You guys welcome back to another video. Today we are going to be doing our hair and doing our makeup for valentine's day to me, i think this is like a very fresh, a very youthful glowing, pinky, pretty type of makeup. Look for valentine's day. This is not like the you know, normal red lip. I personally feel like the less makeup you look like you have on the better, so i try to make this look, as you know, seamless, as pretty as youthful as radiant and flawless as possible. I also install this wig, so this is a wig from this is a closure wig from love me hair, and that is absolutely our sponsor. At shop.lovemehair.com, as you guys can see, she looks very natural okay, she looks very, very, very natural. Actually, the baby hair is everything. Just everything just looks so good. I'M going to be showing you guys how i install and style this hair and then also we're going to be going through this super sexy and super sultry makeup. Look after you guys for valentine's day today. So let's just go ahead and let's get started. It has a band that you can use to adjust and it's an adjustable band, so you can actually make it tighter if your head is smaller, you can make it longer if you have a big head like me, this is really really helpful. It also has about four different clips, as you guys can see, it has a clip three clips in the front of the hair. I also bleached the knots you guys. So that's why it looks like this, but it's normally this color, it's undetectable, so you can honestly barely see it when you put your hands there um. So it has three clips around the closure and it also has another thing that you can use in order to make it snug and super secure. I'M gon na leave the link and all the information and stuff for you guys down below for y'all to see it, but i have not dyed this hair um. I did wash it um, but when it came, it smelled perfectly fine, okay, guys so now we're about to line up this wig just to see the scalp of the wig. This is a really really good, um lace. This is how it looks when i part it literally don't need to. I probably don't i don't. I don't think i'm going to need to tweeze it or anything we'll see, but so this is like the middle. Oh, what i want to do, i think i want to shift it to the side. I haven't had a side part in a minute, so i might do a side part, but this is to the side, but you see that you guys, you literally don't have to tweeze it um, like i said i bleached the knot, so it looks super natural here. Um and i just got to make sure the back is flat, so it looks even more natural, but i'm excited about this. I have not like i said before. I have not had my hair done in a minute and well, i haven't had anything different in a minute. I should say, because my hair stayed done honey, okay period, all right, because i want you guys to get an even closer close-up. Let me show you guys what it's looking like when i have my hand literally on the hair, you can barely see you could really tell if i'm lying, i'm dying. Look at that wow, i'm thinking. If i want to glue it first and then cut it decisions decisions, i think it might make sense for me to just glue the front right here and then i'll just leave the other part. Until i decide what i want to do, i'm going to use this esha lace bond glue and i'm only using a small amount. I love that it comes with like this slant, so it's like you can kind of rub it on which i don't know. If i'm going to do that, i want it. I want to use a little bit because this blue is so strong i'll, see i'm using a small amount of this, and i don't recommend using a small amount on valentine's day depending on what y'all doing, but as much as you need girl put as much as You need the last thing you want. Is this thing to fall off honey? All right, you guys so now that this is pretty tacky. You can kind of just put your hand there and based off of how it your fingers are. You can tell if it's tacky enough, but i'm gon na, go ahead and add my closure and i'm gon na just kind of drop it where i think it will look perfectly fine. Okay, perfect! Let me use that comb and i'm gon na just comb through the hair, all right, perfect, okay, so i'm gon na go ahead and start to cut off this lace. I'M gon na go ahead and use my razor and my scissors, i'm gon na basically cut it. I'M gon na cut it in three one: two: three we're gon na work in sections, because sections are just better sections, make it better and more manageable. I'M gon na start off with this side first and then i'll work my way to the middle. All right, you guys so i just went ahead and basically adhered the wig to my head. So now i kind of want to get rid of the little glue that i feel on my skin right here. So i'm going to go ahead and use me a q-tip and i'm going to dip it in some alcohol. Be careful not to put it on the lace itself, because then it'll lift up. I need to make sure that the top of this wig is like as flat as possible, so i'm going to go in in my hot comb. This is a electric hot comb is all right, you guys, so i am pretty much. I already installed the wig, i'm gon na go ahead and i'm gon na blow this baby out i'll go ahead and blow her out, and then i'm gon na use, spelling wands and i'm gon na wand her and pin curl her and then we're gon na start On the makeup and we can get into some chit chat once