Cheap Amazon Headband Wig | At Last A Link I Can Share!!!

Hey everyone. Thank you so much for being here today. My name is Denise. I'M also known as Hey wig's sister on Instagram and Facebook. Today, I'm here to bring you a budget friendly, headband wig review, I'm going to show you this headband wig from Sapphire wigs. This is an Amazon wig. I purchased this wig on Amazon. I get asked all the time if I can make recommendations for budget friendly, headband, wigs and unfortunately, I'm not really in the market for any, because I have a number of headband wigs. I purchased like years ago off of eBay that are still working for me plus. I have my human hair headband wig, but this question comes up so much. I went on the hunt for one for you guys so that I could see if I could find something to recommend I purchased this. I can recommend it if you want to know more, don't fret about the length, because a future tip Tuesday I'm going to show you how to cut the length off of a wig like this and even thin it out a little. If you need to so stay tuned for that, but if you want to know more about this, it's a really good one. You guys then stick around and I will tell you all about it because I get asked all the time. If I can make recommendations for a good headband wig, I decided to bite the bullet and go on. Do some research and try to find a good one that I can review? I have a human hair headband Wig by Milano that I absolutely love but really believe it's not for everybody, because if you're just going to wear a headband wig in a ponytail or a messy updo, you probably don't want to pay the price of a really good Quality human hair wig, but if you think you want one to wear down and you're sensitive to synthetic, I love that wig and I will definitely link that video. I did on that in the description because I highly recommend it, but for just knocking around a 20 dollar headband wig is just fine, so I think I paid somewhere around 22 on Amazon. I will link this wig in the description I had seen some people post about it on Facebook and I thought well. I always feel bad when I don't have a solution when somebody reaches out, so I just knew it was only a matter of time before I had to find a good budget-friendly, headband we'd recommend, because the ones that I have I purchased on eBay years ago, and I did videos on that wig then, but it's not available anymore. So now, I'm kind of out. So let's talk about this wig, it is incredibly long. I will be doing a tip Tuesday, we'll Trim It Up, Get rid of some of the length and potentially some of the volume, because it's a pretty thick wig, I mean when you see that's a lot of hair um. So if you are looking at it thinking gosh, I really wish I could have a headband wig, but I could never wear a wig that long for twenty dollars. It could be a really good opportunity to learn how to modify a wig to practice. I always say to you guys, the more you play with your wigs, the more you practice, the more fun this journey will be and the more flexible you become because then a wig doesn't necessarily have to be perfect for you. You can just get one and know your you can thin it. You can trim it, you can root it, you can pluck it all those things. So let's talk about the uniqueness of this one because it is a little bit different than any other um budget-friendly headband wig that I've seen so we've got closed wefting back here. What that means is these are all wefts, but they have material over the wefts so that the hair doesn't poke through which I actually really like and sorry my lighting's, a little off, I'm in my bedroom use my I use my phone when I'm in my bedroom And I have a big window in front of me, but the sun's going behind clouds and then out of clouds it's going to play with the lighting, but I think that's okay, for something like this. Now this comes with three Combs, so you have two combs at the sides just like that those little Combs there and then you have one at the nape. I don't usually use the nape comb. I often use because I'll tuck it underneath my wig grip, but the side Combs. I don't really use those. You could probably cut them out. Oh yeah, it looks like they'd be easy to cut out, but they don't bother me either. So don't worry about the Combs. This headband actually adjusts in the back, so it has velcro and you can adjust it. I will tell you guys, I'm not a fan. I think it makes this a little bit hard to put on the hair wants to get stuck in this velcro constantly, and I just don't see the value in it at all. I don't think you're gon na adjust the size appreciably just with this headband. So I'm kind of not liking it and I may look and see if I think I can even cut the headband off, because I don't even need it and still have the wig have integrity so stay tuned. If I can figure that out when I bring back a tip Tuesday with me, cutting I'll I'll, give you guys an update on that. So the headband is self is a very silky material, super silky and it's very stretchy, the wig itself, not so much