Hi guys welcome back to my channel so today i have this hair tutorial for you guys. You guys see my hair. It looks absolutely stunning. I it looks stunning, so i'm going to show you guys how i did this. Obviously, since this is valentine's month, i'm going to be showing you guys this cute date, night hairstyle, using my perfect pairs from curl smith. That is my two curl smith products that work well beautifully together in my hair. If you're not already subscribed to go ahead and click that subscribe button down below turn the notification button notified when i upload my videos and without further ado, sit tight and let's jump straight into the video okay. So let's begin you guys, i'm pretty excited about this. One to be very honest, i'm starting a freshly washed hair, as you guys can see whenever i'm done washing my hair, i just twist it up until i decide what i want to do with it, but now i'm going to be doing my sectioning, so i am Doing um three flat twists at the side, so that's what i'm just doing now, just sectioning out the portion of my hair for those three flat twists, then we're gon na start applying product. So today i am using the curl smith multitasking conditioner, which is a protein rich multi-purpose cream that can be used as a rinse out deep conditioner or leaving hair moisturizer. I'Ve noticed that products like this that you can use also a deep conditioner, a regular conditioner, usually make really good leave-ins. So i decided to use this as a leave-in conditioner for my hair. It was light enough for me to use as a leave-in, but also like deeply hydrating and moisturizing enough for me to use as a regular moisturizer. So it's basically two to three products in one next, i'm going to be using the bonding oil. This is like a weightless oil that blends and targets, hair bones to seal cuticles, add shine, help, hair, look and feel healthier, so a little back story here. So for this video i was supposed to pick two products that work really really well together. For my hair - and these are the two products that i picked after going through all the products and what they do and the ingredients and everything these two just made sense, and another reason why i picked these two together is because i feel like they work for A large amount of people for different reasons. First, if you have high porosity hair you're going to love the products, because the multitasking conditioner contains protein. Products with protein are really usually good for people with high porosity hair and also the bonding oil helps to like seal cuticles and lock in moisture um. The person is also going to give more reinforcement and strength to your high porosity hair. If you're someone that's prone to split ends, you're going to love both products together, because again, the protein in the product is going to really help steal those spray ends. The oil is going to help um seal the ends and prevent more split ends from happening. Also, if you are like me, and you style your hair, a lot you're going to love these two products together, because the ingredients in both products help to give your hair strength and support and um. It also provides elasticity to your hair and helps to reduce the damage that comes with constant styling again, if you have low porosity hair like me, the products are light enough to where they just absorb into your hair, and you don't have to use anything extra. I literally only use these two products to do my hair they're not going to cause you excessive, build up like these products. Work for a large range of people and the protein content is sufficient enough to where it actually does something for your hair, but not too high to the point where it gives you protein sensitivity, so people with low prostate can also use the products as well. These are complete products, so what i'm doing now is that i'm about to twist this section, as you can see, i'm doing regular two strand twisting the rest of my hair and i'm separating it into four pieces before i twist now remember, i always tell you guys That before i do a ruler set, um or any um perimeter, anything any style that i have to set my hair in and separate after. I usually separate my hair into the pieces before i actually put it into the set. So right now i've separated that piece that i'm twisting into four sections before i twisted them together and when i'm separating my hair later on, it will be easier for me to separate the pieces because they were already separated before i put it in this set. That will help me to reduce frizz and keep a lot of my definition when i'm separating my hair later on, and i noticed that something a lot of people with um 4b4c, especially first here complain with the lots whenever they do roller sets or twist outs or Something like that, where they usually get into problems, is when it's time to separate their hair at the end and that's when all the phrase happens and then all the definition is lost. But if you do this, you will not have to separate a loss because the hair is already separated and that will help to preserve your definition, and you also will not have to fluff with a pick because um, you guys, will see it eventually when i'm taking On my taking on my hair, so now i'm done twisting i'm about to put my hair in rollers, so i'm using these pink rollers and i'm doing three twists perulas. Just because i didn't want to use a lot of rollers in my hair. You can do four twists. Perilous, if you want, you can do two twists. Perilous, if you want, you can even do one twist perula. I just didn't want to have too many realizing my hair. So i put three twists on the ruler and, as you can see, i sprayed some water first before i rode my hair onto the ruler um. Just