Hair Stylist Horror Story: She Refused To Give Me A Refund

Out she hadn't even plucked the she hadn't plucked it. She hadn't bleached it. She didn't, do nothing, but she, you begged me to bring this thing by sunday or else, and she thought i was talking about her baby. The shoe fit wear it because at the time that hadn't we hadn't even gotten into it. Yet i still was waiting on my refund. You bring the best wigs, literally hands down out of all my clients, you have the best quality wigs. You always come on time. Your you are the definition of a good like customer. I am i attempt i come on time. I make sure okay, you say: do this: do that and deposit it up, i'm not playing with you. I'M talk, i'm talking kind of low. Let me start over. Welcome back to just my channel, this is going to be a story time. It'S not one of the story times that was in my poll from last week. However, i did do a poll on my private instagram like two months ago for this story time and they voted for this. So i remember i just want to do this because it actually came up in my memories on my um amazon icloud today. So this incident happened a year ago, but before we start i'm just going to go ahead, i don't know how much it made last night, but this is my little bag, so i'm gon na go ahead and pour this out right here. I don't know if i should do it on the floor or not. Let me let me pour it on the floor first and i'm gon na see how much it is. Okay make sure. Okay, i have a few big bills that should be in here um. It'S one right here, so i'm gon na go ahead and start telling y'all the story. While i straighten this money up. So basically what happened was i haven't. I have went to this girl. I'Ve been supporting her since high school, so she she had started like doing nails and stuff, and i was like one of her first customers when she was doing nails. She didn't do a good job on my nails, but i was just supporting a black queen. You know she wanted to try something that we went to high school together was cool from my understanding. I never had no pressure with her, and so when she did the whole nail thing i was like okay, let me support her. She had a business, she started. Selling make not makeup, she started, selling lip gloss. I was in miami she, she was living with her baby daddy in orlando. I ordered like four things of her lipstick um to my dorm in miami like. I was like literally wanting her to win and she had did my hair. I think like once when i was in high school, it was like a sweet, ponytail, so yeah. That was that, and so i had moved back home. I think yeah. I had moved back home and i was trying to i had a stylist, but my stylist, her hours wasn't working with what i had going on, and so here we are it's thanksgiving 2020. So this is all last year um i'm trying to book my styles, but she don't have no of like she's already booked out so like for new year no for november december. It'S really! You know the girls know when you're trying to get your hair done in november december, you'll be having a you have to book out a girl in advance, because these girls he's looking up the whole month of november and the whole month of december so early. So my stylist she was booked, so i'm like okay, i got ta find somebody else to do my hair and at the time i didn't know a lot of people outside the people that was on facebook. That people was talking about. I'M going to all these style seats, they nobody got nothing before thanksgiving, and this is when i was like trying to be seen and stuff like. Am i gon na do a little something so i pop out - or you know i hang out with my sisters and stuff - and so i was like i can't not have my hair done and y'all know. Last 20. 20. 20. I had to get the big chop. So my hair was still growing, and so i was like i'm not going outside with this lupita lemongo afro like i'm, just not doing it to myself, so she had posted on her facebook. She posted on facebook. She she has um opened up her november. Oh there. We go, i know, i'm opening up my november calendar. I have a few spots that was canceled, so if you want a book for november hurry up and book now, so i immediately went on her thing because i'm like finally like i've been wanting to to test her out, see how she was whatever. So i'm like. Okay, let me let me go now mind you. I already knew her. Her price is a little bit higher than normal, but at the time i was only wearing closure sewing. So i even know it was gon na be more expensive than if i would have got a wig or something so, but i was okay with that, so on her booking site, i read over all her policies descending. Third, this is three weeks into november. She was already booked up for november in october, a few spots that i canceled, so she opened up her thing like november 1st, so i went and booked for november 22nd. I believe let me check the text messages. I don't want to allow nobody. Let me see. Come on girl, let me see so november 24th. My appointment was at ten o'clock yeah. No, it was at nine i'm trying to read through messages because i don't got to. I can't see the emails i'll go back through my phone and look at the emails later, but so i put three weeks in advance when she put up that notice. Remember that for later, so she has this policy where you have to drop off the the hair. No matter what it is at least two to three days in advance, if not she's, going to charge an extra 25, so i have been trying to get her to drop off the hair