Teyana Taylor Launches A Baby Turban Line In Honor Of Her Daughter Junie

Baby head wraps are very popular this year and Teyana Taylor’s little girl Junie has her own set that she wears quite often.

Teyana has made it no secret that she loves head wraps and in honor of her baby girl she started a new business called Baby Buddah Bug which is a store that sells cute little pre-wrapped head wraps for children 3months to 3yrs old.

Teyana and her family hosted the launch of the headwraps yesterday with a small launch party with baby Junie front and center as owner of her new fabulous line:

Of course, we would not be doing you all any justice without giving you some tips about baby turbans and how they can be used safely on your little one.

Turban construction

We do not have any idea about the construction of Baby Junie’s line but when choosing a baby turban, ensure that the inside of the turban is lined with material that will protect your babies delicate hair.

Not too tight

Ensure that when the turban is on the babies head, it isn’t too tight or too heavy for her head. We have to remember that babies are still developing and as her neck is getting stronger it is important to not put any extra pressure on it.

Do not keep it on for long periods

I think baby turbans are great for a day out or even for taking cute pictures but they should not be on a baby all day. Every child is different so moms need to determine what is enough time for your baby to wear any article of clothing even cute ones!

Listen to your baby

If you put the turban on her head and she yanks it off every time, maybe she really does feel uncomfortable with it on. Sometimes we outfit our children more for our needs than their needs so if she will give you enough time for a cute selfie or will wear it for 10 minutes then enjoy those 10 minutes and let her do her thing.

Other than that we love the idea of baby turbans, they are super cute and great for mommy and me selfies!
