So today I have a new wig. I have a new wig that was sent over from utre and I'm really excited about her. This is Miss Kalinda, beautiful, wig y'all. She she's, really cute. I'M gon na show you guys how to put this wig on, but this video is a little different than I normally film y'all. It'S really lengthy, I'm letting you know grab some popcorn because I'm gon na talk this video through and I'm also gon na update. You guys a little bit too on, I guess kind of life, just kind of why I've been inconsistent. I guess, if that's what you want to call it, I don't know, I'm just update you a little bit. I'M gon na talk to y'all, but it's gon na be at the end, so their time stamps in this video of everything that I'm going to be doing. So, if you don't, like one part, use the time on stamp but um. I just feel like. I owe you guys to talk to y'all, because I haven't chatted with y'all in a little bit, so this video is going to be a little chatty. I'M gon na try my best to not make it so long, but I just feel like. I owe you guys. A talk through now an update on me. If you guys noticed, I haven't really been posting that much but I'll talk about that at the end. So don't even worry I'll leave a timestamp below, if you guys just want to skip to that part. But I'll talk about that at the end, but anyway, I'm not sure what you guys like comment below, if you like more talk through installs or if you like the video playing through or what do y'all like this is on. Sometimes these videos don't be on I'll, be talking to the camera and be like oh shoot. I forgot to press record anyway. I just feel like there's so many people that I'm still getting asked questions even like family friends like I'm like do y'all even y'all y'all. Definitely not watching the video, so I'm gon na talk this part through because you know we need to get a little bit personal in this video. So this is a new wig that utre sent over it's a 360 frontal wig. Her name is Kalinda and I have the color One Beat. It is a 100 human hair blend wig. These are the colors that they offer. If you guys know me, I normally do reach for my colors on this channel, but today I decided to keep it simple with y'all and um do a natural color I feel like. I don't really show like I used to, but there's still people out there that love their natural colors. So I picked a 1B for you guys and normally too, with my natural colors on my wigs. I do prefer a number two color, but I decided to go for the 1B, because this is a textured wig. This is definitely a Yaki textured wig, which I'm already feeling, and I just wanted to see how the 1B was hitting because 1B back in the day, when I first back in the day like this Channel's so old, I used to really reach for one of these. All the time like that was the signature color, but someone bees do come off a little shiny and they also come off unrealistic, like not natural looking, but this 1B right here is looking really good. It'S not looking too dark at all. All so you're gon na get this nice pretty Yaki. Texture. Look can y'all feel that Boop try to go through the camera for y'all, it's a nice Yaki texture, I'm really liking it. It'S really soft a lot of nice curls in here it doesn't say the length on this one, but this is a longer unit and it's a 360 frontal wig. What that means is that you're going to get lace going all the way around the wig, so you're gon na get two combs in the front. One right here, one right here and you're gon na get this 13 by 6 lace, frontal again what that means is 13 inches going across and six inches going back. Listen if you know that girl, it's okay, you can skip! You can skip some parts, try not to skip the whole video, because you definitely do help out some content creators when you watch the whole thing, but there's a lot of people that still don't know this. They might be new. Here I got a lot of new followers recently and some people just don't notice. So that's why I'm explaining this video? Okay. So that's what you're going to get you get a lot of nice lace in there. This cap right here is really stretchy. I like caps like this guys, because you can stretch it on your head and then you're going to get a comb in the back. Now, I'm noticing something off the Jump. Y'All one thing that's really good about utre is that they listen hold on. Let me make sure my microphone is on y'all. Do you know how many times I have filmed and my microphone was off and I literally had to go back and refilm the whole video. It'S so frustrating anyway off the Jump y'all. I'M definitely noticing that this lace is darker. It looks like I might not have to tint it. It'S darker. So now my people that are a lighter complexion. It should work. You know that's the color of the lighter side of my hand, but my complexion is this complexion right here and it's blending in y'all. It'S looking really good. I'M liking this wig already y'all. I really am liking it I'm liking. The fact that the knots are thinner can y'all see that like look, look how thin these knots are and when we say thinner knots. This is what it means. It means that they're finer and it's a hand-tied lace, frontal, so you're not going to have like those double knots. You'Re gon na have like these thinner knots to make it look more realistic. Unlike some wigs, the knots are thicker and they're blacker, but these knots