whatever. So, however, on her booking site, she don't have no phone number or nothing on there and she don't be responding back to her emails. I meant not even her dms because she claimed her dm's, be so full and that's not where you should write her because she's going to text you mind you, she didn't even text me off the numbers. She said that she uses for business. She didn't text me. I got an email confirmation telling me thank you for paying your deposit. Your appointment is uh november 24th. Make sure you're ready for display descending. Third - if you forget any other policies, please go back on the website and read over there before this. Then third - and that was the email i got right after i paid my deposit, nothing else, i'm trying to get a hold of her. It'S maybe like the week of she emailed like hey. She texts me like hey. I still haven't received your your closure. Can you please bring it by this day or that day, and i told her like hey, i can bring it to you um. I can bring it to you. Saturday, saturday didn't even happen. It'S like she. She was playing when it came to me. Dropping off the closure she tried to tell me: oh, i didn't hurt her brain. The clothes were in the closure, but then, when i'm trying to, i can bring it to you right now. They said the third, oh this this this this whatever. So i end up bringing it to her on sunday. My appointment is on tuesday. Thanksgiving is on thursday, so my appointment is on tuesday right. I drop off the closure piece on on that sunday. I had on a mask a jacket and i had already had my natural hair out. I didn't blow dry it. I was going to blow dry it that next day because it was monday, but i had it out in a little curly ponytail. So i go to her house first of all on her website. She don't even have her address, updated, it still say she's. She no longer is in orlando. She and lakeland could turn her baby daddy. Just unconventional anyways he's. He is a lying piece of [ __ ], and i know that because she put all her business on facebook, so she got her own little spot in liquid. So now she do hair out of liquid, but on her website she still got it listed as okay. Um she posts me in some salon we gon na get to that part later. She must be in some salon in lakeland, so when she said drop off the hair, she didn't give me the address right away. So i i started heading towards the lakeland salon and she tested. She was like go to the 1776 address and she sends it to me so then that's her apartment. So i go to the address. Blase suazen, i i'll be nice and blur i'll have address, because i don't want to be popping up at her [ __ ]. I don't know she still stay there, but i blurred out no names and i am being nice because this story is about to get hectic in a second, so drop it off sunday. Tuesday. Come she text me, i'm uh girl, mind you. I used to work overnight. So i got to work like maybe four or five a.m. I say: there's no reason for me to even try to go to sleep, because i know if i even close my eyes for two seconds, i'm not waking up to two o'clock in the afternoon and i'm gon na miss my appointment. So i stay up all night. Y'All i stay up all freaking night for this appointment, so she got just a policy on her thing that was like. If you book me make sure you don't have to go nowhere anytime soon. Just that's! Why book her earliest appointment was 9am on her website. So i booked that first appointment that was on there, so i didn't have to go to work until four o'clock the afternoon because they was letting us go home early because it's new, it's thanksgiving eve. I just said you know the day before thanksgiving, so we was gon na work from 4 to 12 a.m. Normally we're 6 30 to like six o'clock. So they was like we're gon na. Let y'all go home early, so people can still cook or get rest or you know actually be able to enjoy their thursday. So to me, that's eight hours, no reason for after the eight hour mark me, i'm still worried about my hair. Getting done so. I felt like i gave myself more than enough time for me to go and get my hair done and go to sleep and go to work at four o'clock. Okay, so it's nine something in the morning. She text me this, how you know something's gon na go wrong when they, when they text you right before the appointment, because i was calling her and okay so remember that lakeland shop, she told me to drop the hair off there. The text message never did the the text. Messages never said that she was not gon na be on the sh in the shop. The text said today. It was an automatic, automated text message which she shouldn't she should have updated, but on there it said that on the date of your appointment, please go to this address, which is the shop in lakeland. So i i'm like i test. I say i'm outside the shop door mine's just like nobody um. Now that i'm looking back over my screenshots, i was reading this out of order disregard the amazon like the icloud didn't put screenshots in order. So i didn't realize that that message that i sent was the date of the appointment, not when i was trying to drop off the closure nine o'clock in the morning these two girls rolled up on me. They about to open up the shop they're like hey, who you looking for and i was like uh, i'm looking for her well, i have appointment at 9am. It was like. Oh, she didn't work here, no mo. We know how we let her go like two months ago: um, you might want to call her because um she don't got no seat here. So i texted her. I