. Now, I'm going to take the other hand and position two fingers in the middle of the twist wrap the hair around the two fingers two to three times, depending on how long your hair is. If your hair is shorter length, you may use one finger or you may wrap the hair around one time so grab the end of the twist and pull it through the loop pull the end through gently while pushing the nut down towards the end of your hair And there you have it okay, I realize this may be a little bit difficult. So let's try this again apply your product. Next apply a two strand twist. You want to wrap your hair around two fingers and pull the ends of the hair through the loop push. The knot down while holding the ends of your hair to tighten and there you have it a cocoon twist and I'm just going to complete this process on the remaining sections of my hair. As you can see, I put bobby pins at the root of my hair. That is just to stretch out the roots of my hair, a little bit more so that I can get a longer fuller. Look now that I'm done applying all of my cocoon twists. I'M just going to put my hair under a satin scarf and I'm going to take down in the morning, so it is the next day I am now going to take down my cocoon twist. First, I'm just going to remove all of the bobby pin that I placed at the roots of my hair. Of course, I'm going to cut my hands with the ultimate world serum oils and then I'm going to just start unraveling the cocoon twist to remove the knots gently pull at the top of the knot, and it should come right out now. I'M just going to start separating my hair to my fullness, a my liking. You guys know every style that I do, I always say, separate, separate separate. I just feel like it's so important. I love big full hair, you guys, so I would recommend you separate to your heart's desire, so I'm done separating and you know what time it is guys. I have to pull out my handy dandy pick, so I'm just giving you a little twirl of what it looks like once. I'Ve separated the hair, it looks very full now and you can certainly leave it like this, but y'all know me by now ya know I got ta get out my pick and I got to raise those roots. Honey BAM raise the roots, so, as you can see, without even raising my roots, the style gave my hair so much volume. These cocoon twists are ideal. If you want to wear your hair really big for the day. Okay, because it stretches your hair a little bit with the twist and then it gives you this beautiful pop of curls right on the ends of your hair. I absolutely love this, and I also feel that this style is perfect for transitioners. If you are transitioning and you still have some perm ends - oh my gosh try this style do the cocoon twist lack those perm ends up into a knot and honey child watch. The results that you get it's going to be so beautiful. So here you just see me kind of shaping the hair with my hands kind of manipulating the shape of my hair. You guys, you know if you want to manipulate your shape, use your fingers use a pick, use any tools that you can use to manipulate that shape. Of course, I always say no style is complete unless you have laid those edges, honey, some use and a little bit of eco styler gel just to lay my edges down and make sure that they are on. What'S the word, I use um fleek. Yes, I think. That'S the word, so I'm putting my edges on fleek right now: okay, okay - and here is the final. Look. You guys. I think this hair is so sexy. Okay, I'm going to knock them dead on valentine's day. With this big o volume is sexy, curly style. I think my man is gon na love it.