are really really thin. Y'All, I'm really liking that you're gon na get some baby hairs in here in the front, looking really natural. Looking now, I'm talking a lot. That'S a that's! A lot of talking - that's a lot of talking, but, like I said, we need to get some. We need to get personal y'all need to understand who Miss Chrissy is because I just be speeding past these videos and y'all. Don'T know me y'all, don't know me, but um we getting to know each other today. Also there's lace in the back guys, this lace right here. It'S not that much lace in the back. But if you did want to put this wig up, you can and it does look like it's a little bit more improved. I must say that the knots on the back are thinner too y'all like okay, Ultra Ultra is listening. I'M telling y'all utre is one of those synthetic pump companies that definitely listen to these reviews and they listen to feedback and they go back and they fix stuff. So I love that about utre. Let'S go ahead and put this on so I already have a wig cap on and my edges are looking really busted, I'm gon na Sleek that back the way I like to do this normally, I would suggest to go in and if you can cornrow your hair Down or if you don't know how to do that, try to get it as flat as possible. I have a video coming up of basically how to make your hair flat with a wig without having to cornrow it. Actually, it's going to be like a real. It'S going to be a short and um, I'm gon na post that soon so stay tuned. For that so the way I prep my hair, my hair is already clean as much as it's looking like. It'S not look. My hair is growing y'all. I have really thin edges. Look y'all haven't seen my hair in a while, but so the way I prep my hair is I'm gon na go in with this edge control. I recently bought this edge control because the hearts and Cake 90 she Raves about it. She said, and I did initially see it on natural Joy or shirelle. What'S her name now, cherelle see these YouTubers be switching up their names and stuff cherrell. Her name is simply cherelle. Now she first raved about it and the hearts and Cake 90 suggested this, and I really do like this edge control. It'S a really good one! I'M sorry! If y'all hearing background noise, that's one of the reasons to why, honestly guys I speed through these parts, because I I have so much stuff going on in my house that the background noise, like I got my kids playing video games, my husband's watching TV sometimes he's Cooking and it's just easier to speed past these parts in the video anyway, so I like to start with sleeking back my hair. Yes, my edges are very thin. Do not come for me. I also have another video coming up really soon on alopecia, because I learned recently that I have alopecia and it's National alopecia month did y'all know that so we're going to talk about that in another video okay. So I like to rub the edge control together to kind of melt it, and then I put it on like this and now don't do not say anything in my comments either about my edges being really thin. This is not what this video is about. It kind of got like that after covered guys and also it's it's hereditary. It'S a lot going on, but check out my topics, video right here and I'll show y'all how I'll be faking my edges, filling them in making. I don't think I got edges and stuff because I really don't they then y'all see how thin they are. If this was another video, I hope, but this video is not for that video right here. So I'm going to put my hair all back like this and Sleek it back. This edge control is really bomb like when it says she's bomb. She is bomb. I was using the Gabrielle Union ONE for a while, but I can't find that restocked on Amazon. So I decided to pick this one up and I really like it like look how my edges are slipped they're, Sleek, okay, there's! Oh, it looked like. I got edges on this side because the topics I'm telling y'all I'm telling y'all if y'all don't be following my Tick, Tock or watching my videos. You won't know what I'm talking about, but who that edited. So that's what I do to prep my hair underneath the wig. Now my hair is not the flattest, but it's okay, because this is a bulkier wig hold on y'all. Let me tell my husband to turn down the volume all right, y'all. Sorry. He had to turn on the volume because everything affects my filming and they don't realize that. Normally I don't film when everybody's home, I try to film when my kids are in school, but I've been working a lot and I can't so let's try this on. After 10 minutes of rambling okay, so I'm gon na put this wig on just so. You guys can see how it's looking on my skin. I'M thinking, I might not have to tint this lace guys because it is oh, oh, it's so dark! I don't think I have to tint it. It looks really good, look how transparent. That is. That'S my wig cap, and this is the lace. This is looking really good y'all, and this lace, too, is also really stretchy. This cap feels a little I I would say snug, but it's not usually I notice after you cut the lace, it feels better and also if your hair is flat, it feels better. Okay. So look at that guys. Look at this right here. Look how transparent that is, I'm not putting any makeup on this wig. This looks good, but I feel, like this place might be different than that wig that I reviewed recently too and if you guys are in my Premiere, because I haven't