said i'm outside the door. She said i'm at the 1776 address and then i'm trying to call her to tell her okay well. This is the time i want to get here, because at this point i i gave myself enough time to get to that location because that's what you texted me before. So she said this is a text app, so you so it won't. Let me answer: would she do that on purpose, because she don't want to sit here and talk to you on the phone like so i said: well, i'm headed to this seven, whatever with my address. So where is the? Why is it a gap in our messages unless i'm at the wrong message? She text me 10, 42. Good morning, disregarding email. I sent i'm running an hour behind schedule from doing the same day, custom like customizing, whatever the wig or whatever the person son. So she said: can you come at 12, 30 or one? I should be ready by the end mind, you is 10. 10. 42.. We i i don't. Even i don't remember where the rest of the messages went. So i'm trying to get these in order, but this is not in order anyways. I said i could come at 12 30, but i can't do one because i have to go to work at 4pm and i don't want to push it too close. She said. Okay, i understand, but by my estimate i should be ready by those times your install takes three hours. I don't know why. I closed your install would take three dollars, but that's what she said and um, because the girl, the girl i've been going to that was my stylist. At this time that was booked. She she's done closest thought. Installs. I mean she's done frontal installs on me that don't even take two hours and be melted into the scalp, so i don't understand why we're a closure install take you so that slow, a breakdown shouldn't even take no more than 10 minutes. You put the cap on. Let it dry that's another 10 minutes. You telling me to take you two hours and a half to melt down a closure and sew in some bundles baby. You need to speed up three hours three hours. I could have three weeks done by that time and so she said there's a chance. You might even be late to work. I don't want to rush. I can reframe you your deposit, if that's okay, and at the time before i even tell y'all what i said. I was trying not to cancel the appointment because i knew everybody else was booked literally and that's why i went to her and was willing to pay 125 for a closure install at the time 2020, because nobody else had availability like everybody else's book. So let me finish reading she said i can refund your deposit. If that's okay, i don't want to be responsible for you being late to work because being behind schedule was out of my control, which is a lie because you you telling me the same day custom for that person. She pushed me back two hours before this. I don't know what's going on my messages, but these are just the screenshots that i have so it's probably i probably didn't screenshot every single last name, because i have posted this stuff on facebook. That'S what only why i still got these these screenshots, but if i can find a real text thread, i can give y'all a better like timeline, because i know she had pushed me back and she pushed me back again to this club 30 and now she's, trying To say i'll get your deposit back. Nevertheless, i said don't refund me, yet i'm going to wait to see if you're ready for me at 12 30. um. I don't want to catch an appointment because i don't have any other time or a person that could do it before thanksgiving. She said if i do you're still going to be late for work, i'm not sure about how much, but i'm still still the first couple steps to doing the client. My current clients here this is this - is like 11 o'clock you're in this you've been texting me at 10. Telling me you need to push me back. Why are you still in the first couple of steps of doing the other person here? Why would you give me a 12 30 time frame to come? If you're, not you say it's gon na, take you three hours into a closure. What does the other person have? Why are you spending those first couple steps when you then text me at 10 to push my opponent back and then push my appointment back again? So now you just now, you you said basically you're still not gon na be ready by 12 30.. Instead of saying that you tried to give me another time in hopes that i would say no, but now the truth is coming out, so she said i'm not sure about how much i'm selling the first couple steps of doing my current client's hair. Do you mind calling off? I can do it, but my timing is set back today. So what time i said, so what time do you truly think you're going to be ready for me because i'm not, i didn't even tighten it up. I i meant to say i'm not going to call off, but i said i'm not. I can call off girl because i don't get a point and our girl kept. Putting can what i'm going to say call i can my manager at 3 30 should let her know i'm running behind i mean i can call my manager at 3 30 and let her know i'm running behind. She said i honestly don't know finally telling the truth. I honestly don't know i can only give you an estimate. I can't give you a promised time and not come through with that. You'Ll even be more disappointed, i'm already disappointed because i'm just i'm running off for no sleep that y'all remember. I never went to sleep so uh. She said i said: oh dang, i don't know what to do. What is the estimated time you want me to come, or is 12 30, so a safe estimate time to arrive? What time do you get off? I said. 4. 