What'S up youtube, i am back with another video and it's super random y'all already know that your job, but welcome to my channel and all this stuff um subscribe. If you ain't already, if you're new here, welcome back, i'm gon na get right to it um i want to make a video talking about natural hair. Yeah i've been talking about that a lot lately lately because it's been on my mind, so i just want to let it out and just talk about it, because you know what i hear a lot of women say when it comes to being natural, their excuse for Being natural and but wait, wait, [ __ ]. It start look if you're not interested in becoming natural and and want to be inspired to be natural and to want to rock your natural hair. Then this video might be fitting, might not be for you because you might get offended, i'm not bashing women who will weave. This is just a quick little thought that i came up with to help. You understand why you may think it's a lot of work. So i hear a lot of people say with hair like this um that natural hair is a lot of work, and it's hard to maintain is just a lot. It'S just a lot when it comes to it, which okay i get it. But let me tell you, actually, i used to feel the same way, and you know what i just thought about. I just realized the real. The reason why we feel like it's a lot of work is because we put a lot of energy and thought into our hair. Am i the only one who had been getting their hair done since they were five years old? I have been. I realized that i was getting my ass started, getting my hair done since i was five. I i want to say earlier than that, but as far as i can remember, five with relaxers, but i'm pretty sure i was getting the hot comb and all that stuff. When i was like three or four, i'm not sure, but i do remember i i do remember sitting in front of the stove with the hot comb to my head with age. I don't remember, but i do remember gon na pray relax at five. So i don't know if i took a was like you know, my hair straightened in between getting relaxers away but yeah. As far as i can remember a lot of people, we started getting our hair done. We were five years old, at least for me, and we putting a lot. We'Ve been putting a lot of thoughts and energy and time into our hair. You know what i'm saying that it has to be on super fleeky. You got to be super tight. Super dis super dead, like um, and i don't know, i mean a lot of people do just get up and go but and a lot of people do spend a lot of time with their hair. You know what i'm saying going to the salons got to wait around for got to get checked out of school earlier, because you got to go to the salon. Got ta get up early in the morning saturday morning because you got to go to slender sit around all day for hours and hours and hours, so you can keep up that image and maintain that my hair is on fleek. My hair is done. My hair is lit, you know what i'm saying, and you know what i realized. We do so much um. What'S the word, i'm searching for um so much. I can't think of the word we put so much. We do so much to try to change our hair and get away from our natural hair. That'S why we have to put natural. I mean time into it and i realized when i started accepting my natural hair more and more and more the less time i have to spend with it. You know what i'm saying i used to, but when i was wearing weave and all that stuff going to abuse plasto, finding the weave being on aliexpress trying to find some good weaving on the internet. Trying to find some good weaving is on youtube. Trying to watch reviews and then you got ta wait for order to help. You got to wait for that. To get that, then you got to apply it. Then you got ta. What keep it washed get some good shampoo for it and flat iron, it curl it flex it right all that type of stuff, and then, when i became natural, i'm like dang and the more more i start accepting the natural state of my hair. I really just can just it really not that much time i spent more time with weave than i do with my natural hair. You know what i'm saying when you get to that point, where your hair is okay, a lot of girls are not old, they want to be natural, they accept that but they're, not okay with the natural natural. You know what i'm saying like you see. I don't have no baby hairs. You can tell how old my videos are about my pictures and stuff about the baby hairs. I mean i'm not gon na, say i'm not gon na wear baby hairs again, but i'm not relying on them to look complete or hair done like i can. I did like it's so many different styles. You can do with your hair like this. This right here might be the most um, the longest hairstyle that takes the longest. I would say with my hair, because what i did was i put these in a little bottle tutorial on put these in the balls and then the back, which you can see the little curlers in the back, but other than that i it's crazy. I can literally just get out of my bed with my afro and just not even pick it just you know do that right there and you know maneuver it around for like 10 seconds and it's done would. I have considered that done like a year ago. Probably not probably not probably not, and i also can just get up and put my hair in two buns without slicking it and gelling it down and applying my baby hairs and all that stuff and making sure there's no crinkles in my hair everything's, just slick tight Neat which ain't nothing wrong with that. But i'm just saying like i can actually get up and put my two buns and be done with it. And that only takes what and actually - and i can actually put my hair in one bun and be done with it. And that takes what five to ten seconds - and i can put my hair in four buns these little. I can do these all over and it'll take less than five minutes like it's, because i'm not trying to manipulate that's the