done that in a while. Hey guys, I see y'all see y'all, but look at that. That looks so good. Oh that looks good y'all. Now you can tweeze this up if you would like, but I'm going to show you guys how it's looking without tweezing it, because again, I'm noticing some people that aren't comfortable with all of that. If I would tweeze guys the knots look good and it does look good, but I would tweeze like just right here. Okay and the reason is because when you put it up and when you see it, it's gon na look more like a realistic hairline. But this looks good, I think if it was melted, it would look even better and when you put the hot comb and push it back, it's gon na look even better if you guys aren't comfortable with tweezing. I do have a separate Standalone video right here, where you can check out how I tweeze my synthetic wigs, it's kind of different than human hair, wigs, because synthetic fibers are harder to pull so I'm using water, I'm just doing a little bit more than no. I do the same thing with human it's online, but this already feels good she's getting hot. What I want to do is because this video is getting long. I'M gon na go put my makeup on and I'm going to fast forward some parts. I know I said I'm going to top this hole through, but I'm looking at the time and it's getting lengthy y'all, don't watch these videos. I know y'all, don't watch these videos because I watch my analytics. It helps people out when you watch videos, but I understand everybody can't watch a whole video. Sometimes they got ta skip through Parts but understand it does help your fellow YouTuber that you like, when you guys at least play the whole video. So I'm gon na fast forward. This part I'm going to cut the lace off camera as well. I'M not going to do anything special with cutting lace, guys I do suggest going in with with an eyebrow razor I like to go in with a razor, because it creates more of a jagged like Edge. You can use your scissors, but a razor comic is more Jagged and not as straight. This wig is starting to slide on me. If you want to wear this with glueless, which I think you can absolutely do, I do suggest using a wig grip as well. It'S going to keep you awake from sliding back. I have different ones, there's some with lace in the middle there's, some with lace going all around. It depends what you're looking for, but this is going to keep the wig from sliding I'll leave a link below to my Amazon storefront, where you can shop, wig Essentials, I'm just telling you guys this, because I still have people that's like. Where do I get this stuff? I see how the wig slide and the wig is sliding. She said we ready to go so I'm gon na go ahead and put my makeup on and I will be back alright. So I'm back, you can apply this wig with glue or with a lace adhesive. You can use something like this ebony York, Wonder bronze spray or, if you guys know me, I love bed head and I just recently repurchased my bed head. So I'm going to put this on with this. These are not permanent adhesives. This one can last you for like up to two or three days, depending on how you secure your wig at night, and this one right here guys this one. I like it because I do take my wigs off at night. It comes off with a little bit of water, so I'm just gon na fast forward. This part, you want to make sure your your head is clean. I know I have some makeup on right now, but I'm gon na apply a little bit of alcohol to my forehead because you don't really want any makeup there. I left this little tab here because some people do install their wig with the lace still attached it. It could be a little easier, but for me I can't see the lace on camera, so I go ahead and cut it and I'll come back. Foreign foreign foreign. I initially did tell you guys that it is really really soft and it doesn't feel really tangly. I changed my mind on that, as you guys saw with the install I did have to go in with my new synthetic wig spray, but I'm still using this one off camera. You know - and I also did recently start using this simply styling spray shout out to is that your hair, but I feel, like I still kind of had to go in with a little bit of serum on this wig only because of the texture. So I'm kind of still using what I used to use this simply styling spray is kind of replacing me using serum now. The only reason I don't just use simply styling spray is because I feel like some of these wigs need a little bit of softness and conditioner, and it's not that this wig is hard. It'S just that. I still feel like this wig needs a little bit of leave-in treatment. If you understand what I'm saying drop me a comment below and - and let me know that you should feel with me - okay, so I did go in with that. Any conditioning, wig spray would work. Now this wig is a lot of hair she's, a lot of women y'all. If you can't handle this, do not attempt to get this wig. I used to be really intimidated with wigs like this. That were really big really full, but I feel like this gives you Glam. This gives you sexy, and I love it. I really do love it. I love the fact that utre listened to us. I mentioned before that. I would be happy if the perfect hairline julienne pretty much was a human hair blend and that's what Ultra gave us and I feel like the difference between these two wigs, I'm gon na bust it out and show y'all. Don'T worry is