i do that, oh so you guys, i actually want to cut the ends of this wig before i curl it. So i totally forgot about that part. So let me go ahead and do that. I just want to kind of get the ends um to be, i kind of want to cut it like, maybe to here just right here. I think this will look good, so i'll be right back, so i just cut the ends. So this is how the ends now look and then i'm just going to go ahead and start curling the hair and curling them, and then we can start on the makeup. All right, you guys so we're back, and i have so much more energy because i went to eat it's like a walk, walk zoe and i joined some water and i just had some time to just relax and to get some energy, so we're back um. So yeah, so i'm gon na be doing um. So just oh, actually, let's reverse back a little bit um. I just put my hair in some pink curls. Obviously, as you guys can see, um and then i'm just going to be just be doing a pickup. Look that i personally feel like would be amazing for valentine's day now. I don't have a valentine um so shout out to everybody watching who do um it's kind of crazy. I'M saying this right now, uh, but yeah. So shout out to everybody who do have a valentine if you are planning on going to see your significant other or even if you're gon na be chilling, you know at home with yourself like, i will be, i'm gon na be chilling at home. If i get a surprise great, if i don't great or not so great, so i'm gon na be basically doing showing you guys what maybe i would be wearing if i was going out on valentine's day or this could be used as a date night makeup. This could be used, as you know, if you want to just feel super uh, youthful and just fresh and pretty and glowing. That'S really. That'S the beauty. The beautiful part about this makeup. Look in my opinion. I feel like this is like that vibe that you're going for when you're like looking super good and like just edible, you know and sultry and sexy as a woman and you're just trying to are not even trying to you are embodying what that looks like. So this to me is what this makeup look. Um looks like for me: um. I feel like i'm a victoria's secret angel on the runway. Okay, so let's get into it and start off with some primer, i'm actually going to start off by eating some ice, because i am painfully addicted to ice, so i'm gon na be taking this makeup, wipe i'm gon na wipe off my brows, you guys, honestly, i Don'T even know why i did my brows earlier, because i never ever ever do my brows first, i always save them for last your baby hairs, your brows and your lashes, save them for last. I'M telling you please just take it from me. I'M going to be leaving all the products down in the description bar you guys all the products will be down below, so i'm just going to go ahead and apply this gel cream. I decided to use a gel cream because i wanted something that was going to be light. So if you have moisturizer that is lightweight and still does the job of moisturizing your skin, underneath your makeup that works perfectly fine, i just personally wouldn't use something. That'S super super heavy underneath and unless well super super heavy in terms of moisturizer. Unless you have like really really dry skin, i'm going for something that is super fresh and flowing. I have been using this foundation um recently. This is the lancome paint idol ultra wear foundation in the shade 4452 neutral. So you guys speaking of valentine's day, how are you guys going to be spending your valentine's day? How are you guys going to be celebrating your own valentine's day? It'S coming up are y'all going to be going out, i'm like all in your business right valentine's day. I don't know valentine's day for me, i'm gon na, like kind of keep the topic. Oh you guys. I forgot to put on primer okay. So what was i gon na say so valentine's day for me, i feel like every year my valentine's day. This never really goes like how i expect it to go um. I think that's a good or bad thing. I don't even know, but i just feel like a valentine's day can be. It can be overrated, but i do think that it's a day, oh my gosh, i do feel like it's a day that you really like, depending on the situation you're in like okay, if you're in a relationship - and you are you know - you've been in a relationship For x amount of years, it's like a long relationship you've been in and you guys celebrate valentine's day every year. I feel like that is great, but then like if you're single, i feel like for me right, like i'm single and it's kind of weird. It'S like one of those days that, like i, was in a relationship because i never really um put so much emphasis on valentine's day when i was in a relationship i kind of felt like you know it was more of just a societal holiday like it wasn't It wasn't really celebrated and i feel like that's because i probably you know what i'm saying put. What am i trying to say i feel, like i probably put more um, i didn't put as much emphasis on the day. That'S what i'm trying to say. I didn't put as much emphasis on the day, so i kind of just felt, like it kind of came and went i did receive like you know, flowers and things like that, but it that that was pretty much it. I kind of feel like it wasn't really like celebrating. You know what i'm saying as i've gotten older i've grown to