Slay 23 Of 30| Shoulder Length Curled Rollerset Bob| Vshow Hair

Hey y'all and welcome back to my channel today we'll be doing a shoulder length. Roller set um, you know, curled bob and today's hair is provided by v, show hair. Now they did send me over uh this pretty uh body wave, um, lace, frontal wig. It is a full, a frontal parting space yeah. I see one new shirt period, anywho um. They did send me over this beautiful body wave wig and today i am going to create this side. Part curled, bob roller set um look. This is what the little whis uh looks like fresh out of the box. It is pre-plugged i did plug some more, but i didn't really have to do much, and you know it is a full parting space that has the combs the adjustable straps. The body wave pattern is so pretty and of course, y'all know i went ahead. Did some plucking bleach the knots you know washed it it's still a little wet, but we're gon na dry that throughout the process of styling my client today. So this is my client today she's a newbie new face on the channel and um. You know i was just like you know. We had a little issue. She couldn't find a wig. You know in time because she had to go to work. So i was like you know what girl, which i'm going to do, one of my little youtube reviews and we are going to call it a day, so she did want um. She had the idea of kind of like how i did dolo hair when i did dolo that, like that ombre gray, the powder blue um, look with the you know. Roller set curls with the middle part that went so crazy on my channel one of my socials. So she wanted that same look, but she just wanted it with a side part. So, of course y'all know. I went ahead. Um, you know cleaned her with my beautiful lace. Prep use my skin protect my skin protectant as well or just scalp down with the growth, oil and everything, and i also use my stocking cap and you know, got her cap melted down and now i'm just going in with my layers of lace made adhesive. So usually i'll show you guys one layer, but i'm going to show you two layers today. So i'm pretty much i'm showing you how thick and how much glue that i use for one layer and once that layer dries completely clear which i will you know it will transition over to show you that i will go ahead and add the next coat now. Um, this is what it looked like after that layer dry completely clear. So you can let your layer dry completely clear, um, that's the best thing to do, but if you are slightly impatient, then you can just wait for most of it to turn clear. But when you apply your next coat just make sure you spread it out, really really good. You just want to make sure you spread each layer out regardless really good, so it can dry clear with no problem, but once i get all of her layers applied, i will go ahead and begin to pull down the lace into place, and this wig was slightly Too big well, it was too big for her hair because she does have like a small head. So um, i am going to you, know, be cutting a lot of that extra lace off um around the sides and also in the back of her head too, because we did sew it down. But it was still like a lot of a lot. A lot of of that wig left, so i end up cutting more off the back but um. However, after letting all those layers dry, i'm pulling that lace down into that glue and i'm just going to begin to blow dry on the heat setting and i'm also going with my glam wax stick and the hot comb and get those roots pressed out. Some more before tying it down with that meltdown. Okay talking today so after letting that milk belt sit, i'm going to go ahead and remove it and begin to cut off the extra lace and, as i mentioned earlier, um, it is a lot of extra lace on this wig. So i will be doing a lot of cutting, especially on um, like the size and, of course, the back, but once i get all this extra lace cut off, i will begin to um. You know razor all the extra lace off the front of the uh frontal part of the wig, and you know get everything prepped for the styling portion, so um. You know just continue to watch what i'm doing and stay tuned. Oh okay, and before someone asked me, why do i pull out that section in the front before i raise her off, because that's the part that has to get cut off any anyways, because you just all always want to uh. You know like apply the glue. The same exact, hairline, uh format that the person's head is that way when you apply anybody's wig, it would not be too far down just follow the natural pattern of their hairline when placing the glue - and you know you will see whatever gets glued down - is, what's Supposed to be glued or whatever whatever doesn't get glued um is what's supposed to get cut off. So you will see me going with the scissors and also with the fresh eyebrow razor and just get all of that extra off and whatever else is actually needed. Then you know, i would just tack it down, of course, because you do not want the real hair um showing outside of that lace. So once i get everything tacked down and laid on this side, i will go ahead and cut the extra lace off on the other side, and then i will go