natural hair mini twist grwm protective style type 4 hair

Oh right, my focus, hey welcome to my channel welcome back to my channel, so I figured I want to show you guys exactly how I come up with like styles and ideas and all that kind of stuff. So today, I'm just gon na take you through what I've been thinking about, and lately I have been loving, just trying different techniques, I just kind of think of different people, and maybe people who can't braids or maybe people who just don't have the time. Many people who have thin edges, like I do people who are on a budget as well and just don't, have tons of money to be spending on hair. I just kind of try and think of just ways, easy ways, quick ways and for this tutorial I don't know how quick it's gon na be. I think I know what I'm gon na do. So I'm really going for more, like a jumbo braid twist exaggerated baby hair Valentine's Day, Netflix and chill, I only need this style for a day or two take a look. If that makes sense. Alright, you guys so to start off, I'm just sectioning, my hair. I already had my hair in some braids from my last wash, so I'm just using those same four sections and I'm gon na be using some new products. Kinda from Camille Rose. They sent me some things, some goodies, so first, I'm gon na sprayed the coconut water, hydrating elixir and then I'm going to kind of work that in as much as I could, but next I'm gon na go in with some almond Jade twisting butter. I freaking love this stuff. Y'All I've been using it on my head for quite some time now, so this was just like a real and then I'm gon na feel with the brown butter melts by Camille rose as well that I already had in my stash. So just taking some random sections, you guys, like I said I wanted this look to be. You know, kind of messy. I was definitely going for a boho vibe and I don't know if she did that well, but I did the best. I could one thing that stopped me from kinda really doing exactly what I wanted to do with this look was because I did not have enough hair so because I knew I didn't have enough hair to do exactly the style I wanted. I went on ahead and did my parts first. I was shooting for 15 to 20 different braids, but I think I ended up doing like 16 braids. I want to say total so yeah, so the rubber band said I did use absolutely suck you guys. I will put those down below so you know which ones not to get. I got those from Target. I would have just preferred to use like my regular rubber bands and there I'm just brushing out some baby hair because remember I really wanted this look to have some exaggerated baby year again. Y'All feel free to make your party as nice and neat as you feel as you want. I was not going for it. This was not gon na stay in my head long and I was definitely just going for like a messy boho type. I just needed a style y'all, so be it it's nice and neat as you want to so going into this hair. I absolutely love this hair y'all. This hair was so soft. It is the afro twist braids, it comes in pieces and you can get about 4 braids per pack depending maybe 5, just depending on how big and small. So they come in pieces like this and the hair, so soft it separates easily and it's already in pieces. So it just makes your I'm so so much easier, so here just some a different way of doing the braid just pulling it through no tools, no, nothing just that rubberband, that's already kind of slipping, and I just tighten it up a bit and then I just Went on ahead and twisted the hair, I should have it use some, what you call it edge, control right there, where I'm pulling on my edge on my edges on my hair to let it lay a little bit better and then not let up on my twists. That'S how I kind of got that bubble. If you see right kind of like I might you're so, but it's all good, you guys. I wasn't ripping so just know that the neater you want this, the more you know your party needs to be a lot better than mine and then use a little bit more edge control. But I just didn't want all that stuff in my hair, not today. So I'm just doing the same thing with this braid. I really wanted a style that my edges didn't have to be so laid. My hair didn't have to be so straight and neat and all that kind of stuff - and I really wanted something that was super super lightweight and this hair is so lightweight, I'm absolutely in love with it. How many times can I say I love this hair, so just gon na keep going you guys. So here's when I realized minimum, you should be able to get at least four braids, if not more per like full packs. So I'm just showing you guys a different way to put this hair in just using my crochet versus just pulling the hair. Through with, like my hands just separating some space with the crochet a technique, it will be a little bit tighter, a little bit neater as well, because the base is not so loose. So just keep that in mind. So, just depending on your style, depending on your edges, spending on how tight you want things, you're able to just kind of adjust as beaten, so just showing you a better kind of close-up of how loose the braids are verses like crocheting it through I'm actually gon Na undo this braid right here to the left right here and I'm gon na split that into I did not split this hair right. You guys, I should've did it like one on top of the other, not good. I just be doing the most awkward questionable things. Sometimes, but what else so, I'm just using the regular method, so I'm just twisting my hair right on in with the braiding hair, like regular, Marley style, no techno, I'm sorry, no tools, no rubber bands. No, nothing love doing this style, and this is how I initially kind of wanted my hair to look, and so I realized that I just would not have had enough hair, so I would definitely be doing this style again with this hip um. I was gon na. Go back and like redo some more about like mm I'll, probably be burning this this this hair, like nobody's business - I just left it y'all know me. I tell the truth. You guys make yours as big or as small as you want, but I'm gon na go right on into these baby hair and I'm using the eben I've been even, I think it's what it's called the 24-hour edge control. This stuff is really good, but I think I used too much. I did. I did get a white cast and some build up, but my hair wishes. It needs to be washed anyway, so I don't even want to blame it on the edge control. So I'm just gon na do some swoop dis, whoops, and then I will show you guys how I made this even more of a messy boho type of look. So I didn't have any curly or wavy like synthetic hair, braiding hair. So I just had to get this track, hair that I've just found in my closet. It was a bundle and just cut a piece and then just crochet little small pieces into the bottom of my braids and that's kind of how I got my messy boho type of look. I wanted to actually crochet them in through the base. So if you have a longer curly hair, put some like a few pieces at the top like at the base of your braids and then just kind of let them fall. I think that would be so pretty. That'S actually what I wanted to do, but I knew I wouldn't get to a beauty supply store, because it's not one that close to me so yeah guys. I really just had to look in my closet, find what I had and make it work. So that's pretty much it for this style y'all. I hope you enjoyed it. I hope you liked it. I will put everything that I use down below in the description box so that you guys will have it, of course, and I think that's pretty much it. Thank you guys so much for watching. Please, please, please don't forget to give me a thumbs up if you liked this video and yeah, I will talk to you guys in my next one bye,
