New Crystal Lace!!! + Natural Hairline +2In1 Wet And Wavy 13*6.5 Lace Frontal Wig| Ft. Geniuswigs

It was the situation. Hey beauties, welcome back to my channel. I hope you guys are all doing well, so in today's video i'm going to be showing you guys how i install this absolutely gorgeous unit. I hope you stick around till the end of the video. This video is a collaboration with genius, wigs and the box came with the wig cap and edge brush and also the unit itself. Now this unit is the newest crystal lace: invisible, not lace, front wig. It is a two in one wig. I will show you um what i mean by that later on in the video it's in 14, inches bob style and it comes with combs, an adjustable, strap and also an elastic band. The lace on this unit is very different. It'S not the regular, transparent, hd lace. This is your crystal lace. Now crystal lace lays flat and is more undetectable. It also matches every skin tone, as you can see it seamlessly blends into my skin. I know you can't really see it right now, but in person you can tell the difference and crystal lace is also more durable than your transparent lace. Here, i'm doing a durability test. I really do like hd lace, but the problem is it's pretty thin and rips easily. So, as you can see, the regular, transparent lace, basically just tore in half, but with crystal lace, it's more durable and guys. I was applying a lot of pressure, but it just wasn't ripping like, of course it did um slack a little bit, but it did not rip. So this is way better than your regular, transparent lace and also the crystal lace is softer. It'S see-through, it's more durable! It'S properly ventilated and it has less obvious knots guys this hairline is everything. So it comes pre-plugged, it comes pre-bleached. You do not need to customize it and i believe it's a 13 by 6.5, so you can definitely part this unit. However, you want to um this unit comes in the length 10 and the longest length, i believe, is 24 inches. I do have 180 density, but you can choose between 130 and 150. This unit is pretty full. However, i do like the density of this unit and you can get it in the natural color, which is what i have a highlight: color or an ombre color. The sizing is also very unique because you can get a length 10, 12, 14. 16. 18. In a bulb style - and you can also get the same lens in the regular style if that makes sense, so the lace on this unit is a reddish brown lace which is supposed to match your skin tone. So for the installation of this unit, i went ahead to pop this unit on my head and guys please and please, if you can, do the invisible, um. Sorry, no invisible the bold cap method because i actually did the bald cap method. But i just didn't like how the the cap looked. I used a different glue. I'Ll show you guys the glue later on and it was just lifting, so i had to take it off and of course um. I i couldn't redo it because i had makeup on and i feel like with the bold cap method. You definitely need to do it without um makeup else. It'Ll be super messy. So that's why i just went ahead to wear a regular wig cap, but if you want this lace to like fully fully melt, i mean it's already melted. But if you want people to believe that it's your hair, then you definitely need to do the bald cap method um. So this is the glue i use or the hairspray. It'S the olive oil one. A lot of people use this um glue and they love it. But for some weird reason i just i don't know it didn't work for me today, um, maybe because i had makeup. I don't even know because i did clean the surface before i applied um the hairspray. So i don't know if it's a makeup thing um, but i would definitely try to install this um. This wig again i'll use this glue with no makeup and see if it, if it like, does better because it did hold, it did stay a while, but it definitely left like some white residue, and it was quite messy, which only happens. It'S got to be when i use my tresemme spray or my got to be black gel. I didn't get any um residue, so i just used my alcohol to like clean it and i used a washcloth. I didn't use like wipes and stuff because i didn't want it to leave some more particles on the hair, so i went ahead to tie it down with my elastic band, just to make sure the lace is melted. You can actually wear this as a glueless unit because it comes with um an elastic band, so you don't need to worry about the lace. Lifting is definitely secure and it fully fully melts into your skin guys. You guys gon na see how this stuff looks like scalp like it looks like it was growing from my scalp. I honestly didn't realize how much i like the units until after, like i fully styled it, but yeah this. This wig guys just just be patient, like you're gon na absolutely love love this wig. So i went ahead to add some tresemme heat protectant, because i wanted to curl this unit um. I do have to say i feel like it doesn't take to curl very well. Um i did watch some reviews on this wig before i installed it, and i noticed that i mean their their curls kind of came out right, maybe because they use a curling wand um. I use my flat iron to get like flying curls and it just it wasn't giving the look that i wanted to give. However, it was still like a very nice look. I wanted. I was going for the um roller set kind of look like freshly relaxed roller set kind of look if that makes sense, but it was giving me like um loose sprayed out, which is not a