appreciate the day more because i feel like it gives the the your significant other an opportunity to show you more than what they normally would. You know like it gives them an opportunity in a day to be able to showcase their love for you. However, they they choose, because i feel like honestly, it can suck being on the internet on valentine's day. When you talk to somebody and you don't get, but you see all these people celebrating valentine's day and it's like wow like you, don't get nothing, you know what i'm saying like i don't know. I think that can feel like damn. You know like damn like so for valentine's day. I think that i am going to be um celebrating it just relaxing i'm currently in the process of creating a kind of like a pamper me kind of video for valentine's day i wanted to. I want to put it out before the weekend, but i don't know how realistic that's gon na be so um, even if i don't get to put it out for valentine's day. I probably will still put pull it out. I'M sorry put it out regardless, because i think it's just a great, i don't want to rush it and i think, because of just the content in there um, i feel like it's a great great great video, for you know. Anybody who is on a self-love journey with them, you know on a self of journey and they're looking for just different things. They can do. You know to um, be creative love on yourself to just give yourself a time to relax. Give yourself time to reflect. Um. Give yourself a time to yourself: okay, give yourself time to yourself: how crazy does that sound, but um? I want to be able to do that video to showcase. You know just different things that you can do at home, that you can um use to pamper yourself and use to just indulge and engulf in self-care and just serenading yourself. You know what i mean i haven't been to the gym in a few days. I need to go. It'S been three days. Today'S gon na be three days. Oh no, i have a three day rule y'all after three days i can't go after. I can't go past three days when it comes to the gym. I created this rule because i noticed that after three days when i go back, if i go back like after four or just for a week or whatever it pains me the day, i go back like i'm so sore, like i've never worked out a day. In my life, i don't get it, i don't get it. That is literally how i be feeling y'all i'll, be feeling crazy, i'll, be feeling so crazy, like what is going on. Why does it feel like i haven't worked out in years all right, so normally i would go ahead and just add my under eye powder, like my um setting powder and then i would go ahead and bronze using powder, but i think tonight i want to use A little bit of cream contour, i don't know, i think cream contour it just gives it just - does something beautiful to your cheekbones to accentuate your face it just it does something also with the glow okay like and it doesn't um it doesn't give like your skin. Well, if you have textured skin, then you have textured skin, but it almost like. I don't know. I just need to show y'all um i've. I'Ve used cream bronzer on my channel before. Obviously, but it's just one of those things like i don't. I just feel like it gives you that jlo glow, you know cream bronzer, she's known for cream bronzer she's known for that her makeup artist is known for that, but you guys have probably seen this on my channel before and look it's done. Y'All! It'S! Okay! A little bit is coming out, so i'm gon na be using this a little bit lighter than my powdered bronzer. So i'm gon na be using this and then i'm gon na go in and kind of like accentuate it with the powdered bronzer that i'm going to be using. I want to i like using a brush when using when doing this um any any type of like cream bronzer. I i feel like that and foundation of i've noticed it just looks better with a brush and you have to have like a good brush. Yes, you see that you guys, so it's given me, it's giving me miami like this has given me. You know a tan in the winter time in miami because you're in miami, it's not cold, it's not the winner. It'S just miami! That'S how we looking is, how we looking i'm gon na go ahead and i'm gon na i'm gon na re-blend out underneath my eye just a quick tip. You guys, if you guys ever deal with under eye creasing or anything like that under here when you apply concealer, you see it when you um put on powder under under there to set your makeup before you set. Your makeup always always always remember to blend it out. Okay, anything you're setting always blend it seamlessly before you um before you set it because setting it, it's literally setting it. That'S the word, for you know what i'm saying it's setting whatever you're putting there. So you know just like when you get your nails done and you're getting gel if there's hair on the nail and then they paint over that it's setting literally setting the hair and the nail - and you don't want that so always be sure to blend out your Under eye, if you suffer from under eye creases, like me, i like to blend out my under eye just with the regular beauty blender that i was using for everything else, really um. As long as it's concealer on the part that you're using it on and just blend it and then i'm gon na go ahead and setting powders. So i'm gon na be using this laura mercier translucent honey, setting