across the hairline again with her foundation um across the top. Before i get, you know, begin to style and pull down the baby hairs and then tie it down again with the melt belt, and this lace was okay. To be honest, like the lace, it gave me light brown, but it also gave me like a yellowish color and at first i was just like there's no way, i'm going to be able to install this lace, but i just treated the like the yellowish lace color. As if it was transparent, so usually uh, usually when i do install transparent lace, i make sure i add enough foundation without taking the install. I just apply it on the cap on the inside of the lace and, of course, on top of it again. So once you know it seems a little bit lighter than her skin right now, but once i go back in once again with that foundation, apply it on top, it's just going to blend exactly how it needs to be blended. So i fix that little issue. As always, but um, as i mentioned, i'm just going to finish tucking this down, get the baby hairs. Prep get the styling prep and i'm going to go with my stove curlers um get everything curled up in style, which is you know later on in this video. So just keep watching talking talking talking change, oh now, this body wave wig was pretty long, but because we really wanted to go for that same kind of look, i did for dolo um, we ended up cutting it and we did cut off. You know a pretty good amount, but you know at the end of the day it is a body wave week and we know that body wave wigs, the body wave pattern hair in general holds curl better than the straight um. I don't know why it's like that. It'S just always been like that, apparently so um also another thing too, you guys may notice. Her part is on the right side versus the left. I usually do my parts on the left, but she wanted hers on the right so right now, i'm just taking the hair and i'm just kind of blunt cutting it and, as you can see, i showed you guys about how much of it i cut off. But you can also can see it right here with me, cutting it. Oh this thing look like scalp y'all, but um, i'm just making it a quick little blunt cut all around. I didn't press it out first and then do it. I just you know, left it kind of like in this natural state after being air, dried and blow dried, and i just quickly just clipped it all around and i'm just gon na go in with my stove curlers and just curl everything y'all know i like to Split the back of the head in half and i start with the bottom section and work my way up, so i'm just going to go in with my marcel curling iron. I added some fantasias heat protectant spray and i'm just going to get that thing. Curled up. I'M not going to go too much in detail with the curling, because i do have detail. Curling videos on my channel y'all just got ta scroll, it's like 400 videos, but they don't they don't talking about. Okay! Oh oh! Oh, this oh channel, uh uh and i had to take a throwback with the marcel today because my curling iron broke, and this is why it's just good to be versatile with all type of tools. Don'T get. So you know stuck on plug-in tools because guess what guys, if they break and you're working, what you're gon na do what you're gon na do? You know what i'm saying so you got ta have different techniques and you just learn the basics, like the master alliance. Go way way way back to when mama hustler was doing the hair and was doing hair in her teenage years at the flea market, and you know what i'm saying so. It'S like. I just had to learn that and boom. That'S just how that go. But, however, i did go ahead and curl everything up and i'm just kind of teasing it out, and now i'm gon na go in with my eyebrow razor and just raise it it down just a little lightly. Just really give the you know the hair, some form and definition. Usually when i do these type of looks, i don't cut too much. I just lightly raise across the top, because, usually, if you just raise at the top right, it really give off that layered. Look anyway and it helped the curls like fall into place so um. I hope you guys are enjoying this video. I really thought this look was really really cute um and you know you got to be able to curl. You know curl hair to fit people um. Usually, when you do styles like this, you really want to like shape the frame of the person's face. When you're doing this look, i know some people don't like hearing their face and you know and everything like that, so some people might want their hair to go. Just straight to the side, but most of my clients they they know i like to go for that. Look that wifey. Look that, yes, everything is in place. It'S cute, it's laid is all of that so um. I really enjoyed doing this look. It was so pretty, and i also test my skills whenever somebody one day, part on the opposite side, because it teaches me how to curl to both sides, because you know everybody wants things differently, but i really love this look overall. Now i'm just going to go ahead and black sprinkles apart and y'all know, of course the end is approaching. So this pretty much sums up this video.
