The new trend of fake bangs is hitting the hair community hard, really hard. Here are three mini tutorials of how to achieve quick, cute bangs.

Clip in* bangs

There are so many sites out there that actually sell these clip-ins. They come in a wide variety: wavy, kinky*, curly, straight, human, synthetic, small width, wide width, the entire fore front bangs, and more.

They are very easy to apply. The only thing is you will want to make sure that you are purchasing one that actually matches your hair. Go for human clip-in bangs because you want your bangs to look as natural as possible and not too shiny and obvious.

Homemade bangs using weaves*

In order to achieve homemade bangs, just purchase some weave or use old weave that you might have at home to make your bangs.

All you need are bobby pins*, scissors, and hair, you will be simply pinning your bangs on with bobby pins*. In the video below the youtuber demonstrates how this is done and she also creates a fake bun to match her bangs

Use your own hair without cutting it

This method works if you have medium to long hair or extensions*. You can also use a ponytail piece as your high ponytail and this method will work well. Pull your hair up into a high bun without pulling the ends all the way through your ponytail holder.

Use the excess hair sticking out of your hair tie as the bang. Flat iron* the “bang” in the front to style to your liking add a scarf as you will see in the video below, and viola you are done.