powder first and then i'm gon na go in with a brush just to set my under eye. I want it to be light. I don't want it to be super heavy, so i'm not going to like leave the setting powder under my eye or bake or anything like that, because i just want it to be very light and this brush that i'm using is from it cosmetics. It'S the 402 brush. You can also go in your brows to dry out your brows, so when you are ready to throw them in they're already dried out - and you don't have to worry about, you know putting on the product on there and then it literally is so oily it, like Wipes off okay, so i'm gon na be using this tartlet and bloom palette. It'S probably super dirty so ignore that different shades. I want to keep it really cute and pretty so, i think i'm going to be doing a matte um, a matte uh. What'S this part of my eye called how long i haven't really been doing like makeup tutorials um, my eyelid yeah, so you guys. I think i also want to go ahead and add, like a nice, um cream blush on my cheeks real quick just because everything is already. I have the cream contour. I can just go ahead and pop in another cream product on there and it blends it out perfectly now. The powder is up here mostly, so i don't have to worry about it getting like textured or anything. It'S right here. I just want to pop it there. Okay with a transition color and i'm gon na be using this one, it's called sweetheart, so you guys for valentine's day. Let'S get back to the topic that we were talking about so for valentine's day. I think i might be spending that either getting a massage and i'm not probably going to be celebrating valentine's day on valentine's day, because valentine's day is on a monday child who the hell is going to really be doing well, people will find time for what they Find time for, but i probably gon na just celebrate it on sunday, i'm not too fussy like i'm, not with anybody right now. So you know i'm not really expecting anything. I'M just gon na willingly and joyfully receive anything that i do. I'M gon na be chilling. I'M planning on booking a massage but yeah that's pretty much it. I do want to do a photo shoot, though i do really really really really really want to do a photo shoot. I am going to do a photo shoot actually um. I am actually going to be doing one this weekend. It actually maybe not even this weekend, it might be before then, but i just i'm just so freaking like proud of myself. I have like just had fluctuating weight literally my whole. I feel like these past, like two, not my whole life, but these past two to three years is what seems like forever. I'Ve been having fluctuating weight and i've been like trying to gain weight um if you guys follow my channel. You'Ll know that um and i finally feel like i'm there like i'm finally like gaining. You know, because i'm back home in a solid environment where i um i'm able just to create an an environment that feeds me, i'm able to create an environment where i can be focused and that just breeds success. Okay, like when you can sit the hell down in one place and just like lock in that is just so under valued and um overlooked, and it's just it's something that i think is very very necessary. If you're, like really trying, you know to move the needle in your life, you have to learn how to just sit the hell down in one place. Okay, you don't have to technically be in one place, but you have to be able to cultivate a routine. No matter where you do go and it's a lot easier when you're able to cultivate the routine when you're in one place. You feel what i'm saying. So, that's why i say one place, but it doesn't necessarily have to be like. Obviously, if you have to travel for work, you're not going to be in one place, but just having that discipline and that routine down pat, where no matter where you go you're following your routine, you know, so it really all boils down to discipline. When i think about it, i feel, like valentine's day, is going to be like my opportunity to be able to like do a sexy, shoot and not feel guilty for it. Um yeah. I just want to do something sexy and something nice that i've never really done before and just you know, embraced my womanhood and embraced my feminine journey and just embrace all the things you know what i'm saying celebrate my body celebrate the fact that i'm natural and, Like i didn't, go out and get a bbo and and no offense to y'all who have vbos, but it's you know what i'm saying it's a lot out here, going on with um people just changing who they are um to suit or satisfy other people and praise. Be to god for me to have a brain and to have a mind of my own and to be able to make decisions based off of what i solely and truly believe in and what you know. I want for my life and not let anybody not even my mother, okay, i love my mom, but not even my mother have any control over the decisions i make in my life, so that um is important. I think mother, you know father whoever it may be, that you feel like is having that hold on you to be able to make decisions that you in your heart, and you and your soul, know that that decision is decision you want to make, because it sits Right with your spirit, it's right. It sits right with your soul. Whatever that may be, you know you got to be able to find a way to get out