Hey everyone: what's the story, i'm gavin, i'm a barber from dublin and today i'm gon na be teaching you how to style your hair as a messy fringe. As you can see, i haven't had a shower or anything yet so that's gon na be the first thing. I'M gon na do all right a lot, so once that's done, i'm gon na grab some sea salt spray. This is the poseidon sea salsa spray, someone i recommend and i'm just gon na start. You know spraying it through the top everywhere and once it's kind of like evenly distributed, get your hands in there and start rubbing it in with the water. It'S important that you do this while the hair is still wet and you can already start to see a bit of mess in the hair, so the next step you're going to grab a hair dryer, preferably with a diffuser. If you don't have a diffuser and you want one, you can get them on amazon, they're, very cheap, and you don't need to dye someone. You can just get one that clips onto any hair dryer. I'M going to put my hair dryer on low speed on medium heat and i'm just going to go out, so you can see i'm not even touching my hair at all. I'M just letting diffuser do the work for me now when it gets a little bit drier. What i'm going to do is i'm going to start scrunching the hair with my hands, so it clumps together and is more messy using your fingers right here can be really important and keep on scrunching everything together and there you go. That'S basically the finished look and if you want to really take it to the next level, you can use some dust as well. This is the poseidon dust i'll also leave a link to get that. How you do that you basically open it up, and you tap it into your hair like this from there. All you have to do is move it in with your hands. I'Ve only put a small amount in because i put a lot of sea salt spray in what the dust does. Is it just thickens up your hair a little bit more and adds a bit more texture thanks for watching the tutorial? I hope it was helpful if it was. Chris Mations: For an easier way, put your hair flat down, and then curls the front with a circling iron in 3 pieces for ten seconds each. Then do the same in 3 rows back. After that, mess up your hair with your hands and spray when you get the look you want.