problem. I think it still looks cute in the end. Um. Probably next time i will go in with my um one curler and not my flat iron. I straighten the hair first and then i curled it so when you're curling the left side of your hair you're supposed to curl it away from your face and when you're curling the right side, you curl it towards your face in terms of softness. This unit was actually very, very soft um. It reminded me of like african-american hair, if i make sense so maybe when you blow out your 4b type hair, not 4c about more of like a 4a4b. If that makes sense, if you've ever felt a 4a or 4b hair, then you know what i'm talking about pause guys look at the scalp, oh my word scalp coming through by the way guys this unit comes pre-bleached. I don't know if i mentioned that, so you literally do not need to do any work. The only work you need to do is install this unit and of course i mentioned you can wear it as a clueless unit, so you don't even need to like add glue and all that if you don't know how to do all these things, you're fine, you Can just pop it on it pop it on your head and straighten it so yeah. This is me basically just trying to like finesse this curl situation, but yeah. I think it's a very nice look and guys this unit wasn't melted right. I don't know if you guys can see, but the scalp is it's given scalp, so i went ahead to add some powder to um the front part of my hair just to conceal the demarcation between my hair and the um wig cap. This is why i said it's best to do the invisible part method. Sorry, no invisible part, the um, bald cap method so that you don't have that band or you could just skip the wig cap and not wear any at all. But if you do want to wear a wig cap, then please please, please make sure you do the ball cap method, so you don't have like the band showing because the lace on this is pretty thin. So it's like see-through. You literally see everything. Okay, so yeah. This is me just trying to do a little sideburn situation with edges and sideburns, not my expertise. I was just literally playing um with the hair, but you know i think i think it looks good. It looks a bit cute. This hair did not shed at all guys like. I was really brushing and combing, and there was literally no shedding and it definitely looks super duper natural, the hairline looks natural, the hair itself. It looks very, very natural. I love how it has some frizz to it. So it just makes it look like it's actually like your hair and the length i chose, which is the 14 um bob style. I personally love love, love this length i feel like this is a very natural length. If you want to go for a longer length, of course, you can absolutely do that, but for me this is this is i feel like this is the length of my hair right now. So it's a very natural, so here i'm serving you guys, looks i'm posing like a model showing you the hairline a hundred times, because you guys have to see this hairline. I went ahead to do some edges as you can see, and i think it even looks way more natural. So remember i mentioned that this wig is a two-in-one wig. This unit is a straight unit or kinky straight unit and also a curly unit. Now you do need to apply water to get the curls popping. Now i do have to say in the beginning. I was a bit concerned because i just thought: maybe a little bit of water will touch the hair and it will revert, but guys you literally have to soak this hair like it has to be drenched in water for the curls to pop. So that's a good thing. So, if you're out and it's raining, you don't have to worry about your hair, just being a curly mess um, it might have some waves to it, but nothing to worry about and guys the curls. When the curls dried, listen. It was serving a natural hair, goodness, like it looked, super duper natural um. I didn't show it when it was fully dried because uh after i filmed the video i kind of had the wig on, and i was editing and doing stuff till like late in the evening before i took it out and it looked even better like hours later. So i recommend that you let this hair, fully dry, um and also one thing i like about this unit - is that when it's dried with curly hair most times it gets like very poofy and big, but with this hair, when it dries, it's just a very natural Density and volume - if that makes sense, honestly guys, i don't even know which i like better the curly or the straight, because they both were serving, looks okay, so yeah. I just went ahead to let this hair air dry yeah, i'm going to show you the hair. I think 50 dry and i did a little cute style at the end. So this is the unit 50 dry and, as you can see, it still has a lot of curls to it, but um it's it's not like poofy. If that makes sense, it has some body, but it's not like ridiculously big. If i make sense, i feel like i'm just chatting too much at this point, but yeah this is the hair. This is how it looks curly and it's absolutely gorgeous the multiple styles. You can do with do with this unit. I went ahead to do like a quick little twist and tuck and it looks even more natural guys when the hair dried in this state. I was looking at myself and i was just admiring myself like too beautiful. Okay, so please guys check out genius wigs! You absolutely love. Love love, this wig. If you don't own a wig, then this is the wig to own. It'S very, very affordable. It'S the perfect lace, it's very beginner friendly and it is a two-in-one wig.