of that, because that's a penitentiary right there, so i didn't have any like talking points. I could probably tell now, but i was going to say i didn't have any specific talking points for this video, because i kind of just wanted it to be kind of like a you know like i just talk about whatever's on my mind at the moment. Type of video and not follow a script or like bullet points or anything like that. I don't normally follow a script, but i do normally write down bullet points just so i can stay on track with what i'm talking about and not be all over the place. Like i am today, i think i want to add a little bit of concealer. So normally i wouldn't do this, but i'm gon na add a little dot right there just to create a base for the matte pink that i'm gon na be using. I don't even know if i told you guys my lash experience, but basically i had went to this girl to get my lashes done and she was new. You know what i'm saying i didn't know that she took about four hours to do them. You know - and i i wasn't mad because i knew she was new and you know, got home, ended up. Um got home, ended up realizing the last well, not even got home. When i was there and i looked at them, i felt like they were a little dramatic. You know i felt like they were a little. You know you know and um, but i didn't make a big deal out of it because i was just like you know what it like. What i'm gon na do is i'ma just um. I was basically saying like i'm just gon na you know slowly take them out, wet them. Take them out right, take them out and ended up going like two weeks later to this new girl and she she took them out for me because i couldn't, but there was not a lot left. She took them out and it come to find out. The girl had attached a fan if you get your lashes done. You know what i'm talking about a fan of lashes to like five of my real lashes, we're supposed to isolate girl. You are supposed to isolate. You are not supposed to. You are not supposed to put any amount of lashes on any amount of lashes like you're supposed to put one on one or one fan on one you're not supposed to put it on multiple lashes. So that was my freaking fault because you pay for what you get so that was that was. That was definitely my fault. I'M gon na go ahead and use smarty pants um this color on the lid, okay cool. So let me go ahead and add some of leader right into here in my inner inner crease, let's go into our contour, so i'm gon na be using this mac die deepest, and i like to tie everything in by connecting my contour, my nose contour to my Brow because i just feel like it accentuates it accentuates the look honey like. I don't even know what to tell you it just does it's like i love i love when um. I look at someone's makeup and i can't see where it starts from where it ends. Does that make sense? That'S always the goal for when i do my makeup, i don't care about anything else. All i care is that it's blend so seamlessly you can't tell from where, where it starts to where it ends. Okay, okay, so i'm gon na. Take that same that same um bronzer and i'm just gon na lightly go over that cream contour with it just want to lightly go over it. I don't want it to be too heavy because we already added the cream, so we don't need a bunch of powder and then i'm going to go in with oh actually yeah. I was going to go in with that, but i'm going to put this instead. Take this anastasia, it's kind of dirty, this anastasia powder, bronzer in mahogany. I have to hold it because i think it's going to fall out go over my contour, but i'm going to like chisel up up here. Mostly, i don't want it to be too dark like that, could get that can get crazy, real, quick! I advise you use a brush. That'S a little bit more tapered than this one, though, because this one's a little too big, so it's just going everywhere, but yeah. So all right perfect, i really want to have a nice under eye color. So what i'm going to do is, i think, i'm going to go in with this dark: plum, liner, okay, so let's take leader and then just put that closely like right. Underneath me, hey you guys, so i'm gon na go in real, quick with my brows. You guys already know. I cannot talk when i'm doing these things up here. They um it's just one of those things y'all. I cannot multitask when i do my brows for nothing. Rocky all right, you guys, so i think for my inner tear duct, i'm gon na go with my holy grail artist, couture, conceited diamond glow powder. I just feel like it just yeah. It just tops it off. You know yes, i'm gon na add a little bit up here, just a little tip bit. I normally don't add this anymore on my nose, but i'm gon na add a little on my nose. So i'm gon na add some some lip liner on my lips. A little bit on the cheeks on the cheeks yeah, i have not used highlighter in so long like this is so crazy for my lips. I think i'm gon na go with something super super nude and pinky and like just like perfect um, and it's probably something. I always freaking use, and now i'm looking at my table and my desk, i don't see it so i got ta, go run downstairs and get it. But first let me just apply this matte lipstick. This is unbuttoned by fenty. Oh, this is fussy and i meant to get universal ha. Do i have another one up here? Okay, i need to go, get universal gloss bomb. This is fussy and i'm going to