because my twists are now dry, they're, not damp anymore, so springs and water helps to make them damp, because that dampness helps it sets better. So that is what i'm doing just bring some water and rolling up my hair. Also, i'm going to roll the twist at the sides to the ends of the flat twist so yeah that is basically um. What i'm doing, if you guys, have any questions about the process just ask me down below, so i'm just going to go to bed like this tie, my hair with a satin scarf and go to bed. So this is two days after i was actually supposed to take this out the next day, but i was too lazy and had stuff to do so. I'M taking this out two days after and i'm going to put some of the oil on my hands before. I start to take down my hair. This oil also helps add shine to my hair and reduce frizz and because i left my hair in longer obviously also help my hair set more. But you don't have to leave it in for two days as long as it's dry you're fine to go. So, as you can see, i'm taking out my rulers and my hair is super defined. It has taken the shape and sets nicely and, as you can see, there is a nice healthy shine on my hair as well. So now i'm done taking out all the rods and, to be honest by this point i was already getting excited, because i already knew that this style was just going to be perfect by the time i was done so now, i'm about to start separating now. You guys are going to see the benefits of separating your hair before you actually twist and put in the rollers. So, as you can see, i've unraveled that twist and see how easy it is for me to just pull that piece into separate little smaller sections and still keep all my definition. So i've done separating this whole entire side of my head and look at how much definition i have and obviously i don't even need to use a pick anymore, because my hair is already fluffed and separated, because i already did that before. I actually twisted my hair. That is another section, i'm just showing you guys the pieces. So now i'm just going to keep fluffing and separating until i am done you guys, my hair felt so soft and smooth like there was good, hydration and elasticity in the hair, and i only used the multitasking conditioner and oil. I didn't use anything else and it just my hair just felt amazing. It felt really healthy, it felt strong and if you want the style to last longer, you can actually add a styler like a gel or a foam, or something to this to make the styles to make the style hold for a longer time to make the curls Hold and last for a longer time, so the products are lightweight enough to where, if you use them together, you can still use other styling products with it and you will not have excessive build up and it will not weigh down your hair. You guys just look at my hair. This is so perfect. The last time i did a twist on curl was many many years ago. I don't know why. I don't do this particular style a lot but yeah. This is actually my first ever youtube tutorial. How to do a twist and curl? Obviously, the length of your hair will affect how the style turned out, but i'm gon na put like my old videos, where i did twist and curl styles just so you guys kind of get a reference for how my hair looked then and how it looks. Now. Oh, my god, looking at these old videos is so weird okay, so this is the final look. My hair looks so perfect. My hair feels amazing. I can't even complain at all like this is just absolutely gorgeous and he actually just made me remember. I used to do this style a lot when i first went natural, so it was just very nostalgic during the style again. Okay, so thank you guys for watching. I hope you guys enjoyed this cute little valentine's day. Look. This is absolutely beautiful. Straight turn! Out of 10, like my hair, looks amazing. It feels amazing, i honestly couldn't have wished for a better outcome. This is perfect. This is like perfect. If you do this style and you want it to last longer - you can actually add gel so add gel to the tips so that it holds up longer and lasts longer. But you guys know me: i don't normally keep styling like this for a long time. If i do a style like this is probably for, like a specific event that i'm going to or a specific outing, i most of the time i like to keep my hair in twists so, but for those of you that, like to wear styles like this um For a long period of time definitely use gel um, curl smith actually has i'm very, very good gels and my hair feels moisturized. It doesn't feel dry it just my hair feels healthy. It feels strong, and i think that a lot of that is due to the formulation of the leave-in conditioner literally living conditioner oil, were the only things that i used to do this, that living conditioner is absolutely bomb. It'S i'm so glad that i requested for them to send me the big container, to be very honest like when i initially asked me to pick products. I was gon na pick like the regular set, but thank god i picked the big one, i'm going to be using that living conditioner a lot because it strengthens my hair for someone like me, that does a lot of tutorials and i'm always styling my hair for Tutorials and stuff, i really appreciate the leave-in conditioner that adds strength to my hair, as i'm very honest with you, you guys know like the staple products that i always use. So i started trying curl smith this year and i'm about to add balsu. I have added them to my list of staple products. Curl smith has amazing products. I don't know why it took me this long to start using the products. They have amazing quality products, you guys, and they have so many different types of products that work for different types of hair. So you will definitely find something you have low frosty, hair high protein medium fine course.
