Hey guys welcome back to my channel so before you install your wig, you want to choose the perfect weight color, which is very important to get in a natural-looking wig, I would say: go with a color that is very, very similar to your skin tone or just A tad bit darker, if you end up having to go with a stocking cap, that's a little bit lighter than your skin tone. You can always add foundation to the stocking cap, like most people do, and it will definitely blend in with the lace of your wig. So this week that I have put on is from omg Queen. This is their yaki texture wig. So in this video, I'm just gon na show you guys everything that I do to get my wig to look. So damn good. So here, as you can see, I'm adding some foundation to my part and plucking my partner, I have changed what I use for enhancing my part or concealing the black. That'S on the part which is now concealer instead of foundation, I'm also using a wax stick to slick down any type of flyaways and give a more smoother effect to the wig, also using a hot comb. As I have stated several times, it is very crucial that you use a hot comb on your wig in stalls because it just makes the wig flatter it makes the hair just look a whole lot more natural. I would not use like a curling iron to anything like that girl, get you a hot comb and stop playing so because the lace on this wig is transparent. It is giving off a very natural hairline. Look now I did go in and pluck the hairline as well, but not too much now this week is not glued down, as you saw at the beginning. I use an elastic band and I put my wig on, however, because of the placement of where I put my elastic band, my taps on my sideburn, don't always lay down, so I'm gon na be using some glue a little later in this video to take down My sideburns, so now this part is totally optional. I'M gon na add some baby hairs to this wig again because of the way that I pluck this wig, I definitely don't have to do the baby hair, so I can just really wear the hair just like this, but I want to do baby here. So that's what I'm gon na do now, when I'm doing my base, I like to use hair mousse just because it's not going to leave the hairline hard or stiff. If I need to go in and redo my baby hair, it's like. I do all the time. I never can get my baby hair, it's exactly how I want it the first time it takes me like at least two or three tries to get it kind of like how I want it. So, as you can see, I just take little small sections from the hairline. I trim them using a razor comb and then I use a edged brush or whatever you want to call it. You can use a toothbrush and I just swoop the hair into the hairline and that's pretty much what I do to do. My baby ears, you considering the texture of this week, which is a Yankee texture. I feel that it is necessary to add some sort of heat to a yaki texture, wig yaki texture is an S faux as a kinky texture. However, with the yaki texture wigs, they have like this little small small crimps in the hair, and I feel like when you add heat it kind of evens out those crimps. But you can't see the crimps in the texture unless someone it's like. Definitely up on you and they're kind of trying to scope you out, you know what I mean so once I'm almost done with my hair, I like to go in with a little bit of hair mousse and apply it directly on top of my wig hair mousse. Actually helps with any type of flyaways. It gives a more smoother look. It'S just to me. It'S a necessary product, like you really need to have this for your wigs. So after I do that, I love to go in with the Garnier Fructis sleek and shine oil and apply all over my hair y'all. I love this stuff. I even apply this stuff to my natural hair. That'S just how amazing this stuff is considering that this is a yaki texture wig, I didn't have to do a whole lot to it, to get it to look good, so yeah. This is pretty much the look girl. I love this texture not as much as the kinky texture, but I do like this texture because it is very full and it's not so silky.
