How long have you worked as a licensed cosmetologist (or equivalent in your country) and where did you study?

Molers Beauty College 1999 New Orleans, La. Licensed 9 years.

What is your specialty, relaxed, natural hair, locs or anything special?

Anything, I always offer the best service that keeps the hair healthy, I am known for Say cuts, color & styles, and promoting healthier hair.

What in your opinion is the most rewarding thing about working as a hair stylist?

I just love meeting new people, hearing all the stories, I love to encourage the women and men no matter what the situation is, things can change. To trust in God.

When you meet that customer that has not had a great experience with a previous stylist, how do you make them comfortable while in your chair?

First I would apologize , then I would listen to the story, then assure her or him that I will do my best to take care of that issue, make them comfortable and provide a great experience.

If you could change one thing about the cosmetology industry what would that be?

Encourage more black owner of the beauty industry to open beauty supply stores.

Where do you see yourself a few years from now, what are your goals as a stylist?

I see my self as a educator/mentor, I’m currently now under a mentorship program with Hair Trend By Ms.Tish Sutton of Atlanta, I have had the pleasure of platforming, & teaching.

How do you stay motivated and on top of your game?

Attending the latest hair shows and classes with great educators.