the front of this wig right here. So the hard front right here where the headband is sewn is not stretchy at all. It does not give the rest of it is a little bit stretchy, but barely with that, the material they put over the wefting isn't stretchy material. This isn't going to stretch much, but it's huge. This is absolutely big head friendly large people who have large head measurements. I really think this is going to fit you. I think, if you're, a small small measurement, small circumference you're really going to struggle with this one. So here's how I put it on because this is such a pain. It'S really hard to adjust. Once it's on your head, because the hair just wants to get stuck in the velcro, I'm just not a fan of the headband but and and the other thing I'll tell you guys these want to pop. I cannot get these to stay in no matter what I do so that my tip for you. There is sew it once you get your hook, adjusters adjusted where you want them, take a needle and thread it doesn't matter what color it doesn't matter that I can't even get it in right now. It doesn't even matter that you can sew. You can put a few stitches around it and secure it, and nobody will see it. You can do that with all wigs that have those kind of adjusters all right, I'm trying to go fast, you guys, because I'm really my videos are just so darn long. All right, so what I do is I put this over my head. First, I just find it a little bit easier in getting this wig on when I do that, so I'll, stick the headband over and I'll kind of get it over my head and I'll tuck. It in can you see me tuck it in on the underside here, then I want to take the wig and I'm going to pull it over to match. So I've got the wig pulled over okay and now I'll adjust the front that to me has been the easiest way to put this on because of that kind of wonky, headband all right and then so much hair. Now I like, I said I don't really find Value and it will tangle you guys. It is so long that it does tangle so just be prepared for that. The hair is amazing, it's so soft, it's so silky! I really am impressed by how these fibers feel they're not super dry they're, not super itchy, but they do tangle so just be prepared to deal with that. The other thing I am noticing it sheds: can you see it sheds, that's really common with budget friendly, wigs as well, and this thing has so much hair on it. It can afford to shed some all right, so I have it on and, as you can see, I don't think this looks super natural because of right there. That'S why I'm not sure that I'm a fan of the headband normally with wigs that come with headbands. I don't think it looks super natural, so I always use my own headband. So that's your personal preference though you may not care, and you may like the way this black headband looks and if that's the case then go for it. Just wear it. The way you you like it now, so I have a dog at my feet. You guys so bear with me as I climb over him. I want you to see how long this isn't that crazy, my goodness it's so long, so this definitely isn't going to be. For everybody, but that's okay: twenty dollars! You get yourself a wig that you can make your own and practice so that you have so much more flexibility with your wig wearing Journey, the better your skills become all right. So now you want to put a headband over it. I really do recommend this one, you guys, if you can deal with all this hair, you can cut it. You can thin it if you're willing to do that. I really think the hair feels so good. I'M just trying to get all the hair out because it is so long now I'll link my Amazon store in the description where I have listed. I should not have worn these earrings, where I have listed all of my um favorite headbands favorite hair accessories. So I always get asked every video where I show a headband. Where do you get your headbands they're, all the different variations that I have purchased and love only if I love them are listed in my Amazon store. So just look in the description for that. Okay. So we have the headband on. You can choose to keep your headband over your ears, like that, I know a lot of people, love that look. I don't personally like that. Look for me. I just don't think it looks as good on me. So I just pushed the headband back up my head just a little bit and I tuck behind my ears. That'S going to be a personal preference. You can figure out how you want to do that all right, so this top here looks so much better because I've added more headband to it. So if you wanted to wear this down, I really think that you could, because it I think it doesn't. It'S not super shiny. I I think it looks fairly realistic. Honestly, I don't know that it's perfect but gosh for twenty dollars. You guys this doesn't look bad at all. I mean I think, even for 40 or 50 dollars. This would be a good buy because it really does work well now, let's talk about the challenge with putting this one up, because this has so much hair, it's a real challenge to put up and it might be easier to put it up in