get the other one i'll be right back. I'M going to add that on there. Yes, this one is a little bit on the peachy side and i think fussy isn't on the pink side. Okay, so first we tied it together. Fussy, i think fussy looks better. Okay, perfect! I mean a little bit down here. I'M gon na actually be changing. I'M putting on something cute for valentine's day, because i'm celebrating it with you guys i'll be using this milk makeup setting spray. So now this is like the complete finish. Look, you know what i didn't add. I did not add any mascara and i'm gon na put them on my lower lash line, and i don't think i'm gon na add any to my lashes. Is that that's just you're just not supposed to do that. So i'm gon na just leave them alone and just brush them out and call it a day yeah. I think that looks good all right. So let me go ahead and take out my hair. As you guys know, this is from love me, hair and i'm going to leave all of the information to it down below, but i do want to talk to you guys a little bit about this hair. This is a 5x5 undetectable lace, closure wig by love me hair. This is a glueless closure, so you really don't have to use glue on the hair at all um. I just wanted it to be secure. You know what i'm saying just because i have a widow's peak and sometimes that can cause for it to kind of like shift. This hair is 20 inches all right, you guys, so i'm gon na go ahead and brush out this hair um. So, like i was saying this hair is a 20 inch closure wig from love me hair, you guys, when i tell you this hair is so silky and so freaking nice just look just look, and this is a closure wig. I personally love closure, wigs because i don't have to worry about like maintaining an actual like frontal. In my opinion, that is a just a lot of work for me. Specifically, it's just a lot, so closures just go with with just my lifestyle. You know what i'm saying like it's just a lot when it comes to dealing with full lace. Wigs. So if you are an everyday kind of girl, you go to work. I work from home, thankfully, but if you um you go in the office and you need a wig to wear to work or to school. Whatever the case may be, closures are just it. So that's just my opinion i'll go ahead and take off this band that i have on here. Okay, beautiful you can barely tell that. It'S even like look how good this looks. You guys and i did my baby hairs earlier. I might actually want to do them again because they are a little faded out now. I include some of this hair okay, so i'm gon na kind of do a little bit of a baby hair just a little bit, though nothing too crazy. I'M gon na just do like a little a little cute bit like right in the front just so that it doesn't look unnatural. You guys already know i'm just like. I need it to look good, i'm very particular about that kind of cut a little bit off and then add some of my got to be glue and gel and then just use that to style the front just for now. These are like definitely temporary baby hairs, because i want to be able to perfect them. I feel i honestly feel like baby hairs with when it comes to wigs one of those things that you're not going to really be able to perfect. Until you add a bunch of like you, you basically had the wig for a little while you know what i'm saying it's one of those things. I just start to look better over time. Okay, that looks it looks that looks good. It looks, doesn't look too bad. It doesn't look too bad wow did i did i do i remember. Do i recall starting this video and saying that i'm not a professional, because right now, i'm proving myself wrong, love that there's a widow speak on this wig, like i really did that here's! What happens when you take your time for me to not have a wig in so long, which means i haven't done a wig in forever. This is just, let me tell you what this is. This is just me doing them so many times in the past and muscle memory just kicking in i know lyle. This lace looks really good. I approve i really wish this was layered, though like if this was layered. This would make this wig like go from the eight that it is to like a nine and a half okay, you guys, so i had to talk with myself about this wig and it looks so good, but i think it could look better if i put some Layers in it so y'all, i am no hair stylist, but i feel like this is going to look so much better with some layers. So i'm going to just go ahead and add me some damn layers. Okay, life is short me and i was almost so scared. Like scared of what i was gon na say, i can't i can't see. I can't see what it really looks like, but i could see now. I could see clearly now perfect and it's like laying right where i needed to girl right there. Okay, yes, this is perfect. Let me get dressed and get sexy and then we can talk hey guys, so i am back um. I just changed into my cute, pink lingerie. I keep and grow. This is how we're gon na wrap up this video. I got me some wine as well cheers to you guys, there's to a love weekend, no matter like if you're celebrating, with a significant other, your girlfriends or yourself, make sure that you serenade yourself with love. You know it is what you're looking for whatever it is that you you know had in mind for valentine's day. Don'T just expect it from someone else, like i'm a strong believer in being exactly what it is that you want.
