I just want to be your favorite. I just want to be your favorite. What'S up style, babes, it's tina, andrea and i'm back with another video in today's video i'll, be showing you how i dyed this 613 wig to a kind of ginger color um we'll get into that in a second. This wig is from amazon, so i'll leave everything linked down below. It is an 18 inches and it's a 13 by 4., i'm just showing you how it looks the lace and everything because, honestly, the beginning of this video was supposed to be made tone in the wig. But i was like uh. I want to be different in diet, so, as you can see, i'm going in with my purple conditioner you can use shampoo, but i'm using conditioner. I feel like it's less harsh in a way it doesn't make the hair too too dry um, and then i just dip it in make sure it's fully saturated in there. Oh on the side. No, if you guys, did want to just tone this wig make sure that it's fully saturated and that you're constantly combing through to get that color in otherwise it will show like silver streaks like as you can see. Mine is so. I just showed you the color that i'm using is the adore, die french cognac and i'm going to go in and do the frontal first, i like to use a comb an edge brush. Anything that's like a really small, fine, tooth comb or brush. Just because you want to make sure that you don't accidentally stay in the lace, so i'm just going in and doing that. You just want to take your time and be very careful with it, because you will stay in the lace um. I noticed that when you paint the color on the lace tends to stain more and it's actually hard to get it out. But if you're doing like a watercolor method, then it's not that hard for it to come out like it'll, literally just wash out with water. Um, maybe because it's not as strong as painting the color one, which is why i like to paint the color on, because because the color is stronger, i feel like it stays on and it's more pigmented. You probably need maybe a bottle or two when you are watercoloring it just because it the water, you know, washes out the color, so you won't get that full color. So that's why i like to paint the color on and that's what i'm doing now. I'M just painting the color on to the roots and then i'm going to move on to the back of the head. So now i'm just parting the hair to make sure that i got every single strand. As you can see, i did get enough. You know when i just did it the first way, but you want to make sure you're going in between each part and taking your time with it because, like i said you will stay in the lace, so just take your time with it and you'll get really Great results: oh also, here's a hack if you are still nervous about staying in the lace and you can either use vaseline or use silicone mix like a white conditioner um, i feel like the vaseline - is just really hard to get out because it's like so greasy And oily - and you end up having to use like dish soap, so i would suggest using um just like a white conditioner. What i like to use - usually i'm not using it now. But if i was i like to use silicone mix, it works every single time and now i'm at the back of the head and as you see i just parted in between those tracks, because even though i put a bunch of color on it, it was still Blonde pieces in the middle, i did the rest off camera and i let that sit on for about 30 minutes to an hour just to make sure everything was in there and i'm going in with cold water strictly cold water, not lukewarm water. None of that because it will wash the color right out and here's the silicone mix i was talking about earlier. I love using silicone mix. It brings all hair textures back to life. It brings glitch hair back to light damaged hair. All of the above. It brings it back to life, as you can see, it's just the comb or the brush is just going right through it, because i applied the silicone mix and it gave it so much luster as you can see and shine, and it really just locks that in So off camera i did go ahead and straighten the hair. I like to straighten the hair first before i just go ahead and start cutting a bob. I feel like when you straighten it. You can really see a difference in length and really see what you're cutting off, and i don't really have like a specific way of doing this. I hope you guys are like a visual learner like me, so yeah, i'm just gon na continue with the video and if i have something else to say i'll, be right back she, okay, so boom. This is why i like to put it on my mannequin head. You can always use the camera's head and tilt it, but the american head just shows you where you missed off at, as you see those pieces in the background even - and that is one thing we do not want - we do not want to uneven bob, because that Is not cute whatsoever, so we're just gon na go in and cut off those uneven parts and we're done all right. So here's how the wig looks on my head. If you want to see this video from start to finish, literally the ball cap and install everything, don't forget to like this video i'll be posting it very soon.