that as much as Julian is, is bae, she's she's, absolutely gorgeous the texture on this? One is more of a Kanekalon texture and is this is Kanekalon, but this is like more upgraded connect Line. This is like real premium Kanekalon and keep in mind. This is human hair mixed in with this, so this one is definitely going to hold up a lot longer than julienne, even though my julienne is still you know, she's still kicking, but I don't wear her that much. But this one right here, like with the Kanekalon fibers, sometimes once you kind of Comb it out too much. It stays like that and then you have to go in with like a hot roller. I don't know how this one is going to do after I brush it out too much. I did finger comb. It y'all already know what I'm about to say. I'M gon na go ahead and tell you guys, after our shampoo and condition these human hair blend wigs with Brandywine, shampoo and conditioner. Hence why I got the leave-in treatment from Brandywine. I feel like it makes a difference now, if you guys want an updated kind of how this wig held up after that, let me know and I'll do, that, the next morning y'all, I had to interrupt this video, real, quick and jump in, because I'm telling you In the current video that how the texture of this wig is - and I'm also telling you about my Brandywine, shampoo and conditioner - and this is after I recorded it - obviously so, as you saw, I did show a clip. The wig did get tangly on me by the end of the day, so it did happen and it kind of was reminding me of the Julianne wig and I was like man. Well, I tell them people that stuff, but I went in last night and I shampooed and I conditioned, and I y'all see this wig - oh my goodness, I'm telling y'all, if you guys don't know about Brandywine, shampoo and conditioner by now, like seriously, I have made a Whole Standalone video about it, I Rave about it in all of my videos. This is it right here. This is the shampoo, and this is the conditioner. Some people don't like to shampoo their synthetic wigs and I get that they say they throw they'll, throw it away, but honestly y'all, these wigs are expensive. These wigs cost a lot of money, and if my wig would look like the way it looked at the end of the day yesterday and I ain't know about using these products to make it look better, I would absolutely throw it away because it was hard and It was getting matted and I was frustrated, but the next day was shampooing and conditioning with Brandywine, shampoo and conditioner, and this one is a Yaki texture, wig it still bounces back. So I just wanted to show y'all that real quick. I know this video is not about that. I have a whole video check it out right here on how to restore your synthetic wig and I'm just like gushing, because the wig looks brand new y'all, like you can't tell me that this wig is not looking brand new. I love how soft this is. It'S a human hair blend too, and it got super soft on me. Look at this. My finger. Hers is like butter y'all, it's like butter! If you like this wig hanger um. Okay, y'all go back to the video bye, but for future I will grab this human hair blend 360 all day. I do love the lace on this. This lace is upgraded. This lace right here this lace right here, this lace right here telling y'all we'll try to be listening, they'd be listening to everything we say in these reviews. Now this lace on Julianne, her color, was a little bit like you had to tint this one a little bit more. It'S slight! It'S real slight! These 360 laces, the color, is slightly darker y'all, I'm telling y'all not making this up, I'm telling y'all. It is this, one is melting, this is the 360.. Oh, my my clothes are Hershey camera. Don'T judge me like this is an improved lace, but it it feels like they're, just getting a little bit better with the lace. This is stretchier. This is darker and I didn't put any powder underneath this lace. So that's how I know it's a little bit better and I like that. I just went in with powder in The Parting space because going in with the black wig cap guys it's going to kind of blend in with your hair, so when you're going with powder in a parting space, it opens it up. This is what the length is. Looking like in the front and in the back yeah, so she's long she's a lot of woman. I like the layers in here. I like the curls in here. I just like it. I like this wig, I think she's really pretty. I like the fact that it's kind of sleek at the top and then has the curls, because initially I was thinking I needed to go in with my hot comb, but I didn't want to lose the texture of this wig and because this is so flat. I really didn't need to so I feel like this wig kind of does its own thing and it's you don't have to do much to her. You really don't. I would love to see this texture, this texture, human hair blend shorter, maybe one that's sleeker, maybe one with curls. I would like to see a different kind of like options with this kind of blend, because this blend is beautiful. Y'All I'm telling y'all y'all gon na fall in love with this blend. This is mimicking my natural hair, I feel like I have a blowout. I love her. I would even like to see this on a half wig. I would like to see this on all kinds of wigs, like Ultra stick to what you're doing, because it's working, it's like they're, slightly upgrading textures and I even brought out my Niche for y'all. I