30 a.m, because i'm getting some sleep this time. I know that was letting us off early, but i told her 4 30 a.m because realistically, that's probably the time that, even though they tell us 12, if i get off at 12, i'm still gon na go home and take a nap or something because at this Point: it's no reason for me to sleep: it's like 11, almost 12 o'clock. When i'm texting her. I have to be working for so why why i can't go to sleep now, so she said. Oh man, i don't know what to say. If you can't, if you don't want to call counsel, i can still do it. You just don't have to be real late for work, and i don't know how much or how long my client wants crimp. So that's adding on time too. I can't decline her request because she's paying for it, you can't decline. You told on your policy, oh if you're late this day in the third and then all these things on her policy about being late, and you can't do this and you can't do that. So now this person who was late because that's what you told me in the morning that they came late, was the reason why you were pushed back initially and they brought their frontal closure that same day, which pushed you back even more so now, you're taking a Request, you got other clients, you're messing up your schedule for this one person, but your policies are policy on your website. But now you see her texting me telling me you're, bending the rules for this one person, but you messed up the whole rest of you. You just lost 125 for extra what 25 for crimps, okay girl, whatever you say so i said, and you don't have any any time you could possibly do my hair early in the morning. I don't have any options and i'm not sure what time what time to do. Um, i said i said her name. My message. Her name will be in the screenshots. I don't care, y'all, um y'all know i'm not the type of person who's not gon na show. This truth, [ __ ], i'm gon na show you the teeth. So i said it's okay, i found somebody who could do it when i get off tomorrow morning before i go to work today, i'll come by and get my lace. Can you refund your deposit for the deposit for the appointment? Please and thank you. She said kk. So, okay, i see now. Okay, i said i'm outside the shop door. I see what happened: okay, anyways, she said she's at her apartment, so i go over to the apartment. She told me when i picked up the lace mind you i'ma tell y'all when she gave me back the hair i went in the car took so she it was still in the same pack that they give you when they come in the mail, whatever it's still In that same exact path, it's like no wrinkles, no curls, no, nothing! It'S just it's sitting in the back girl. So i'm not. Let me take this out and see if she even believes the knocks of his hair. Like you, you may be bringing this sunday it's tuesday, and this look like it hasn't even been wet. You know when you bleach, you wash the bleach out and it changes like you know, so i took it out. She hadn't even plucked the she hadn't plucked it. She hadn't bleached it. She didn't do nothing, but she, you begged me to bring this thing by sunday or else you don't even touch it. So you in my mind now i have made up. You didn't even intend on actually doing my hair, because if you really was serious about doing my hair, you are the reason you're behind, because you told me to bring this on sunday uh. It don't take nothing but 20. I used to make wigs girl. It don't take nothing but all 25 minutes to bleach a a frontal, wig or closure. It'S the same process time you mix that volume developer be safe and do a 30 volume developers. I don't know how to say it right right. I'M kind of upset right now and you you bleach that and you spread it out. You know i'm saying, and you don't dig too deep into the lace, so you don't over, pluck or over bleach and that's it boo and that's that and you uh closure is not even take maybe 10 minutes to pluck that because you're, it's just a four by Four, it's nothing so when i've seen it, i was like this girl ain't even had no intention to really do my hair, because you begged me to bring this and i bring it. And then you didn't even bleach it, but you hooping and hollering about oh you're. Gon na be late: oh oh you're, the custom for the other girl that girl probably had been broke. You see her lying because you're lazy and you're you're overbooked and you're. Tired and you're not doing your part, because you're demanding old brain delays, this down. Third and then now i think the girl did bring the legs on time and your ass then bleach it and pluck it and now here it is. She came at her appointed time and you're running behind because you did not do your part, but it's everybody's fault. So when i go in to get my lips at her front door, i said okay, so how long is it going to be before i get this in my account because it wasn't a cash app? It was through her website with my debit and credit card. Thank god, and so she was like it should show in two to three business days. I already processed your refund, so mind you, okay, so i'm not going to say that to her, because i know thanksgiving the base will be closed. So that's not gon na be taken into consideration when it comes to the two three business days - it's tuesday, i say, maybe by friday it should be in my account no later than monday. So it's only twenty five dollars remind you. It'S only twenty dollars. That'S not a lot of money, but it's my money, so it is now the next tuesday. I still don't have no money back in my account, so i