word i was looking for early manipulate. We'Ve spent so much time trying to manipulate our hair and we think that it takes a lot of time, we're just not comfortable we're just a ponytail we're not comfortable with just a bun. We don't think that's good enough. You know what i'm saying: that's. Why? Because even well, i'm glad i was um - i just did. I just did not want. I was educating myself with the natural hairdryer and just learning so much from other girls on youtube when girls were talking about um, i'm cooking too. At the same time, when i heard other girls talking about um how they didn't want to fall in, like falling in love with the lint and all that stuff falling in love with the length of the hair, so i didn't want to get infatuated with the long Hair thing you know what i'm saying so that's why, when i wear my ponytails, i didn't fall for that wearing a weave ponytail. You know i'm saying that's why a lot of like like what i'm saying like a lot of girls, not okay, we're just wearing a bun, just wear a cute bun. They don't think that's enough. It has to be extravagant because we've it's been planted and then still does this look that i have to be super duper with other people with different types of hair can just get up and just go and just wear their hair down, like literally just get up And wash it and leave the house and let it just air dry and be done with it, but we have. It has been instilled in this that i have to be super fleeky just have to be super stamped, just super, just something something. You know what i'm saying can't just be in a bun like what like even me, i used to have short hair. I meant my hair feel short, but i'm saying like bald, i shaved my hair from 2017.. My hair was actually a little bit longer than this, but i shaved it off because i was like i'm not about to be walking around with this hair, so it's got to go. It wasn't like i'm about to just shave my hair, because i just want to be liberated. I mean it was kind of want to be liberated from the weed, but i'm still kind of you know what i'm saying self-hated with my natural hair. I didn't want to be seeing them and after that, so i just cut it all off because i'm like, if i'm not gon na, wear weave. What am i gon na do with my hair? Like that's basic, we think that's basic, but anybody else with the straight silky hair. They can just wear their hair in a ponytail, a messy bun or anything and it'll be cute and nobody says nothing. You know what i'm saying, but we just feel so insecure and subconscious. When it comes to our hair, we can't just wear a bun like uh that ain't enough. We can't just wear two pigtails uh-uh. We can't just wear these little bantu knots. Um, you know saying which i'm not saying nothing is wrong with those you know what i'm saying your hair super super done or whatever i don't. I'M super super done like i'm talking about like putting more time into it. Switching it up. You know what i'm saying. I'M just saying i don't think no hairstyle is better than the next is what i'm saying i think every hairstyle should be equally seen as beautiful and nice and done. You know what i'm saying just because this person got went to the african shop and got bro. I meant got braids and i walked around my effort on me. In my hand, nothing, but i think both of us then just because or even without the weave, just because you you got your hair in a tight bun and your baby hair is laid and you got weave. I mean you know what i'm saying the add. Not that it shouldn't be no better, you know what i'm saying it's different styles. I think you should have to be comfortable with every style of your hair, not thinking that it's not good enough. I would have never thought. I would think this is like my favorite hairstyle. I would have never thought wearing two pigtails would be my favorite hairstyle. Like all my natural styles. Are my favorites. I'M gon na do a video on some quick, 20 seconds 30 seconds under five minutes natural styles. Just to encourage girls, let you know it's easy, it's super easy and the style that i'd be wearing i'm like bruh. I cannot believe i like these hairstyles, like like. I can't like i'm. I just keep growing like. I can't even believe i'm wearing a hairstyle without my baby hairs without no gel, i haven't even more ears controlling so long. I did a video on why i started wearing it. While i cut back on edge control, i mean i've stopped wearing it, but i'm not gon na say i stopped completely because i don't know i might wake up tomorrow. I'M gon na put some on, but hopefully i won't but yeah. So i just want to encourage y'all look, the bun is lit, the two pigtails is lit, all of the hairstyles is lit. Your hair is good enough. I know you don't think it's good enough, because you used to spend the two three hundred dollars on your hair on fridays and blasted blaze and that's what you're you. That'S all you know, and you like what you can't go from where and i know it's hard to fathom to go from spending 300 on your bundles and your lady hair and all that stuff to just a plain bun. You probably like that's basic. I know that's hard to fathom, but yeah you'll get there so yeah. I just want to talk about that. Just let that out, because i see that a lot a lot of people say it's a lot of work and blizzard blood's like girl. Just wash this up and just go wash it dry, it wash it and let it air dry and go wash it twist. It up and go just it's lit wash it well you. If you wanted to blow dry it, i don't have to blow dry my hair since i've been natural, but if you want to blow dry put it in the butt rock your bun rock, whatever little styles, you want, they all cute. It'S about the confidence it's out of you, okay, so i hope you all enjoyed this video. Let me eat my food honey. I'M gon na talk to y'all later bye,