know this. Video is lengthy guys, but I wanted to talk to y'all. I wanted to talk to y'all and um. That'S what we're doing. This is my Nisha 203 and again this one. It'S an it's a nice texture, but it feels more like braiding hair. Can you guys see that, like it feels more like braiding hair and this one feels like braiding hair but blended it? I love it. I really do it's lightly upgraded. I do suggest, with these kinkier textured wigs, to go in with serum versus, like just spray. I feel like that this kind of coats it a little bit better, but my silkier wigs. I definitely do like this. Can you move that I think you're due for a raise see? That'S why I have to film, while my kids are in school y'all, I'm gon na still use this and, as you guys saw, I did go in with my bed head. I love my bed head like look at that bed head. Never fails me, it never fails me guys and I like the fact that bed head doesn't leave like a harsh residue. So I'm going to go back to my Bed Head. I'Ve tried all the sprays, but bed-headed is for me for me. It works for me. I didn't go in with baby hairs, the natural baby hairs on this. I just kind of pulled them down a little bit and made it like wispy kind of natural looking and that works overall. I like this wig. This wig does range in the 60 range but, like I said, keep in mind that this is a 360 lace wig and this is a human hair blend. I know this video was really really long and lengthy, but I haven't done a chatty video in a while, and this is why I don't talk in videos because they end up being so long. I feel like I needed to kind of come on here, real quick and tell you guys kind of for all my new people here. Well, I haven't really been uploading like that. I normally do like two to three videos a week. Recently, I've been doing like one or two and dropping in some shorts on my days off, but honestly, y'all work is kicking. My butt, if you guys know I'm a respiratory therapist. I work in the hospital. I'Ve been picking up a lot of overtime and if you follow me on Tick Tock, you probably could figure it out, because that's all I kind of post is Hospital content. Well, I post both, but that's another story too about Tick Tock yeah, so I just been working a lot and that's just it. I still love YouTube. I still love doing this. It'S just that. Work is taken away from that and at the end of the day, I had to ask myself what is really paying my bills, not that this is about money, but at the end of the day I have a real life outside of social media. I really have a lot of stuff that I need to take care of, and I got ta go to work, some YouTubers. They don't work. This is all they do. But for me I work. So that's why you. My content has been like this, but if you guys turn that notification Bell on you will get notified. When I upload I'm going to try my best to kind of upload a little bit more, I hate when people say you're not being consistent or you got to be consistent. What is consistent, consistency is what works for you and your life I'ma say it again. Consistency in your life is what works for you if somebody's, not uploading, it's not because they going through something it's because they got real lives out here. We trying to we trying to make it out here. You know what I'm saying so I I just hate that Narrative of consistency do what you can to survive out here in this jungle. Okay, do what you need to do to pay your bills at the end of the day, social media, if it's paying your bills, be consistent with that. But if it's not doing, I'm I'm getting on a rant, but just do what you need to do, and I know I haven't also been like watching other people's videos. I know sometimes you guys see me in like lives and other people's chats and stuff honestly y'all. I I could barely keep up with my own. I had I had another YouTuber and I love her to Pieces, but I commented on one of her videos the other day and she kind of made me realize that I don't want to say she looked at me. Like a subby, because at the end of the day, I still am, I'm not I'm, not your friend, these YouTubers aren't your real friends, I'm going on a rant right now, y'all, but I told you I want to talk to y'all. Her comment was something about. Oh there you are or yeah A lot's happened since you haven't been watching or something I can't watch everybody's videos. I can't comment on everybody's videos. We as YouTubers. We try to support other people when we can, but don't take it personal. If I'm not watching a video sis like I, I I'm trying to watch my own videos, I'm trying to respond to my own comments. You know what I'm saying and I even goes just for life like people have to stop taking stuff. So personally, when somebody's not texting, you back or calling you back or everybody's, going through their own, we going through our own. So my message is just do what you could do do what you could do put yourself together every once in a while, and you will feel better because sometimes I get in slums too. I I told you guys this before, but when I put myself together, not that you need makeup, but when you get out of those that Bonnet and stuff you know you'll feel a little bit better and I had a post on Facebook too, about stop idolizing. Other people stop looking at uh, stop scrolling, it's a lot. Y'All just do what you could do to survive and that's all I got ta say so.