a ponytail before You put your headband on I'm just realizing because it just wants to pull this back as I do it, but you'll figure out the the approach that works best for you as you go on this journey. So let me just pull this forward a little bit because I don't want to pull it in so now, you're just going to grab all that hair and it's so much. It is a lot of hair. You guys and it's kind of heavy when you get all the hair up, because it's so much hair, that's why I think it needs to be trimmed and maybe thinned all right, so you're just going to pull the hair through. You can see what a challenge it is to get. It pulled all the way through, because it's so long, oh finally, okay, so you can get all of the hair get your headband situated. However, you like it, I can't really see in my phone very well. So if it's not looking excellent, I apologize just a teeny little screen. I can't really tell so you can totally wear it in just a ponytail and I um really with this one. I really like using these velvet scrunchies because they're sturdy and they're thick, which really works well with a wig with this much hair. But you can certainly use any ponytail holder that you want to use no problem. But I like these and they are linked in my Amazon store now, because this is so thick and so full. If you want to do it in an updo, you don't maybe don't want to wear it in a ponytail or sometimes you don't want to wear it. In a ponytail, I have been making it with two scrunchies with wigs that are not as long and have lower density. I can usually get a messy updo with just one scrunchie pulling it through fully once and then twisting the scrunchie and then pulling it partially through and then messing with the hair. This would never work with this. It won't be able to hold it. So I use two so I get the first one in its ponytail, then I take my other one and I sort of partially pull it through twist and partially pull it through again and then you can play with it. You can. You can use Clips if you want to pull some of this hair up here around you can bobby pin some of it up, so it kind of sticks up here. You can use claw Clips whatever you want to do, I'm sure it doesn't look perfect because again I can't see, but you just play with it. If you want it to be more up like this, then you could take another cloth and do that or, like I said some bobby pins, you can pull some of these stragglies around and then kind of clip them in you see what I'm saying. I think there's lots of ways to make this work, but because it's so thick, you really do need some help, keeping it up there and keeping it poofy. I can feel it. It just wants to pull off of my head right now, because this amount of hair is really heavy. I think it's pretty secure. I don't feel like the wig's gon na pull off, because the wig grip is doing a great job of holding it, but just keep that in mind. This is a lot of hair, so to thumb up, Sapphire wigs is the name. This cap is gigantic gigantic. It'S fitting me: okay with a wig grip, especially if I wear a headband over it. I think I'm okay, so I have a 22 inch circumference. My over the top of my head measurements are fairly small. All my measurements are in the description below, but if you have a petite head, unless you are very handy and can modify this cap, I think it's going to be too big, even with a wig grip. I think it's going to be too big, but if some of you have purchased this - and you have experience with it, then let me know because and put it in the description or in the comments, so other people can benefit from it. So if you've been looking for a headband wig, if you've been asking me for recommendations, I recommend this one. I think it's a good one with potentially some modifications but 100 think it's worth the money and it's every bit as good as my favorite headband wig that I purchased off of eBay three years ago. That one was not quite as long and full and it didn't have the it was only a 3 4 Swig. It didn't have the headband attached. Those are the only things that I would say make that one better than this one, but as far as the hair fibers go they're great on this one at least right now, who knows what the longevity will be, but if you're gon na wear them like this? It doesn't matter, that's my biggest tip for you guys is you if you want to wear a wig with a headband in a bun like this, there's no reason that you have to spend a ton of money on it really because you don't see much of it And so you don't need it to be awesome: hair fibers! You don't need it to be an awesome cap because you you're hiding most of it so and I set that in my review of my Milano Band - Fall human hair, curly wig. I love that wig. I wear it all the time down if I never wanted to wear that one down, if I only ever wanted to wear it up, I'm not sure I could justify the price. So keep that in mind you guys you don't have to spend a lot of money for some wigs depending on how you're going to wear it. So thanks for watching you guys, I hope this helped you.
