7 More Naturalistas You Should Subscribe To On YouTube

In March we did a post that highlighted 5 naturalistas you should subscribe to on YouTube and while some of you didn’t necessarily agree with our choices, bear in mind that they are personal preferences. We all have our preferences right, you might choose your favorite girl based on hair type, video creativity or editing skills, or maybe you might just like her because she is from the same place you are from.

Well I am a YouTube watcher myself and I know that for me, culture drives a lot of my choices, but there are some girls that you just cant deny that are hands down a must see whenever their videos pop into your queue. Diversity is what it’s all about on youtube and regardless of your own hair texture, you can always learn something from ladies with different textures.

With that said here are 7 more naturalistas you should subscribe to on YouTube.

1. Naptural85

Whitney has been on YouTube for quite a while, she developed a great regimen for herself early in her hair journey and we literally watched her hair move from a TWA to waist length. There are no gimmicks with her, she uses a simple regimen and tweaks it as her hair grows longer but pretty much she is consistent and she has fantastic results!

On top of all that, her editing skills are amazing her videos are very professional and you know you will learn something every time she puts something new out. Naptural85 is hands down the best natural hair gurus out there and it would be very beneficial to you if you hop over to her channel and hit subscribe along with her other 400 thousand plus subscribers.

2. MiniMarley

Mini Marley is a new find, she really has some awesome hair styles and there is no question about it, if her video hits your queue you will watch it. Mini Marley is definitely an expert on her own hair, but the way she does her styles, makes you really want to try them every time. She is without a doubt one more naturalista you should subscribe to on YouTube. Wanna see the ultimate fro hawk? Watch this:

3. African Export

The self professed queen of ‘keeping it real’, has been doing it for as long as we can remember on YouTube. Her hair is  kinky*, she calls it nappy, coarse and absolutely gorgeous. If you are a new subscriber to her channel we would encourage you to watch as many of her old videos as you can, that way you can grow with her as we have.

Her regimen is consistent, she does not call herself a guru but a master of her own hair making her journey one of ups and downs but overall very positive. You can learn alot from AfricanExport and so she had to make my list. Check out her secret weapon for moisture:

4. Fusion of Cultures

This little British mamacita is also a YouTube veteran, she is so adorable but since this isn’t a ‘how cute is she’ contest, then it would be beneficial if we mention that her hair is amazing too. Again, this woman knows her hair, she knows how to style it, to take care of it, and if you watch her early videos you can see the progression of her hair until now. Progress people!

5. CharyJay

This post is exciting, because it really feels great to highlight the people that have taken you that much further in your hair journey and CharyJay is one of those naturalitas. I call her the queen of styles, it did not matter how short her hair was she was always able to do a review of a product and bust out a style that will have the hair gods saying werk!

She is confident, stylish, understands her brand and a really great naturalista to subscribe to. Here is one of my favorite videos that she did, and it wasn’t even a style tutorial:

6. Evelyn From the Internets

This girl’s videos are not super edited, don’t expect flashing lights and crazy sounds but you can sit and watch her all day long no kidding! Her personality is so amazing, she is so funny and her hair journey is so much fun to watch. Evelyn From the Internets literally makes you smile on every video and you can learn a thing or too from her. So yea, check her out!

7. NaturalNeiicey

Just call her the hair goddess, we really do not have to say much about this naturalista, because if you just watch one video you will be hooked. Her hair is gorgeous and her styles are really cute and simple to do. With that said, NaturalNeiicey is a naturalista you should definitely subscribe to on YouTube. Check out her latest ‘goddess’ ‘hair flashing’ “I am so jealous right now” video:
