Wig Review: Milky Way Harmony Lacefront & Ootd

Good morning, vintage beauties, so it is that time only to swap that out it's time again for another one of my week reviews I didn't even go out and purchase another one because or I didn't go purchase one today. I already had this one that I purchased, that I never wore just kept going to my new favorite beauty supply to get their little wave of wigs or their. You know. Whatever I saw that I wanted that last one I got was a synthetic curly wig which I'm still gon na keep, because I started to like it more as time went on so as usual. Every two weeks, sometime every week, I will switch my wig up because I'm more at the end of the day. That'S why I switch it. I still have more life in that wig and the straight Weaver wigs. I have more life in that one as well, because you can flat iron it and you can put the rods on and - and you know, get a curl in it, so the wig I'm going to do today is Milky Way harmony, human hair master mix. So it's the lace front, wig, it's um human hair master with mix. So it's just saying it has some human hair with the most advanced fibers. Don'T treat this like it's, not human, hair wig. You know I. I buy a lot of different types of wigs different styles and based on the style is what I get and the price, because I know how I am. I know that I don't like to keep the same way for a long time. So I that's what I look for more than how long it'll last is the price for how long I know I'm going to wear it, and so I won't spend $ 100 on a synthetic wait. I may spend 50 if it looks really good, because I'm not gon na keep it that long. So I try to save 50 or below only because my intent is to wear my wig for two weeks sometime one week, so I'm always getting jet-black hair. No, I just like it on. I like it on black women, so here's the lace this week was. This is one of the ones when I purchased the three wigs and remember, I got that curly when they look like a mop, and I was like nope, not gon na happen. So I have this for about three three months now, so I think this week was $ 17.99 online from Wiig types calm. So I purchased this way from Wiig types calm. It was $ 17.99. It was Milky Way, harmony, human hair, master mix, lace, front wig. I kind of like the lace part where I can leave my hair out just because I don't feel like dealing with the lace and cutting it and all that other good stuff. So I'll be back. I am going to go ahead and cut this lace off film and you'll see the way when it's on. Let me see. Do I have a part. I don't we're gon na fix that I'm just gon na add to control that on down stay tuned. Okay, I went ahead and plucked it with my hands, which is another option if you're not that great at tweezing, I like to put some edge control, in my part, just to hide the hose and kind of minimize the hole. So let me go a little closer. So you can see the hose I try to minimize and then I put some cun well, I pull up my good ol Anastacio Beverly Hills, contour kit. This is what this for. I don't. I don't like their creamy Cape for some reason, and so I wore it a couple times. It'S just not easy to do anything with to me. I went ahead and did the stocking cap method where I glued the stocking cap on what got to be blue pump. It up hold inspire. Remember I told you all about that hota spray from the 90s and I went ahead and secured it like that just so I can go a little better. Of course, I'm not going to do it anything with this, because I'm not gon na wear this up. This is going to be down, so I don't have to do anything with the with the sides. It'S soft, it's very similar to that other wig that I wore a few months ago, where I transformed and I'll insert a picture. So you can see it's a different company. Let me try to remember the difference so with this one. I think it was cheaper. It didn't cost as much, but it looks just as good. Let'S see if I can get this hoodie down, so you can so it's kind of a. What do you call that when it goes it's like angled, not angled, not layered? It'S that I like it. You guys, I kind of I honestly like it better than the other one. It'S soft um, it's not too shiny. If you can see it has that kind of yaki texture. I really did that part good though it has that kind of yaki texture. So I did it a little more because I'm going to a baby shower today, so I'm going to do my makeup and I'm gon na put on one of my funky thrifted outfits. Think i'ma wear something kind of like different. So I don't look like everybody at the baby shower wan na blend in, but it's gon na be something kind of vintage vibe, like hey sister, soul sister. I would have been better with my curly haired um anyway. This is the wig, so this is going to turn into a mini vlog, because we are going to go to Ontario Mills Mall me my mom and I think just one of my sisters in NJ she's, going with us by default, because my husband has to work And boys are not invited to this baby shower so yeah. My cousin wife just is pregnant, so we're going out there to the baby shower. So I I really like this wake you guys and for $ 17.99 and look how it looks and the reason I brought so many. I know why is because they were having a $ 2.99 shipping, and so I paid $ 3 and their wigs $ 17.99. One was like $ 13.99 and the other one was, I don't remember, but this wig is really soft. It says it's flat iron safe does it it doesn't Wow how this will be human hair mix and it doesn't even say, Flatiron safe. It doesn't even say that you guys isn't that about nothing. I don't. I wait Flatiron it just for that because they usually promote that real quick, because that's one of their selling points, you don't have to pay a lot of money and still be able to be versatile with the synthetic weight, but they didn't even know don't flat iron. It if you want to get this week do not flat ironing, because it doesn't say it on the box. You can get it from us. Wiig types calm. It was $ 17.99. I'M not gon na add a link. You guys I bought it three months ago, but I know it was $ 17.99 and try to shop when, when they're having their shipping deals shop, then because the shipping can be like 1012 dollars and so for three dollars. Shipping buy you a few weeks one week at the beauty supply. I know I don't but four weeks since then. Look this is my point. Sometimes you want it right now. So that way I can be back home by 11:00 and be outro, but this is the unit. I think she is fabulous. I think she is my coworker, because she's professional looking you guys this is my coworker, my colleague we share office space. Yes, the name of my practice, I'm not gon na, say it yeah, it's because I have to get it like. You know all that good business stuff, but it's gon na be a beautiful name. She rents one of the office spaces out of my practice. What is her name, what is her main harmony? Oh harmony, how many used to work that poyo, I'm just joking, so this is harmony she's, my coworker. We work together, yeah, so she's, not my best friend she's, my coworker, because she's very professional and harmony is like she gets down to business. You know if there was something about to go down and people trying to jump off. I would not call harmony. I will call wonder Bobby bosses girls, so this is not the get-down type of way like you don't get down with anybody honey. You walk away. It'S perfect for the spring and when I do this face okay, it would have been better if I was okay. I used my ELF for my brows. I can't do this one. I could do this one, my eyebrows, I use my black opal in the color i chocolate chocolate. I took a laughing. I used this eye palette as well as this smoky eye palette, but I did a brown smokey eye with the brat with the Naturals. So I use those - and I use that first one, but I use these three right here and then I use this for that part of my lid right there. Oh this one, it's like a gold, color shimmery gold. Let'S see if you can see that the light caused a reflection - okay, yes, this one right here for the inside, I use my Too Faced melted with a black liner and then I blend blend blend blend blend blend blend, hey the early nineties, where you just had A dark line and lifting right there. This is all separating that's what I use for that um my lashes. This is the same contour palette, so I have to go and look again. I cannot find another one, but the same contour palette. I use this one in this one for to highlight, and then I use the brown to to contour. I use CoverGirl's medium blend. True blend minerals, loose powder, bronzer, I've had this for, like three or four years, I used my Sasha Sasha buttercup setting powder on top. Just to lighten it up and clean it up, and then I use this setting Beauty evolve, hydrating makeup, setting spray that I got from Ross like two years ago and I think that's it. I think that's everything this is my makeup. Look for today. I am not wearing killed. I'M aware of my black slides just because it's a baby shower and I'm going to the mall first, so yeah here we go accessories. I just put on my outdoor earrings with this little Auto necklace and then my black coach watch that I got that I ordered from coach online yeah. I got to change my purse. I want to wear a red purse, but I don't think I have. I have a red clutch. I think I'm gon na do that, because I have on red pants. I show you later guys.
