Thank you guys for tuning in to my channel, as you guys can see by the thumbnail at the title. I'M gon na be styling molding and styling. My my hair and I'm gon na be doing like a pin, curl local egg. So there's gon na be a lot of detail and you know a lot of movement, so the style that I'm gon na be doing is gon na, be perfect for the holiday season, perfect for holiday events, work parties also perfect for just looking cute in the kitchen On Christmas Day, so you guys are new to my channel. Don'T forget to subscribe for more videos like this. We'Re gon na go right into this video, so my hair is wet. I just watched watched it. I'M just gon na take a white tooth comb before I mold it just to kind of comb it out in the direction that I'm going to be molding it. This is the real deal guys like my hair is dripping wet on me. Let me take some off here hope the lighting is good so now for the mold, I'm going to be using rapid, shine, foaming lotion, and this one is from my relief. So I'm gon na be molding it in this direction. So I'm just going to be taking the forming launch and I'm just going to basically just get it in everywhere. So I want it to be like in-between everything like almost touching my scalp, especially because for me, at the top of my hair is partially it's not really relaxed, so the roots are a little bit has a little bit more new growth than the side, because I Did do a partial relaxer, so I want the mousse to get inside there so that it looks nice flat, so just gon na take the comb now right. This is my rat tail comb, I'm just going to continue giving it like a general mole and then we're after we mold it in that general direction. We'Re going to add some more detail, so we're going to start off with this right here and we're just gon na I'm gon na take the tail comb and I'm just going to give it some waves. So this is very common. These days to add waves here here, but I like this because it adds more movement to the style. So it looks like you know, it just adds it adds more style too, and it also makes it easier when you're flat ironing it. You don't have to do a lot of learning that it already has like a nice little style, especially if your here is a lot shorter on the sides. Okay, so we're just gon na make some sea motions and carry them around okay, and I'm just going to add some some motion at the top here, and this is so that you know I have some movement at the front when it's time for me to stop My pixie, so I must admit I did - I did go a little bit overdose on the moose and maybe I could have kept my hair a little bit drier. But like it's not a big deal, I have a footed dryer, so this is gon na dry. In about 30 minutes, so we have some detail here and we have some detail along the hairline right here and then everything else is just going to come straight down at the back alright. So the next thing I'm gon na do is take my rap strips and I'm gon na tie it on my hair using black wrap strips ok. So I'm gon na go under the dryer for about 35 to 40 minutes or until I feel like it's completely dry and then I'm gon na come back with my makeup done and then we're gon na get to styling. This Pixies I'll see you guys in one. Second, literally now it's time for me to style my hair, so this is how it looks. Molded save the comments guys. I know it looks cute like this, and and women are definitely working there. They'Re molding go I like to call it a mold and go, but for the purpose of this video I'm going to be styling, my mold, so I'm going to be using a half inch flat iron and the half inch iron I have is from red. I am going to be using the same, so I am the same size flat iron throughout my whole, entire pixie and I'm gon na be using bio silk for my heat protector and for shining. So this is the bio silk. Don'T be cheap, like me, just go ahead and buy the full size bottle. If you can it's a little bit on the pricey side, but it's definitely worth it, and a little bit goes a long way. I'M just gon na take some and I'm gon na distribute it throughout my hair. I'M just gon na run silk it over like this. Ok. So now for the styling, I'm going to be using my rat tail comb, I'm just gon na comb. It up a little bit: I'm not gon na pull up too much. I'M not gon na come up too much because I don't want to take away from what's going on here, but I'm just gon na soften it out a bit because it's a little bit stiff and we want to curl it anyways, so I'm gon na start anywhere. I think I'm gon na start on the side here and I'm just gon na learning that curling so crew, so I'm I'm gon na curl as tightly as possible. So I'm really trying to curl everywhere, I'm trying to over curl as much as possible, because I really want a good, detailed style, because the back is really short. I'M gon na be doing the lift method. It'S where you just take the tail comb and lift up the hair and then go out this by really quickly and curl it over. I hope you guys were able to see that and that's just so that everywhere has a fair chance at getting curled and it helps to get their really small pieces. So I try to curl as much as I can as much as I can and I'm just really feeling for the back making sure that there's no parts that are just sitting there flat. So I just do that by just taking my fingers and just picking up some hair and I'm gon na show you guys exactly how I do it. I have to just feel for it, so I'm just picking up any hairs that might have been missed because they're really short, so I'm just picking up with my finger or I could use a tail home, I'm just making sure that everything is curled. The next thing I'm gon na do I'm just gon na take my wide tooth comb and I'm just gon na do some detailing. So I want to keep you know like the little curls up here, but I don't want it to look too. You know what it's like to curl, that it looks to Grandma, but it, but I still want like the movement at the same time, so I'm just gon na take the the teeth of my white tooth comb and just understand I lightly just comb. It down hope everything is full kissed, I'm just gon na comb down, so this is gon na kind of soften it out a little bit because I don't want it to be too hard, especially around the back on the sides. So this is going to take out some of the definition and also for the sides where I did the wave I can kind of soften it out of it right and this side as well. Okay, so for the top, I want to keep this wispy pin. Curl. Look cuz either. I don't think these are real pink, oh, so, to finish it off, I'm just gon na use some of my edge control. This is lightly touch of the sides right here, because I do have a pushover laxer. So the top of my hair has some new growth, so it looks a little bit. You know not as sleek so just very lightly, though, because I don't want to take away from the softness of the style. Okay - and the final thing I need to do is add some Sheen, so I'm just gon na take like a machine spray here and it's gon na add some beautiful shine. I can even go in with some biosilk some more biosilk and just coat it with that. But you want it to look nice and like healthy and Sheen. You know tell me if the back is looking janky or not, and just for the sake of the holiday, I'm gon na add some bling. I got these earrings from Aldo. I got them from, although I think it was this summer that just passed, so this is the overall look. This is a finished. Look, it's very easy. This is like your typical salon. Log. Once you have a cut, you can just go ahead and mold it style. It yourself, and just just try just try these things: okay, perfect for the holidays, perfect for a work part we're calling a party with your short hair. You don't have to do the boring. You know select over short hairstyle. You can just curl it up a bit. You know just by simply over curling it and then just using the white tooth comb and just combing it out of it.
