I did not receive them until June. I understand the whole Copeland situation, it's real, but truly it got caught up in customs and I could tell that that was the case because it literally like the packaging was destroyed. It was fondled like. I would hope that the company would not present on a more centromere in this manner, so it kind of makes it a little difficult for me to give you my opinion about their packaging and all that stuff, and I kind of just wanted to say this up Front because the rest of the video is just going to be pretty much quick into it, so I just kind of went to come with to you guys with this real quick, their customer surveys kind of upset me um. They did answer, which is a benefit, because you know I was really just trying to understand how it is. I purchased these two weights from them at the same time that I purchased them to other wigs from other companies in the same area, and I also purchased on a bag and whatnot so and I had receive those within week razón now the company assured me that You know I have insurance with them, so I really don't have to worry about. If I don't get it once the once, the extended time has opted out I'll receive a refund, no matter what you know in just be patient. They extended the shipping time twice. Just so they wouldn't have to take everyone. I literally was in process of moving and got a little delayed and would completely miss my shipment and they need to care. So I wasn't very impressive for customer service and but that will not reflect about the product. But what I will say is the biggest issue was the way they shipped the packaging are the packages. It wasn't necessarily that I mean it wasn't a situation that they were in control of after it left their facility, but their choice and shipping and the options that they give. You are a part of what was the problem so with them. I did pay an additional amount for shipping, it wasn't for shipping and on top of that it was live and it took forever - and I know - and I think it's because I noticed a trend - that without Express hair, if it's real hair doesn't me give you the Dhl, the UPS, the FedEx option - and you know you're, going to just get your product and go and you're good. But when you're dealing with a company that has such a low profit margin, it is not really for them to invest into better shipping options. For you, and so you're, just kind of stuck with what you did and using the shipping Dali's fresh shipping, or I think the China direct shipping whatever it was. It just goes way too long and it was just there. You can convenient and I just wanted to bring on us okay, so you guys, I am just them get right into at the final leg, and you see I Erica's best of house feeling, but this color is super cute. It does give me a synthetic view, but not as much as I've seen other way. Excuse me, the situation like no one's gon na be able to call you out on synthetic life. I have a pretty good idea of how it should perform as long as I take it off every night, and you know all that good stuff, so we're going to just do a check and make sure that it is performing the way it should perform.