text her 10 o'clock at night i'll. Try. I wait the whole day. I waited the entire day to go by and i said so i said i just want to let you know i still haven't received 25 refund. I checked my spam for a refund email because she said i would be notified with an email regarding the processing of the refund. So i said i still have not received the email regarding the refund. I went through my bank transactions and i have not received anything. She did not text me back, so i think i waited like an. I don't know what day i finally had text her again, but i waited i think, another two or three days so i just said now. I feel like i'm harassing you about 25. That was promised to be that was promised to be refunded and i don't want to be above. Are you going to send it back to me or not? It'S been more than seven business days and i haven't gotten one notification about a refund being returned into my account. Can you simply cash out me 25. So then, she's, not a half of a half of a half of a screenshot of her bank account from chase saying 25 dollars a week draw on monday november, something i i can't see it because it's not a full screen shot. Y'All will see it in there and she said um do what you got to do, because when i offered it to you, when i was thinking about the rest of these screenshots see that's how you know, i ain't got the whole thing. Oh there you go because when i offered it to you when i i was at fault and tried to get better you, you chose to wait and still try to come, as if that's my fault, what are you talking about? I had to pay my deposit, so what are you talking about and then that same day that same day, i told you never mind. It was only like an hour difference from when you offered a refund to the point. I found somebody else because i was actively looking for somebody else so like what, from 11 to 12, i decided okay, yeah go ahead and i said wait to 12 30 to see. If i can find somebody else, 12 o'clock, i told you go ahead and send me the refund you got like, i said a whole day later go ahead and send a refund. It was the same exact day and she said you wanted to wait. I tried to give back to you. You chose to wait in still trying to come. I'Ve been so that [ __ ] back miss ma'ams, i'm not catching cap cash, effing, [, __ ]. That'S already been taken out my account by talking your bank. She said talk to your bank bye. I said i understand why you have an attitude, i'm telling you i haven't, received a dime back from you. My appointment was november the 24th. I told you uh, you could refund me the same day and you said you did. You said your website would let me know when a refund went through and i have not received it on. I haven't been nothing but understanding and nice. So for you to be snappy with me, i don't understand so i sent her a video screenshot of my checking account where it came out of in 2020. I shall i sent her a video showing her the whole month of november, all my transactions and showing her. I have not gotten nothing back from you, so what you doing all this for i understand so then she turned around and said damn what she said girl. Oh, she said some [ __ ]. I think she said dispute it with your bank. I i don't know why i got all the messages. This amazon thing i got ta go on my that phone recording offer right now. Oh there you go, she said justice pleading with your bank. I honestly don't care. So at that point, oh yeah. I got paid now cause i've been nice. I'Ve been overly nice because i didn't want to not have my hair done for thanksgiving, but at that time i had already found somebody my hair that given was well over with and [ __ ]. Now give me my money back, i don't care if it's five dollars, [ __ ], i'm gon na beat your ass behind five dollars. Cause you told me he was gon na reap all my money. You promised me a service that you did not deliver on. So what you're not gon na do miss ma'am is trying to be cute with me like, oh, oh, it came out my account. You probably didn't even refund me. You probably refund somebody else, because you didn't even ask me what my real name was. So you probably going off for what? What what? What because you don't? Even you don't even know what my real name is. So at this point, how you know you even sent the money back to me. Not once did you ask for my name for you to go in and make sure you process the refund for the right person and you got it, you got money so much so you say later on. In the conversation we go start arguing. You got so much money if you got so much money. Why are you worried about sending another 25? You won't get it back right. All right! Okay, then shut the [ __ ] up so again. I said: okay, i'm gon na just take it to facebook, because you you trying to be nasty, i could be nasty, so i had made a whole little paragraph i said miss. I had said something, but this is the same facebook i told y'all all the drama and the juicy [ __ ] was on this facebook and it got deleted child. It got hacked. My facebook got hacked, so i can't even give y'all a rundown. How this whole debacle went so i had put a post up, maybe like two days before i even ever, messaged her, because this other girl had tried me. So i have, i said: y'all hoes need to play with y'all cheating as far baby daddy's and don't play with me. Had nothing to do with her. Had everything to do with the other girl who tried me. That'S another story time she had me sit in her house for five [ __ ] hours before she