Wavy Bob Wigs! Comparing 4 Wavy Bobs: Hayden, Fortune, Soft & Subtle, Isabella Mono

Hey everyone welcome to another wig comparison, video. My name is denise, i'm also known as haywig's sister on instagram and facebook, and today i am going to bring you four uh chin length, bobs that are messy and wavy and have some cap features and i'm so excited to do this comparison. So you're going to see in this video hayden by henry margu, that's what's actually on my head right now main attractions fortune, uh, soft and subtle by gabor and isabella mono by bell madame, i think, they're, all very similar styles, and so, if you're in the market. For a chin length bob then stay tuned because i'm going to share with you the similarities and the differences, and maybe that will help you as you're on your week journey and trying to make a decision which wig to buy so if you're interested keep watching. So i'm doing something a little fun and a little different with this video. I am going to be doing some quick changes and coming in and out with the different wigs on my head, just so that you can see something a little different just playing around with the formatting a little bit. But i will spend a fair amount of time with uh filming these on wig heads or mannequin heads on the table so that you can see them all side by side and in that segment i am going to tell you a little bit more specifics about them And give you some measurements and that kind of stuff, so on my head right now is isabella mono. This is by bell, madame, which is primarily a line out of the uk. I did receive isabella mono by or i'm sorry from continental wigs. They did send me this one for review and i do have a review of this really really beautiful style. On my channel, all the wigs i am showing you today, i have reviewed individually, and so you can go check out those reviews. If you want more in-depth details about each one and i will link those below, but i think the goal for this is to help you see all of these side by side and on me, so that you can know how they might look different on you. I will also tack a picture on at the end of this video, where you'll see each one of these side by side i'll splice them all together, so that you can see them one after another side by side in one frame. Something to keep in mind. As i do, this video is that all of the wigs that i'm going to show you are actually ones that i love and have worn, except for hayden, which is on loan from awake sister, all the others. I'Ve worn this soft and subtle that i have on. I have worn quite a lot actually, so none of them are brand new out of the box. I will tell you that they're all wearing beautifully. I can wear them over and over and over again, and they still look great and a big reason, for that is the length, so anything that's around just above shoulder length where they don't touch your shoulder. A lot is perfect because you're not getting the wear and tear that happens when they rub on clothing. But i wanted to put that disclaimer in there, because when you wear a wig a lot and you've washed a wig a number of times, as i have with this soft and subtle some of the waves and the curls, they may relax a little bit. You know she's definitely not as bouncy and poofy as when i first got her. I still think she's great to show, and it also shows you how well some of these wigs can really wear, which is fantastic and for the final wig. In this comparison series i have on fortune by main attraction. You know, as i've been going back and forth, and i've been switching out in and out of these wigs. I have really noticed differences in fit and just how uh the density of the wigs, so the one i have on my head right now fortune by main attraction, fits me the biggest and feels like it has kind of the most hair. I would say it's probably on par with hayden. Hayden would be the next down as far as fit where it would. It fits me very well a little bit generous and feels like there's quite a bit of hair and then next in line would be soft and subtle. Soft and subtle is in the petite average size. So soft and subtle actually comes in a average petite and an average large and i've had both of them. The average large was slightly too big for me and the average petite is slightly too small for me, so not too small, but slightly small fits me smaller. So some of the things you'll notice, when you have a wig on that, fits you either small or large. It are things like: where do the ear tabs fall? These practically i mean if they weren't a little forward of my ears. They would cover my ears, whereas the belma dam wig, which fits me the smallest of all, the wigs smallest of any wig i've ever owned. That wasn't a true you know: labeled petite, i'm smaller than ellen villa though those ear tabs sit way back. So what happens? Is you get coverage issues sometimes if you have a low hairline, like i do on this wig right here, you can barely see my hairline, whereas on the smallest wig of the bunch isabella mono by bell, madame, you can really see a lot more. I'Ve got my remote in my hand, because i'm going back and forth so much, you can really see it, and this ear tab sits way up here, whereas the fortune i just had on it was way down here. So those are some of the differences you'll find and why it's really important that you measure your head make sure you know that your what your head measurements are not just your circumference, which is important, but all of your measurements. Let me