Hi there it's diane from red poppy, wigs located in the kansas city, metro area. I just wanted to take a few minutes today to show you two new wigs that i got in this afternoon. They are brand new from tony of beverly, very cute bobs, with just a messy look, but i thought first, i'd switch things up just a bit and today i'm on with my natural hair. So it surprises me very much too that at 61 years old i have black hair. I don't color it. I don't do anything but wash it and put conditioner on it. So so much for wonderful genetics, i guess because i i'm as surprised as everybody else is, but this is my natural hair. I am getting very thin and covered surgeries age life. You can see that it's thinning, but in general i can go out and it's not a problem but growing up in the late 70s disco, 80s era, perms and big hair. As much as i did this straight thing too. I once - and i like big hair, so so that's where the wigs come in so i'll just show you a little bit about what i do: um everybody's different and how they wear a wig and what they use underneath since i do have hair, which this is Covet hair, it's never this long, i mean for decades. I do use a net, it's just an open, it's got elastic on one end and the other end. It'S just um, just the gnat and some some people like to put these on it just does help keep my hair up a little bit better because it is so fine and i've got a lot of baby hairs and big earrings on today, which was probably not A wise choice, so i just put this on first try to get as much hair up underneath there as i can, and these do come in different colors. So there's i think, maybe two other colors so a beige, maybe it's just beige and black. I haven't since i only used black, but i do carry the other colors so get as much hair up underneath there, as i can now these. Both these wigs are not well they're mine, i guess legally, because i do own them, but they will. They are for sale, so they're not going to stay in my home, so i am going to put on the nylon protective baler barrier. Excuse me just like a pantyhose when you or is what it is basically like you do when you try shoes on and that's just for hygiene reasons, as i mentioned in my other videos, you should always have this when you're trying on wigs just as a protection For you and the next person who might try that wig on, i am licensed, licensed cosmetologist in the state of kansas and in the state of missouri, and my salon is licensed as well. So i adhere to all the sanitation and sterilization standards put out by those states, and i want to keep you as safe as possible, even outside of coving. So this first wig again tony of beverly and her name is starly s-t-a-r-l-y starly and it is in the pearl mist color, which is very fun. It'S got a lace, front machine, stitched, open weave cap. It'S they don't make heat resistant, wig synthetics in tony beverly, so it is just a standard synthetic, but it does have a lace front, so it looks very natural, um gosh i like this. This is really cute. The caps are generous um if you've heard before. Maybe that i i do have a larger head. This is really comfortable and easy to get on. I didn't have to work at it, but that's a very oops because the earring a very cute bob. It'S got this lighter very much lighter in the front and then the back's dark, and it's got it. It'S real kicky in the back kind of a messy. It'S not even it's, not even a beach wave, it's more of a messy look! If you can see it on on this other one which i'll try on next, so this was the starly in the pearl mist. Okay. So this time i'm going to put on my wig cap, my wig grip, because it does help keep them from moving small head or large head. I do recommend these. It'S basically a velvet headband. So if you rub velvet one way it's rough and it's smooth the other way. Well, this helps keep the way it's constructed. It helps keep the wig from slipping, because the wig goes against the rougher side, so this is also a starly, and this color is called caramel kiss. Let'S see if, if that's what you think it look if it looks like a caramel kiss to you same style, same cap, construction, lace, front machine stitch, so you do get a little bit more height. This one, interestingly, is a little bit tighter than the last one, but that's the way it goes. It'S like that with clothes, any kind of garments you they're not always exactly the same but way cute color too. I, like it it'll, be nice for a lot of different. I can see my see what i'm doing be nice for a lot of different people. These just came out of the box so but again, just a really nice length bob right chin length on me. If your head's smaller it'd be a little bit longer and again, this one is more variegated throughout the whole entire wig, as opposed to the last one which had the much lighter lighter front darker back. So this comes in a lot of colors. It is not heat resistant, it's a traditional synthetic, but it's it's a really cute style, so good job, tony beverly. These are darling. I think they'll be a great addition to for people who want a bob and not too much height. If, if that's a concern, even with the permatease up there, it's not a crazy amount of extra volume, just really cute, so that's it for this afternoon, just want to jump on really quick and show you these wigs again. C G: This wig looks really cute on you. Some reviewers show it looking pretty flat, which didn’t appeal to me. I wonder if more retailers will start carrying it at some point. It is hard to find.

Helen Williams: Hi Diane - thanks for another great review - I love Tony of Beverly - have had 3 Arya in colour Sangria. Recently got one in T Platinum - my daughters say it's a more "mature" look (hey, I'm 63! - I can swing it) but they think it's great. Also have an Isla in Sangria. When we get Starly

allykatt1849: Great review, Diane! Your natural hair is very pretty! I've never tried Tony of Beverly. Do you feel they run true to size (average) or more on the petite side? Thanks!

Cindy Leyba: Thank you for showing Starly, they both are very pretty on you! I sure would love to see the inside cap features of all the wigs you show. That is always the deciding factor for me ...I like to know if the cap is fairly open on top for airflow, or if there is that heavy rose lace. Heavy rose lace is so hot!

Cassie Brown: You still have a generous amount of hair. I keep mine cut in layers. You're so lucky to have natural hair color. I'm about 80% gray and still color my hair ( age 62 ). Love the wig style, but the first color is my favorite. Good tutorial.

Diane R-D: I've been looking for that style. Lots of layers but not so long. I hate when the hair fibers rib against my collar. I'm going to check out all the colors. Thanks! Diane

Linda p.p.: Love the Starly and it looks great on you. Maybe we could call it a modern bob.

Helen Williams: Oops that was cut off ... Starly's really new so sometimes there's a delay getting new items here (I'm in Ontario). Looking forward to more reviews!!

Sandra Pasquarella: Hi, Thank you for the review. Such a lovely wig. Can you tell me what the average price point on this wig is and can you post a link where I could purchase it. Thanks!

Elaine Clements Finn: So cute !

Cheryl J: Are you seeing a little red in the caramel kiss? That’s what I need!

Diane R-D: Could you show both wigs with height on crown area (gel or piece out cream) thanks so much! Diane

RubyRazzie: Hi Diane. I've just discovered your channel and am enjoying watching your videos. You have mentioned that you have a large head. Would you mind sharing your measurements and also the length of your face from hairline to chin? That would help in knowing where a wig might fall on me. Thanks!

Chris Boyd: What are you head measurements? I’m 22.75” so it’s helpful to know what your size it when you say roomy! How much permatease?

Patti Bamford: Where can I buy one? Can’t see it in wig websites

Shirley East: Any way we can come try on?

Rachel Moore: tighter w wig grip