even touched my head so and she, i guess one of her friends sent it to her. Once i made the post about her not wanting to send me my money back and she trying me and disrespecting me like, i did something to her and i said how she keep talking about all this money. But then i'm asking for my deposit and that's the problem so she's, seeing that i guess her friend saw her that and she thought i was talking about her baby. If the true fit wear it, because at the time that hadn't we hadn't even gotten to it. Yet i still was waiting on my refund, so how could that have even been about you? How could that you didn't, even you didn't, even know the severity of what was going on outside of my me and your situation, but you just inserted your stuffing, because when your friends want to be nosey sally, you assume that that post from three days before this Was about you? No, it wasn't actually, but it fits because your baby, daddy, is a cheating, ass, [, __ ] as well. Okay, miss y'all supposed to be getting married and you ended up as a baby mama all right summer, walker, okay, so she um proceeds to to proceed to start writing underneath the post, because the post went down y'all because i guess she had been doing this to Other people - everybody was inboxing me. I wish i stayed on my facebook, so i could go there, like i'm talking about paragraphs horror stories about how this girl pick and choose who have she want to do, how she sat here and booked them and then today uh. She cancelling and telling them they can't get little pogba. This is not a first time offense with this girl. People are literally telling me how these girls straight up dog them out and she's like this, and she do stuff like this, and she was everybody that i thought she already knew. Don'T go to this girl, like she's, full of [ __ ]. She off talk ever since she done got a little bit of hype about her hair on instagram and and when she was in orlando now she thinks she can disrespect people just because and blah blah blah blah and i'm just reading this stuff. Like bro. I did not know none of this, like i moved straight from lakeland to miami and so and i was supporting her the whole time because i thought she still was cool people like i just thought she was just still a good person. I ain't. No, she hadn't got the the the arrogant tape big head. You know what i'm saying and people talk about when she did do my hair girl. It was not nothing like how she'd be sitting there posting on these people pages. My hair was looking a mess in like two days. She i follow all her instruction on how to keep my hair up and my legs was lifted and this standing third and i was like wow - i didn't know - i didn't know none of this like i didn't, and so i guess when she see all the people Commenting and was like laughing dogging her out and like oh yeah. She got all this money, but just that so she started commenting underneath the post of like trying to be funny and stuff start arguing with me mind you. She don't know my family crazy and they finna they really finna eat you up. So me and my cousin and the rest of my family. They that she's arguing with everybody in the comment section she's she just going back and forth she just so my cousin, starting with her direct like this. You really can fight us for real because because you got so much mouth like you sway you all that hot [ __ ], which you doing all just at the third put up like just pull up because you're doing a lot you're doing too much. Actually - and it's and there's nothing for me to come and handle you like, oh she's, steady, going, she's trying to make jokes talk about um, i'm not gon na argue with no she's, not my me, i'm not gon na argue with nobody who taught like this. You know the people who have the u-shaped teeth and i'm like girl now you're just coming up with stuff, because my even before my braces, my mouth never went upwards. I never had that that lisp or that that nasty you know that them teeth. I mean i said girl. What are you talking about my teeth? I said my teeth are crooked. My teeth are not shaped like that. So you just, i said this one you're you're digging for straws, because you have no dirt on me because i don't do [ __ ] in the city, like i just moved back here, so you have nothing on me. Man and you're mad because you're ran through yo baby, daddy [ __ ] cross your forehead, i'm selling her out like this on facebook, i'm like girl, you're mad, because you're run through your baby, [ __ ], all across your forehead. He told you he was gon na marry. You knocked you up and made your baby mama and started cheating on you. Has you way out in another city, staying at home, looking stupid while you being molly the maid? Yes, ma'am over here cooking these large dinners for a [, __ ] who go out and cheat on you with [ __ ], who look like toothpicks, which is who look like the back of a refrigerator. But you sit here. You missed you missed all that on instagram, you missed biggie smalls, miss unpaid, rich, this daddy third, that money couldn't keep that man at home, [, __, ] and you're mad, and now you wan na, take it out of everybody else. That'S why you're back in lakeland living in a one bedroom apartment, doing hair out your [ __ ] apartment and got ta, keep that in the [ __ ] shop, [ __ ], stop playing me yeah, you mad now! So i block her because, but you ain't gon na come on my this thing: this ain't no open forum, this ain't, no open discussion.