demonstrate actually i'm going to grab a tape measure and demonstrate okay. So when you measure your circumference or your head measurements, i'm not going to do them fully, but i just want to give you an example, so you're going to measure in addition to your circumference, which is all basically all the way around your hairline you're, going to Take it from ear to ear, you want that measurement and you want from here to the back of the nape. So you want all three of those measurements at a minimum, i'm out of breath, because i ran all the way to the basement to get that tape. Measure so this measurement this measurement and this measurement. It is also helpful to know how you measure from your forehead or your hairline, to your eyebrows, if you're gon na buy ways with a fringe and from your forehead to your chin, that will help you. When you see the length of the sides of a wig so you'll know, will it hit you at your chin below your chin, really helpful if you're in the market for bob's, because a length of an inch could make the difference between a super short bob and A little bit of a longer bob, so that's my advice to you all right. Let'S get to the mannequin heads all right, everyone! This is a real challenge. I'M having trouble um getting this so that it doesn't distort um the mannequin heads as you can see, the one over here looks bigger than this one, which is not the case. It'S just what my camera is doing. So i'll do my best with this, and hopefully this will be helpful and we'll just see how it goes. So i have them set up with hayden right over here, so we've got hayden right there. That'S hayden next to hayden. Right here is isabella mano next to isabella, we've got soft and subtle and on the end, is fortune by main attraction. Now i did pull all of the specs, and so i will put those in the description but they're pretty similar specs and they all list them. A little bit differently but, as you can see, i mean they're. Sorry i just kicked the camera. They'Re actually really really similar. I'D, say the biggest differences that you're gon na find are in how the layering is done. So um. You can see that we've got some layering here. That seems just a little shorter on hayden than on isabella and over on fortune. I would say that hayden and fortune are nearly identical, specs and everything which would make sense because they're kind of by the same manufacturer just under different brand names. I would say that soft and subtle is probably the most different in the sense of layering soft and subtle has less layering. So i have noticed that as well. So let me flip them for you and um so that you can kind of see how that layering plays out. Okay, i know in previous videos i've not paused the camera when i flipped, but with four wigs and lights. All around me, it's too hard for me to do that. So here we go, i've turned them on their sides and now you can kind of see that we've got similar layering here, an isabella, mono, soft and subtle, very long layers, not a lot of layering going on, and then we've got the fortune, which again is very Similar to hayden now let me turn them to the back all right and from the back they're pretty similar. I would say that soft and subtle is longer now keep in mind. These mannequin heads are the exact same size, regardless of how this camera might be. Distorting the ends they're the exact same size and so isabella mono looks shorter to me. It felt shorter to me when it was on, which is interesting, because i think it's got the longest kind of measurements, and so i wonder if they measure the hair from before. It'S waved and once it's gotten the waves in it if it shrinks up a little bit but from the back they're all you know fairly similar length, similar type wave pattern. Alright, and now i've got hayden and fortune side by side. I'Ve removed isabella, mono and soft and subtle because at the end of the day, they're just a little bit different i'd, say they're all pretty similar. But these are the two most comparable cap fit mono top measurements are nearly identical, and so, if you're looking at a style like this - and you really like one or the other - maybe it's not in stock. Maybe it's not in stock in the color that you want. Take a look at the other one, so if you really like hayden, take a look at fortune and see, if maybe that one is in stock for you or vice versa, there is a price difference as well and, quite honestly, i'm not sure that the price difference Is warranted so i do think that fortune is great value, and so, if you're on a budget - and you like this style - maybe you go with fortune because it is a little bit cheaper again. You'Ve got the layering. You'Ve got a long fringe which you can cut into a full fringe. If you want to the waves, aren't too prominent on that that, if you wanted to cut a full fringe, you sure could um, i think they're really great uh, and hopefully you got to see what you wanted to see in this video or just give you another. The density just feels just perfect for me, uh. Sometimes i get overwhelmed by wigs. If you're like me and you've been losing your hair forever, even many years of wearing wigs and i'm in my um um two and a half years in now, i still get overwhelmed by them sometimes, and this one just feels the most natural hangs. In my face. The least and is wearing awesome. So that's my pick of the four, but i love them all and wear them like i said, except for hayden, which i hope to get in my collection someday.
