I love Angela, honestly I do, but somehow she seems like such a perfect fit that it is even harder to sell the product. Let me put it to you like this, despite the fact that Beautiful Textures needs to create a product for manageability, which has its own side eye, but I will save that for another post, Angela’s hair doesn’t come across as unmanageable because she tends to keep it straight.

She really prefers her hair straight so having kinks is probably not on her agenda and so heat damage for her is not relevant. That’s not a big deal there are tons of women like that. If this is truly about management then get me a kinky* haired girl and show me how you “manage” her hair while keeping it healthy.

Straighten her hair with the TMS system, often, and prove to me over and over again that she will never get heat damage. Do that! and I am sold.
