Hey guys, I Joe McCullough here, thank you so much returning to my channel this weekend marks 10 years since I cut my hair and decided to wear it in its natural state. So over the past ten years, I've done a ton of different hairstyles and also made a lot of different hair videos, but in this video I want to do something that I've never done before, which is a hairstyle compilation. I'M gon na be sharing with you guys. Ten natural hairstyles that you could do on your hair, I'm doing them all in one sitting. I'M actually recording this after the video, because the ensure that I recorded before in the video there was no audio instead intro. So that's the kind of day that I'm happy he's before we get into it. If it's your first time here, hey, what's up hello, make sure you hit that subscribe button. I cannot promise that I will ever do a natural hair video again, because this one literally took me forever, but I post weekly videos on a variety of topics, so I would love to have you around here, quick Kavya, especially if you don't follow me on Instagram, Which you should, but I am five months postpartum and so my edges are gone, so do not touch my edges because there's a reason why my edges are not here. Last thing I'll say before we get started. Is that one of the most important things to me when I went natural was embracing my kinky textured hair and really debunking the idea that kinky textured hair is unprofessional? Is unsightly is unkempt. So in this video I manipulate my hair very little. I don't really comb it. I don't straighten it. I don't blow it out. I use minimal edge control. I use minimal product. That'S something! That'S really important to me to showcase, because I do know that there are people who have hair texture like mine, because when our is blowing out their hair so that it's longer and looser who spent hours twisting their hair. So it has a defined curl. And I just want to tell you you can just leave your hair, as is your hair? Will thank you if you embrace it in its natural state and if you care for it as it grows out of your head, rather than spending a lot of time and energy and effort trying to manipulate it. So just want to drop that little sash of a wisdom right there for you in case you found it helpful. So I want to thank you guys for supporting me over the past 10 years with this ten short hairstyle compilation of videos, alright guys, if you made it this far to the video. Thank you so much. Those were ten different natural hairstyles to be honest around like five or six. That was like wait. What else can I do to my hair so make sure that you liked this video, so you can keep it for future reference in case you're ever wondering like. Oh my gosh with glitter, I just my hair today. All of the styles that I did are very like lobe manipulation, low tension with the exception of a bun. You know they don't really require a lot of product or anything that was really intentional. I don't believe in doing the last year here and I do believe in letting your hair so now a texture shining through, which is why a lot of the Styles really just celebrated my afro kinky hair and didn't like manipulate it. So hope you guys found some of this helpful if there's someone who you think would enjoy this video, maybe could use a little bit of help in the natural hair styling world who has hair similar to mine, feel free to send this to them in a non Shady way to be like hey girl, I saw this video and I thought you might like it because just I thought you might like it just keep it at that. I once again thank you guys so much for supporting me over the past ten years. Whether this is your first video or if you've been here since video number one which, if you want a good laugh, you should probably go watch that video cuz it's just aa baby Jonah was so precious like. I was so precious ten years ago. It'S so cute. Anyway, guys, thanks again for watching, I will catch you guys in the next video

MAMA NATURE: Watching some naturals talk down on their hair and texlaxing or relaxing after some years, seeing yours still tells me we have Naturals who understand it's an INDIVIDUAL JOURNEY and will choose HEALTH always. Well done. I guess it's your 11th Hairnivesary now. CONGRATS. ☺️➿

Khadijah Dennis: Love love LOVE your personality and these hairstyles! I'm 3 years in my natural hair journey and I'm embracing it so much more. Can't wait to try these styles soon, especially for the holidays!

B: Going natural is one of the best decisions I have ever made. It hasn’t been easy but it’s sooo worth it !! It’s been 2years since my last relaxer

CurlsandBeauty82 xxx: I will definitely be creating some of this looks throughout the summer, they're super simple and gorgeous. You did that, thank you

Francoise Hesse: You're hair is GORGEOUS!. Good video, but it's so difficult to feel inspired if you are not blessed enough to have YOUR hair length or DENSITY. I think this is why so many people find the natural hair journey difficult - especially when stuck in that "inbetween" stage. Every style you did was lovely and looked effortless, and to be honest, you deserve it having invested 10 years to your hair journey. Congratulations and thanks for sharingx

Amraya Baptiste: Your hair looks so healthy and rich and your hairstyles are the bomb! Keep rocking it queen.

LusciousSkin&Hair: Loved all the styles, super cute will definitely be trying these out x

Mmaolisa E: Hi Ijeoma! Congrats on 10 years This is my video but I follow you on IG. I love that your styles are low manipulation and low tension. You got a new 4C subbie

Kimya Rascoe: Thank you for taking the time to bless us with these hairstyles, your hair is so nice and thick! I like any style with flat twists. Could you do an updated wash routine?

Chinyere: Girl your edges look fine!! lol. This was great - will try a couple of these.

Kavee Mutonga: Thanks for this Ijeoma. Filming ten styles in one sitting is no small task!

Hope Mincer: Not everyone has the length you have to create such beautiful hairstyles. Thanks for the ideas!

Marie-Claire Asseko: I love this video sooooo much! I went natural years ago but never "understood" how to wear it in a way that does not involve hours of finger detangling, arms tired from twisting or blow drying....And so I concluded that I must not really love natural hair that much if I'm not willing to manipulate it as much/required...yet didn't want to relax it either. So I've lived in wigs and braids ever since. What you said in the beginning definitely struck a chord, thank you so much for refreshing my perspective. I'll definitely be rocking these styles. Keep safe and stay blessed!

