In this hairstyle tutorial, I'll teach you how to do 5 cute and easy, back-to-school hairstyles - everyday hairstyles - for medium or long hair lengths!

In this step by step hair tutorial, I'm going to show you 5 quick ways to do your own hair at home for school, work, or for formal occasions; prom, homecoming, wedding. All of the hairstyles in this tutorial can be done on straight, curly or on layered hair, and should take you 5~10 minutes to do in the morning, perfect for those running late mornings when you can't wash your hair.
1. Mohawk Space Bun; for this 90s double bun, I'm going to show you how to mohawk Dutch braid your crown to form these cute messy buns.
2. 2-Minute Fancy Ponytail; really quick and easy way to look fancy for lazy girls!
3. Stacked Dutch Headband Braid; how to do a stacked, or double Braided Headband updo.
4. Dutch into Boxer Braid - also known as cornrows. Kylie, Kim Kardashian and Kholie wears this braid all the time, but in this tutorial, I'll teach you how to make a new double dutch braid look.
5. Saggy French Braided Bun - SO fast, pretty and LAZY! For this style, I'll teach you how to French braid your own hair, before making a low, saggy bun for a romantic updo look.

Hi guys, how are you I'm Tina and today we're doing 2016 back-to-school hairstyles? So let's there start first divide our hair in half and then section out the crown in a V or u-shape, be in a u-shape. Let'S put this up, so I'm gon na clip this ponytail away, so I can do the same on this side and then, with these back sections, we're going to make pigtails so texturizing spray just to make it raids pop more now we're gon na smooth it back Away from your face, because that makes breathing so much easier grab a small section in the front divide it into two equal pieces and we're going to bring it under then add in hair to be side pieces and put it under the middle. Now add hair to this side, piece from this side and smaller the section per year is going to turn out. So if you have time just do small sections, but then on this side, we're added to this piece right here, extensions and therefore this piece from the dike, so side, piece to side piece. So once you don't have any hair left out from the side we're going through a couple of normal braid and then we're going to divide this back piece in half and add it to the side ponytails, so we're going to first clip this up. Actually, let's just tie it up and then we'll just cut this off later so now, we're gon na add this braid to this ponytail, all right so before we do anything else, we're going to first pull out the sides of these braids wrap it around the cell And I want this to be messy, I don't it's looking so perfect, I'm putting them to the size of a stick out so awkwardly. You see how this I wanted. Tapered like that. First, we're going to make a center part and then we're going to section up the front so from your crown to the back of your ear and clip it out of the way other side as well and then you're gon na pick the rest and put it Into a little ponytail, so first we're gon na smooth down this top part and then we're going to twist this always my face, create an opening right by the elastic and pull it down. Michos. Let it hang down we're gon na do the same on this side. So at this point, you're going to gather both sections and then crisscross them at the bottom, then pull it upwards, hairspray this so smoother and then we're going to criss cross again and then we're going to incorporate these small sections with the big ponytail with an elastic And then you're going to take the top part of this hair and cover the elastic with it nice for this part and then lift it a little bit and texturizing spray on my end as well, to create more texture. Okay, now the front it's kind of boring with all this hair scrape back so you're, going to just pop out from the hair around your face to frame it so here here here this part here you're going to pull it out, tease a little bit here and Hairspray here smooth this, so first you're going to make a sigh part, take all the hair top about two inches wide spray. Some texturizing spray you're reading a little easier, then just make a normal braid tie this up and then we're going to clip this out of the way. So we can make a bigger and thicker braid right, underneath it so take some hair to bite it into three pieces. Then we're going to bring it under the middle and there's a middle. Then we're going to add in here to the side pieces and then take it under the middle and hair to this loop, this piece and bring it under the middle. Now I'm just gon na braid it normal all the way back, lay this flat and bring this over make sure this is on top of a first break and tie it to a piece of hair in the back. But we want this brie to lay on top of this one. So if it's not laying flat for you, what you can do is just use a couple of bobby pins, we're going to start a Dutch braid starting at our crown. So, let's divide it into three pieces, then we're going to put it in the middle okay. So when you get to about here we're going to turn this into a regular braid, then the rest we're going to another desperate, so we're trying to match the braids, and I think I want the braids a little longer. So I'm going to go a little further down if you guys see how this side is thicker than this to fix that we're going to talk on this side so check this out. This looks like a pigtail look in the back. It looks like a normal braid and then the French, this we're going to add hair to these side pieces, so you're going to take some hair from here. Add it to these side pieces and then you're going to put it in the middle, then add hair from here choose this i-5 piece and put it in the middle. So we just repeat it all the way down. Okay! So at this point, we're just going to make a couple of regular braids and then, with this part, we're going to just fold it under you see how here like that and tie this and then and then with the ends, we're gon na wrap it around the Elastic to cover thee to secure it, I mean pull this down, sit covers and then you're going to hairspray this, and the front looks like this.