Doctorofletters: Love this!! I appreciate the time and effort. Like others have said, this actually never gets old.

Prosperity: I loved this! Will definitely try some of these styles!

Victoria T: Thank you for sharing these! I actually love how simple they are, little need to spend hours!

E Bap: I am 6 years back natural. These styles were very helpful! I am saving these. I would have went natural years ago if I knew these styles. Thank you!

Keisha Jones: Your hair is gorgeous, wait! So is your skin. You are rocking the natural look.

Grace De Graaf: You were actually one of the first 4c girls i saw on youtube back then and enjoyed watching your video's.

Charlotte Roberts: Style #3,4,5 6,7,8,9,10 are my favorite and not necessarily in that order. I love your hair and how fast it grows. Just fabulous!

ALove4Me: Loved this compilation! I plan to try many of these styles. Though this video was probably a beast to film, its much appreciated ❤️

Elaine Williams: Thank you for 10 years! I've learned so much from you!

Nicole Osula: Thank you for sharing! 1, 3, 4 and 5 are my favourites ☺️

ijeh makuochi confidence: Your hair is so healthy and beautiful. My favorite is the all back flat twist. I love the video

Tochukwu Ozoalor: Thank you for these styles. Your hair is beautiful and so are you!

Alexa Easterling-Walker: You're one of the best natural hair & education vloggers ever! I mainly loved styles 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, & 10. Being that I've never had a chemical relaxer I love knotless braids & hair extensions for protective styling options. Also, for professional headshots would you go for a natural or straight hairstyle?

Jannet Shilongo: Thank you for the wisdom ☺️☺️ I have extremely coily hair and sometimes I get so overwhelmed..thanks a lot

Island Girl: Excellent video ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️I’m four years natural. No weaves, extra products...nothing. I agree with you just let your hair shine through. Keep it simple.

Gernai Peyrefitte: I have been natural for a few years now. And I wear my hair down, as a Fro, twists, and other styles. I absolutely love my hair and it shows. I get some many compliments from people and those who want to go natural but to afraid of what others will think. It’s all about loving yourself and what you have. Kinky hair is beautiful just like any other texture hair. Rock it!

Ughnotuagain Ughnotuagain: This video was so helpful! I just got you randomly recommended and I'm not at all mad about it!!

Leo Tunapika?: Loved the hairstyles. Looking very beautiful, also the edges are going fairly well.

Blessed by the King: Great video! Style 2 was my favorite. Beautiful hair!

Jennifer Kabiu: What a journey I loved #5 but they all look so cute on you. Thanks for sharing.

Witty Kitti: Congrats! I've been natural all my life, never liked the idea of straight hair for myself but definitely envied the ease I saw those with it having . I've been bald, had locs for several years, dyed my hair several colours, worn wigs, love braids and crochet styles, had an undercut and currently growing out a fade. I even had wavy weave once I love that my hair, real hair is versatile and resilient like me . I too don't like the hella products so a leave in and a butter are my go to. Currently rocking mini twists that'll be in for a while and styling them like box braids in all the styles. Here's to more 4c women loving our hair sans curls, shine and laid edges

Charlie Janus: Hi. I appreciate the styles you shared. I follow mostly the same regime and love it. God bless!

Viola Ekene: They're all so beautiful!!!! Oh my!! Thank you Ijeoma!!

THIS IS ESI: 3 is my fav! Very simple and elegant :)

Adelle Konrad: Almost 6 months postpartum and I'm experiencing thesame thing.

Latoya Jones: I love your hair and its beautiful texture. I recently took my locs out after Manyyyy years and because I hadnt worn many straight styles prior to them I have begun to wear weaves and straighten my hair. My hair texture is FRYYYYYYED. So I am gonna big chop the fried hair and start over. Curly, textured hair is sooooo much more interesting than straight hair. It took me trying the straight styles for a year to figure that out. Did u big chop ur hair when u first started? Also, do u wear a lot of protective styles like braids and clip ins/ponytails? Also, do u have someone professionally keep it healthy or do you just do it on your own? Thanks for the video hun!

Daphne Jimenez: You look great ! I love the high puff.

Alicia Williams-Julien: Gorgeous....thick and luscious hair

Toyin O: Thanks for loading. Will save your video for when I need hair style inspiration. Great styles. Much appreciated.

LucyLoves Skincare: Amazing!! So beautiful

stella okhuakhua: Thanks for sharing the different hairstyles with us.

Adetoro Adetayo: Hair goals . Thanks for the video

yvonne edwards: Well done, your inspirational.

thatafricanlife: Awesome video!! Quick question... what hair ties are you using? I’m having a hard time finding some that stay stretchy

Joy Oluwaseun: Absolutely dear, we should learn to leave our hair as it is. I have been on my natural hair since I was born. For close to 3 decades now, I have not used anything like relaxer or any other hair product and my hair is naturally soft. I've had friends advise me to use relaxers and other hair products but I declined. My mum has always said using those stuff will damage my hair. Thank God I listened to her. I use a regular shampoo on my hair, a regular hair cream and I moisturize my hair. Natural is best.
